Chris was very helpful and even offered to help out with transportation options ie gave our party his Ute to use for road trips as he felt sorry for us given the f1 was cancelled. The home was tidy and comfortable and is in an amazing spot for the F1. We hope to come back next year ! (COVID-19 free)

Dreamy little place in the bush. Quiet and calm. If you're after a bush break in a beautifully designed home not far from Melbourne, this one is hard to beat.

Sheryl and Hani were great hosts, very friendly and hospitable. Their property was clean with all the amenities provided and the pool was great for kids. She switched on the jets before our arrival which made the water warm for my kids to go in and enjoy. Also I asked her for late check out and she was kind enough to accept our request. I am very thankful to them. Our stay was very pleasant at their property and hopefully we'll come back again.

We loved this house!!! Lauren has done a beautiful job of furnishing and decorating this old 70s house. From the front, the street appeal isn't great but that doesn't matter at all once you enter. It's VERY spacious, stylish, comfortable and homely. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well equipped, Lauren even provides multiple towels for each guest which is so lovely when having a longer stay! It's the small, thoughtful touches like this that can make a huge difference.. There are books and games for both kids and adults alike. Lauren is so helpful and friendly, and was always quick to respond. Despite being an older house, we can't fault our stay, we absolutely loved it and would happily return. Thank you so much Lauren!!

We had two fantastic nights here and got ready for our wedding day on this gorgeous property! It felt like we were in a mansion, with so many great rooms and a totally seperate “man cave” area in the downstairs section!! We will never forget our time here. Beautiful house it was so easy to find and felt just like home, beds felt amazing and comfortable. The house was super clean and was perfect for staying, would definitely stay longer. Especially the shopping centre being only a 5 min drives was perfect for shopping.

Highly recommend this beautiful home to stay with your family. Mario’s was ready to assist when needed whether it was with the BBQ or hearing the pool. Location was good with plenty of shops nearby to walk too and also train station. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Thankyou to our hosts Kind regards Bryant family

We had a great stay in this super cute cottage! Location is perfect with a short walk to trams, the beach, Albert Park and shops. It was very clean and well equipped and had the most awesome shower. The outdoor space was lovely too. Would definitely stay here again - highly recommend.

This accommodation was the perfect stay for our long weekend at the formula, with roof top views of the track to the easy walk over to access the racing everyday. I would highly recommend this for a stay in Melbourne as you are around a lot of great areas with easy access to get around using public transport.

We had an enjoyable stay at Sarah’s. The apartment is lovely, and neat as a pin. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and make light meals when we felt like staying in. It’s wonderful that the facilities include the use of the pool and the gym. We found out that not every AirBnB offers this even though the building might have these facilities on site. We loved the neighbourhood, as we enjoy walking, the NGV is not far and neither is the South Melbourne Market. You will find Woolworths less than 5 minutes away and the coffee from House of Cards is not bad (2 minutes away, almost in front of the building). If walking is not your thing, the trams are less than a 10 minute walk mostly under a lovely tree canopy, so you’ll be in the CBD before you say Southbank. We would love to stay at Sarah’s again as we love coming to Melbourne for art, food and shopping and Sarah’s apartment is our new favourite place to stay.

We enjoyed this air bnb very much, super close to the trams and trains. It was very clean and Pree responded pretty quickly. It has a washer, which was awesome and we were able to return home with clean clothes! Great stay and I can’t wait to go back.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Livio’s apartment. The location was incredibly convenient, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a thoughtful selection of breakfast items. The apartment was spotless, easy to access, and Livio was always responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It was definitely one of the best Airbnbs we've experienced!

Fantastic place! Not only is it in a great location but the flat itself is very well thought out! Well stocked and very comfy. 3 floors up worth noting. Location is perfect, nestled nicely between Albert Park shops and the beach! We stayed 2 couples and a 4 y.o and it worked perfectly!

Not the first time at Louise's place and again, not at all disappointed. Louise again was extremely communicative and affable, very helpful and very flexible, even offering flexible checkout time (not required this time but appreciated). The place itself is very well located right in the middle of the best part of Fitzroy St and straight across from Albert Park. A ton of room and very well provisioned (even personal welcome note and gift from Louise). It has every amenity you could want and the location makes transport and shopping, along with entertainment (pubs, restaurants) an easy 5 min walk anywhere (including to very accessible CBD public transport). The provision of private parking this time made it even easier. All in all, again a gem of a place with a fantastic hostess. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely be back (again).

I reached out to Jacqui as a film student of SAE searching for a location to film my final project for my degree. Jacqui was incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming to myself and the crew. Allowing us to film on the property, and helping if we ever needed something. Beyond this the property was picturesque and serene. I myself stayed there for the entire duration outside of filming hours, and found the place very peaceful. Overall it was an amazing experience with a beautiful place to stay and an incredibly kind. generous host. I would recommend this property to anyone I know.

My partner and I stayed here for the weekend for some wine tasting and a hot air balloon ride. The cabin was really nice and felt so authentic. The atmosphere and environment was beautiful - the surrounding farm lands really added to the authenticity of the cabin experience as well as the well-kept antique furniture. The whole cabin reminded me of my late great aunt’s home back in South Carolina — pure nostalgia for me. The kitchen was super functional, the hot tub was great, the heated floors in the bathroom was an excellent touch, the single air-con was incredibly efficient in keeping the entire cabin cool in the summer heat but I would recommend bringing a personal fan just in case. Overall a fantastic experience, looking forward to staying again

I’m so glad I found this place - it’s cosy and clean and Bill and Jude went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after, Jude was lovely to deal with, very kind and easygoing. The place had everything I needed and the garden is gorgeous, great spot for a cuppa.

Such a beautiful getaway, host were so friendly, beautiful dog gave us a tour of the wonderful land such a treat .

We spent 6 nights at Phar Lap Tree Cottage and found it to be a relaxing, private , quiet and cosy place to stay. Kevin is a very thoughtful and caring host and welcomed us with chocolate Easter bunnies and a nice bottle of wine. There were also generous breakfast provisions. The queen size bed is probably the most comfortable one we've experienced on our airbnb stays. Looking out over the lovely garden, listening to the birds and watching the sunsets from the verandah was a special highlight. The cottage is in a great position for easy driving access to the Bellarine Peninsula and Great Ocean Road. We plan to stay at Phar Lap Tree Cottage again.
