What a wonderful space to meet up with family and be able to relax. Jane was very flexible on having dogs and responded quickly when there was a plumbing issue that needed sorting. The weather was fab and we were able to make great use of the conservatory area. The house was warm and the hot water never ran out. Jane was friendly, helpful and accommodating. All on all a wonderful week for us to reconnect, in a beautiful area of the country with great walks and eating options to suit everyone. Haddon Hall is a must. Thank you very much Jane for a lovely stay.

Great house ,everything you could possibly need and more . We were attending a close family funeral, and the space allowed our family to spend time together. We love hayfield and have many fond memories. Thank you linda x

We had a great 2 day stay, were made very welcome and everything explained perfectly. The kids really enjoyed the pool, however, the hot tub location is around a very windy corner and away from the house, so we didn't use it. The location is definitely a place to totally relax and unwind with lots of space to enjoy just being together with family or friends. The kitchen facilities were fantastic, everything you could ever need! Even a lovely home made cake for our arrival. Host was readily available to answer any questions and advice regarding places to visit. Clean towels and pool towels were provided beds and linen were of good quality and very comfortable. We will definitely consider another visit.

I can’t recommend this place enough! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that it was thoughtfully designed to provide the ultimate guest experience. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and even more beautiful than the photos. Every detail, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-stocked amenities, made our stay feel luxurious and stress-free. The location was absolutely perfect, peaceful and relaxing. Raffaele was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. I will absolutely be returning and recommending it to friends and family. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

thank you hosts for being so responsive, for answering all my questions and requests with patience :) my family enjoyed their time there. my only nitpick would be some kitchen utensils were a bit dusty / dirty, and there was no hooks in the bathroom, which made it a bit difficult to hang up clothing. other than that, everything was as advertised and we had a fantastic and memorable stay.

Highly recommend this spot close to Peak District. Donna is amazing and made whole process super easy. The place is so well done up and felt right at home. It’s a beautiful 2 bed with outdoor seating area. Highly recommend this place 👍🏽
