Dave and Sue are the perfect hosts. The cottage was immaculate and way above many other accommodations we have stayed in. The attention to detail beams through the entire place. The bed was comfy , the shower was powerful, the kitchen had everything you could wish for and more besides. The lounge had multiple windows and the river was inches from the property. It was divine. I highly recommend it. Dave and Sue have worked so hard to create a haven of delight.

What a beautiful place! A group of the girls got together for my 40th, and we had such a lovely time. A couple of things came up, but things that Lee was so quick to respond to, where possible. We didn’t use the games, or TVs, but they have a great selection of games & a TV in each room. We loved the jukebox & the open layout of the downstairs kitchen/diner/lounge. The place feels very tucked away, whilst also being very central, which is great. The welcome wine & snacks were a lovely touch. Thank you!

Beautiful home in a very peaceful setting, with plenty of space both inside and in the expansive gardens. Justine was there to greet us and responded to any subsequent queries promptly. It was so great to be able to pick the produce from the kitchen garden and to collect the freshly laid eggs, whilst the farm shop (for other supplies) is about 20 mins walk into the village itself. Overall, we had a wonderful weekend celebrating a very special birthday! Highly recommended!

a lovely location and property. Great it has a car charging point. Worked really well for our disabled friend. really well equipped, even included doves for cooking! brilliant utility / drying room. At checkin Caroline, the owner, was worried about car noise from the road, we weren't. it was not an issue for us and she says the road is soon to be closed from one end anyway. Lovely log burner, house got too warm!! All in all a lovely experience, would go again

Great little place for 2 adults and small child. Clean and great location for a quiet little getaway. The parking space is a tad small and a bit difficult to get out due to a chained railing on one side so take a medium sized car. The toilets even had child seat built into them which was great, wish we'd have known to save us bringing our set up! Such a small thing but wish more places had it. Nicely kitted out kitchen ue saucepans, cutlery, milk packets in arrival, tea and coffee etc. Appreciated the few puzzles etc to keep toddler entertained whilst we packed up. Good little walk close to a park and couple of nice pubs, would stay again. We went in March so was nice and quiet!

What a lovely property, we travelled as a team working at the local hospital, plenty of room for vehicles and the house has lots of space. If you get a chance to visit Norwich this is a great house with great facilities. Thanks for a great week.

The cottage is tucked away down a country lane with loads of space and gardens. Penny is a great host and ensures absolutely everything we could have possibly needed was available, soft towels, great bed linen, cupboards stocked with every utensil to work in the well appointed kitchen. Free logs and a log burner to keep off the chill of a winters evening. We had a fantastic few days relaxing in the cottage over New Year. Thanks, we can highly recommend a stay at Willow Cottage.

Booked the lodge as a surprise for my best friend’s 40th birthday. Four of us in total, that don’t get to see one another often; and everything about this experience made it so special. Selina was so accommodating and flexible to our individual needs; kindly letting 2 of us access the lodge ahead of check-in time, to set up birthday banners & afternoon tea (ordered from No. 142 Cafe in Oulton Broad). The entire stay exceeded all expectations! The photos don’t really do it justice. The lodge is stylish, comfortable, and spotless. The double bedroom boasts its own access onto the spacious veranda, and such a lovely marina location. A fab bar/restaurant onsite too, which we enjoyed the next day.

The apartment was clean and as described. good for a couple nights stay whilst at university. Zonja was a huge help and accommodating with check in as we arrived late, this was much appreciated. Perfect location for the quayside and the university would use again.

Great place to stay with beautiful views towards the meer. Glad the cafe closed at 5pm so evenings were more peaceful and relaxing

Fantastic gem for a weekend stay for a couple. Beautiful surroundings and an amazing space made our weekend away extra special. The hosts were lovely and personable and made us feel very welcome.

Great experience, we loved our stay. there are 5 bell tents and a couple of lodges within walking distance of each other. Each site is far enough away from each other to feel private but also close enough to have a bit of a community feel to it. The communal kitchen is more than equipped, we brought far too much with us "just in case"! Lewis was often around if needed and was very responsive with any queries. We would highly recommend. James' place in Stalham has everything you need for a short stay - a bit small for 2, but with lots of well thought out details. Everything was brand new and spotless. Very easy communicating with James who was responsive at all times, and even replaced the sofa bed when he realised there were 2 of us. Stalham makes a great base for exploring North Norfolk and the coast - a few minutes to Happisburgh and great beaches, and Stalham itself is on the Broads - a boat trip is a must

Carly's place is spacious and comfortable. The sun hits the little courtyard in the morning which is perfect for coffee and breakfast. A river swimming spot is 3 min walk and the sun hits the bedroom in the afternoon. A variety of food shops only a few minutes walk and easy to walk to the centre. A great place for a Norwich stay!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Apartment. Sarah was incredibly welcoming, kind, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had such a cozy atmosphere. It felt like a home away from home! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you again for such a great experience!

Swan view is a lovely place to stay. Great space. Easily walkable to restaurants. Very clean and just as described/pictured. Matt and Michaela are great hosts. They have put together a binder with everything you need to know about the apartment and the area. They are also quick to respond.

The cottage is perfect, it has everything you need. A quiet location with plenty of walks if you have dogs with you. The stairs are quite steep but if you hold the rail you soon get used to them. I’ve booked another long weekend for me and my 4 dogs, we had a lovely time and they looked quite sad to go home, as was I.

Comfortable beds, very homely, everything needed for a short stay.

Really good place, there was some dog hair on the sofa but at the end of the day you live on a farm so I was expecting something but this really triggered one of my colleagues allergies. Overall the place is well worth the visit and I would highly recommend.

Lark Lodge was a wonderful place to stay for us! It was very clean. The lodge is next to a nature preserve out in the country with walking trails and lots of wildlife. Its a great place to stay if you need a break from the hustle and bustle of the city but a close enough drive to towns with pubs and grocery stores. Ten out of ten!

Julia and Tom's place was ideal for a cosy weekend stay in Norfolk. We enjoyed using the fireplace in the evening, the kitchen was well equipped so we could self-cater, and the bathroom was very clean and modern. Steam locomotives from the Bure Valley Railway pass within view, and make for a fun day trip to The Broads at Wroxham. We appreciated the special touch with the birthday banner and the recommendations for local pubs and National Trust properties. Despite being rural, the property was easy to find and the parking was clearly indicated. Thank you for a very pleasant short stay.

What can i say apart from Amazing Amazing Amazing !! Lovely accommodation in the most beautiful location and is a dream for relaxation and away time. The host is super super helpful and we will definitely be booking this again.

Lovely relaxing long weekend in the Suffolk countryside. We were treated to local bread, butter and a lovely bottle of wine. We enjoyed our bbq and paddle on the boating lake, which our hosts were kind enough to arrange for us. Even helped us out when we left things behind - much appreciated. The Calf Pens Is a beautifully cosy home from home - would highly recommend.

My partner and our 2 dogs stayed here for two nights and we had a blast. With Henry’s responsiveness and proactivity, I felt safe to have my dogs off leash in the garden area. Beautiful as the sun came out for most of our trip. This is an ideal area for some quiet family time. Our trip mostly fell on the Monday and Tuesday where there weren’t too many dog friendly local restaurants to go to so keep that in mind when booking. Overall, had a lovely time with only positive things to say a great space to relax and it did not feel too cramped at all. Henry was super helpful with walking recommendations as well as using the gas oven. The waterfall shower adds a nice touch to the space that is relaxing as well. Kitchen was stocked with necessary cooking utensils so I won’t be opposed to cooking more meals here next time I come. Only thing I would say is for the shower handheld to be replaced as it’s been quite loved and for some more dusting other than that loved everything about this place!
