The accommodation was easy to find and entry was easy. Just outside the main town, but the free parking and the direct buses into the town, mean park up and forget it until you leave. The apartment is a good size and has everything you need. Will recommend to any of my friends if the decide to visit Norwich. Great value

Harry & Rachael were great hosts. Very responsive when we had a problem with the tv which wasn’t their fault and they came to get it right straightaway. Their place is really convenient of being right in the centre of Woodbridge. We had a lovely stay for two nights. Perfect for what we needed.

Get little place to stay in Dereham. Had everything we needed for a night's stay in the town as a family of four. Timings meant we never got to meet our host which was a shame but they called on the day to walk us through check in and to make sure we had everything we needed sorted. Would happily stay again if we need to come to Dereham again.

We had a bit of a bumpy start with the boiler breaking on Christmas eve. Spoke with Swift, who were VERY helpful and got us moved to another Airbnb. They were very apologetic but these things cannot be helped. We actually then extended our stay by a few days and they were very happy to help sort this with us. Highly recommend both properties and also the company!

Had a great stay in a perfect location! Everything you need and loads to do all in walking distance,lovely and quiet in the morning,would definitely stay again!!

This was the one of the best equipped accommodations we have ever stayed in: More than enough kitchen pots and pans, plates and bowls, knives, cutting boards, and a draining rack for washed items. Tea, coffee, milk, cereals, bread, butter, and jam in cupboards and fridge. Comfortable bed, pillows, duvet and heating. Adequate power points. Good quality television and games. Great lighting and wastebaskets in every room. Also generous checkin and checkout times and friendly hosts. Easy parking at the front door and easy access to patio and beautiful garden. The flat was very clean, and Karen and Ivor were warm and inviting.

Spacious, quiet, new apartment not too far from Ipswich town centre. Very responsive host who was quick to respond to all queries.

I was really impressed with my stay here, I would highly recommend to my family and friends to stay here its in a great location great price , not far to felixstowe where I met up with family, it was lovely decor ,clean and cosy big TVs in every room and how it was listed in the advert .I and my sons were really impressed with the bedside tables that charge your phones by just placing them on top! The lighting was great and a lovely outside area to sit and relax in the summer so I will defiantly be returning loved it! Thanks for the stay.

Perfect central location, amazing restaurants on the doorstep and the beach a stones throw away. Given how central it was with another flat above it we found the flat peaceful and enjoyed our weekend away.

Fully recommend central secluded and quiet. Well run and lovely surrounding buildings.

We loved our short stay in Sheringham - as others have said in reviews, the photos of Andrew’s place don’t do it justice - it feels more light, airy and spacious than it looked online. Andrew was a fantastic host - there was an issue where the new en suite shower fitting had been delayed, but he contacted us to advise us and to see how we wanted to proceed, offering us a partial refund or to cancel if it was an issue. We totally didn’t mind as the en suite was an extra - there was already a family bathroom which was perfectly usable, but Andrew left us a goodie box of local treats to apologise for the issue - totally not necessary but very much appreciated! Location is fab - super walkable into town, and it was perfect for us and our toddler (we moved a couple of breakables out of reach) - no stairs to worry about. Would definitely come back again for another stay - great place and great host, thank you!

Perfect location for a weekend in Norwich, however it is very loud at night. We also had a few people sleeping in the entrance of the flat on the first night but they appeared to have left by the morning. The flat is so lovely inside, has everything you need and is very spacious. However there was a lot of dust on the stairs and the bannisters. The location is perfect for walking everywhere, also the parking is literally about 2 mins away! Overall we loved our weekend and will definitely be back soon!

Many thanks for arranging our overnight stay at short notice - it was perfect for our needs (stopping by Ipswich to sort out our rental flat) and so much nicer than staying in a hotel. Our dog absolutely loved the property and fell straight asleep when we arrived. He's never usually so relaxed in a strange place! The lodge is a beautiful conversion with gorgeous oak doors and rafters and lots of lovely pieces of furniture. The huge bed was the most comfortable we've slept it! Thanks again and thanks for the communications. Hope to stay again.

This is such a beautiful, private spot in the forest. Its set within a hollow so you just have the forest surrounding you. Because its a canvas enclosure it is chilly inside, but fine as soon as you light the fire. The electric blankets provided with the beds were super cosy though and we had SUCH good sleep with the quiet! The only thing was we didn't get the logs that were meant to be provided for the sauna, but we had brought our own after reading the reviews (we used four entire bags of kiln dried logs). The hot tub took us 7 hours to heat, so I'd start early! Overall such a beautiful spot, we loved the fire pit and hot tub, and slept beautifully. Theres also some really nice walks nearby.

The most relaxing stay, from the friendly and warm greeting to the amazing location. The lodge is amazing, finished to a very high standard, everything you need to lock the world out. Comfy bed, comfy sofa, top kitchen, amazing hot tub. Cannot recommend here enough! We will be going back in the summer so we can enjoy the outdoor table and chairs

We spent 2 nights at Geoffs rest and loved it. The property was very clean and well maintained and had everything we needed. The surroundings were beautiful and watching the peacocks roam around was lovely. I would 100% recommend staying here.

Such a lovely Airbnb in the centre of Holt. Surrounded by great pubs and cafes. The hot tub takes a bit of time to fill but it’s so worth it! This Apartment is now part of the Byfords hotel so make sure you ask them for a free parking permit as we weren’t made aware of this and paid for 24hours parking!

apartment was superb and had all the amenities we needed to cater for our needs and our family who came to visit would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to be walking distance to city centre and will definitely use it again when down visiting our family Hots were quick responding to any questions and had the feeling of always on hand at any time will be back for sure thanks Matt and charlotte

This property was very clean throughout. Overall a very well thought out home with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those weekend cooking great food with family and friends. With both a comfortable snug around the log burner downstairs and a lovely airy sitting room upstairs with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, there’s plenty of space to enjoy your time here. A notable mention to how comfortable the beds were at Pelican Lodge. It has gated, off road parking for 2 cars, while the rear garden is secure so you can let the dog roam worry free. The wood fired hot tub and kamado bbq completed what we thought was a brilliant home for the weekend. Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic gem for a weekend stay for a couple. Beautiful surroundings and an amazing space made our weekend away extra special. The hosts were lovely and personable and made us feel very welcome.

Anna’s was such a wonderful place to stay for a few days. Very private and quiet, but close to so many attractions if one decided to be adventurous. The space was clean, warm and welcoming. And the hot tub was just the icing on the cake after a long day exploring. We would definitely stay here again and happily recommend to friends and family.
