Great apartment in a good location, lots of trams available to take you around to different parts of Melbourne. Very well maintained and with great appliances. Only issue we had was with the lock box being a bit fiddly, but other than that we would recommend!

We had a great stay. The host was so helpful and personable with a tour of the property in arrival. Will definitely stay here again!

Seamless experience from start to finish. Magda was easy to communicate with and very responsive prior to check in, during the stay when I had a query, and when it was time to check out. Key collection was extremely easy and the apartment was immaculate when I arrived. Overall this apartment was ideal for my needs and exactly as advertised; a great place for one or two people. My family and i really enjoyed our stay at Queenies apartment, it was within walking distance of melbourne central and great restaurants. The only thing i would say is that the walls could do with a good clean over, but other than that it was beautiful and worth the price!

Sophie's place was quiet, very clean, comfortable and very convenient. We liked the outdoor patio and natural light. A place so close to public transport (trams) and the city as well as providing secure, undercover car parking is a real winner.

We loved staying at Victoria's place. The location was close to Sandringham Yacht Club for our event. it is also a beautiful outlook to the courtyard.

Rod and Rebecca are amazing hosts! The apartment was absolutely perfect as we came to Melbourne for the Formula 1 Grand Prix. Close to trams, restaurants and shops. We had the best 5 days! Thank you again so much.

Great place for a weekend stay! Clean and well designed with easy walk to cafe and grocery store. Check in and check out was streamlined and communication was fantastic.

Fantastic month long stay at this brilliant property in St Kilda. The house was so spacious and Kerri was such a welcoming host, cannot recommend this enough. Will hopefully be back again next year to stay in the same location!

Beautiful little piece of paradise close to everything, including trains, trams, shops and restaurants/cafes - would highly recommend. Eliza was a very responsive and flexible host. Townhouse, including kitchen, was really well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay and we really appreciated the beautiful touches of champers, chocolates and mince pies as a Christmas treat on arrival!

The host was very responsive. The house had all the essentials and was clean. The gym park behind the house motivated my parents to work out, and they really liked the place, feeling sad to leave. It would have been better if the keys were labeled, as it took some time to figure out which key belonged to which door. Dilshan was very understanding in extending our checkout time and provided all the necessary updates during our two-week stay. I highly recommend Dilshan's place!.

Thank you Anna for sharing your interesting, fabulous, , iconic home. It was very large and comfortable with extensive crockery, cutlery and glassware, bed linen and towels. Exceptionally well equipped. We loved living in the 70’s and the beautiful outdoor area and pool was a bonus. My UK visiting cousins and I had a very relaxed and enjoyable time together in this lovely home and the area is great for the beach and the many Sandy cafes and restaurants, and of course the station.

Holly was a very good host with clear and proactive communication. The home has a “homely” neighbourhood feel to it rather a stark impersonal place to stay.

It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Melanie at her gorgeous home! We had a brilliant stay and loved the neighbourhood. It was close enough to walk into town and to local pubs, cafes etc. The home was immaculate and luxurious with lots of exotic touches. We really appreciated the extras that Melanie provided, i.e. quality bathroom products, and a well set up kitchen. Also Melanie owns an amazing restaurant, Grain Store in Flinders Lane, which we visited twice during our stay.. highly recommended! We loved our visit and will be back!

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here

Staying at David’s place was a great experience. The train station is right outside and tram stop close by. The host has thought of all the necessities and the outdoor area was fantastic. A perfect location for day trips into the city. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

We had a great stay at Meary's apartment! Everything went smoothly and communication was fantastic. The apartment had everything we needed and everywhere we wanted to go was either within walking distance or an easy tram ride away. The only negative we found was that the mattresses on the single beds were quite hard and bumpy which was a bit uncomfortable—something to bear in mind if you are sensitive to that kind of thing.

Great place to stay, area itself felt safe and quiet. We loved the swimming pool too! Kid friendly and lots of things to do around the area. Highly recommended and will stay again.

Wonderful stay! Very clean apartment with an awesome night view. The bed linens are nice and comfy—I sometimes get itchy when staying at other Airbnbs, but I had no such issues here. Highly recommend!

Very clean apartment and felt very secure. Great location, with a 3 minute walk to the tram that takes you right into the city. Hosts were very polite and friendly.
