Had a really great stay. All rooms were clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Lovely view and very peaceful. The garden was private and a great place to chill out and star gaze. Silvia is a fantastic host.

Unfortunately, my stay was less than 24 hours as I was in the area for a friends event but the accommodation was good and had everything I needed. It was clean and well equipped. Sandra was a friendly and responsive host. The village is very pretty with a very inviting looking pub! I wish I could have stayed longer.

We really enjoyed our stay. Pretty and quiet area but with some walkable restaurants/pubs and train station. Enjoyed exploring Oxford for a day and going to the Cotswold Safari Park. The house was beautifully clean and well equipped with all we needed. The bed was comfortable and the cabin is tastefully decorated. Really felt a treat staying there, especially with the crisp bedding and nice toiletries. Helena and Martin were very welcoming to us but also didn’t intrude, just what we like. Thankyou.

Ed and Tracey were great hosts and the property was lovely. Super comfortable with everything you would need for a night’s stay. We were at an event at the golf club down the road so the location was perfect and Ed even gave us a lift to get the car back from the club in the morning!

A repeat stay for us. Always a pleasure! The freshly baked bread was one of many lovely touches. Very cosy. Always perfectly clean!

You could not find a more beautiful place to stay in the Cotswolds- apart from one of the other 3 properties that Mark & Zoe rent out!! This is my second visit ( stayed in the Potting Shes before) and everything is as described, but it’s even nicer than the photos show. You walk into comfortable, pristine and welcoming accommodation with gorgeous fresh flowers in the main room and bedroom and a welcome hamper with lots of goodies which lasts for days! It’s in an excellent location and the nearby cafe in Great Tew is perfect for a cappuccino and a slice of loaf cake! It’s not sad when you leave as you know you’ll be staying again and I can’t wait! This really is a beautiful place to stay. A real retreat. Everything is very well designed, comfortable and very very clean. It was perfect for us - two couples who wanted a quiet, comfortable and relaxing break. Lots of light shone through all weekend. Everything has been thought of. very easy to walk through the park into Leamington itself. We would absolutely stay here again. A small point - The retreat is at the bottom of the garden, and to reach it, you need to go through two doors and down a path. At the moment, this wouldn't be ideal for anyone with mobility issues, but they plan is to make it so.

The cottage is warm, light and finished to a high standard. Although small, the cottage is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It was refreshing to visit an AirBnB where the host comes to introduce themselves, but is not intrusive. The village is peaceful and unspoilt and is a two mile walk or drive to Burford. There are some nice pubs, serving good meals in the nearby villages.

Bex was very helpful always with quick with responses to any questions even when i needed somewhere to stay and didn’t contact her until late in the evening, really enjoyed my stay, nice peaceful area, the annexe is lovely with everything you need! I work night shifts and the animals still didn’t bother me sleeping through the day, would recommend!

Joanne and Gerry were amazing hosts, nothing was too much trouble and they were so so helpful. The annex is a lovely space, perfect for a weekend of relaxation. The pond, fire pit and outside pool table are a great addition which made the weekend catching up with friends very special. We will definitely be back, thank you so much Joanne and Gerry for a lovely experience and your friendly nature!

Communication with Katie and Mark was great- I found them to be really helpful and friendly and always responded quickly. The air bnb was easy to find and we had no issues checking ourselves in. The place itself was really clean, bright and nicely decorated. We were left with all the information we needed regarding our stay and had no issues at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the near future.

I never actually stayed as we had a car accident enroute and had to be recovered home, so never made it. The reason for 5 stars is that despite the cancellation policy saying no refunded Salem gave all our money back which he didn't have to do contractually. But really appreciated that its was very kind and as such he must be a good guy, so suggest his property is hence 5 stars. The one thing i would say, Salem, you need to respond more timely to messages on the chat, that would really help Thank you

Put simply Nigel's place is just amazing... everything was as described/looked in the pics and beyond. Comms with Nigel were brilliant...there was no stone on turned to say the least. The treats that Nigel left us were first class and a really nice thoughtful touch... would really love to know where the grapes were from?... actually delicious... we will be back for sure... Thanks Nigel :}

Christina est très réactive. Le logement est vraiment très bien et très propre. Tout ce qu’il fallait pour le petit déjeuner. Les petits pains aux raisins le matin , le chocolat sur la table de nuit super agréable. Je recommande ce logement pour la tranquillité. Christina est vraiment très gentille et serviable. Je reviendrai sans problèmes.

Brenda and Manuel are great hosts, very hospitable and the communication with them was a bliss! The cabin was also clean, nice and private and I enjoyed my time in it very much. Thank you for hosting me.

This is a beautiful Airbnb; the lodge is certainly one of the most stunning places I have stayed in. The house is pristine and very private; it has been finished to a lovely standard, making it warm and comfortable. There isn’t much to do in the area, but it's perfect if, like us, you are looking for a peaceful change of scenery.

Thank you for the awesome stay and rapid response on messages. We were there for a very short time, however, it would be perfect for longer stays too :). We will be back if we are back in the area. Robin & Liam
