Me, my pals and our babies had such a lovely and cozy stay at Kate's farm over New Year's Eve. The barn was lovely, attractive and spacious, with all the amenities we needed for our stay, including high chairs and cots which was much appreciated! The grounds are stunning and it was lots of fun to be surrounded by horses, cows and sheep - the kiddos loved it. Kate and Ben were very friendly and easy to communicate with. They greeted us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. They even allowed us an early check-in which was very helpful indeed. We didn't get a chance to swim in the natural pool because it was positively freeeezing out, but we plan on coming back in the summer and trying it out. Thanks so much for your hospitality, and hope to see you again soon!

We stayed for a couple of nights close to Christmas, wonderful stay in this beautiful period home, with the village looking very pretty and festive. Having use of a sauna and pool, while it was frosty outside; made our stay particularly enjoyable!

We had a wonderful stay. The converted barn was clean and nicely decorated and it was a real bonus to have an on site pool and Pilates studio which we enjoyed using! Alex was an exceptional host and very helpful both before and during our stay. Would recommend for anyone looking for a retreat in the countryside!

Fantastic stay at the Hayloft cottage. The beautiful private surroundings just outside of Stratford upon Avon town was perfect and kept immaculate. Wendy made us feel right at home and the place was snug and cosy for the 4 of us. Complimentary treats for valentines went down a treat and we loved the pool and hot tub experience which was all pristine and well organised. Thank you so much Wendy, already planning our next trip! Had a lovely stay. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and very comfortable furnishings. The bed linen and towels were hotel standard and slept very soundly in the comfortable mezzanine bedroom. The excellent WiFi and bright, airy conservatory made for an excellent office space and we managed to get lots done whilst also feeling like we got a real break away from it all. Breakfast overlooking the garden was wonderful and I enjoyed watching all the different birds including a very pretty Fieldfare. Will definitely be back in the warmer weather to enjoy the pool. Thanks for all the little extras which made this an especially good experience.

The pool house was beautiful, Marlie was a Great host. Place was spotless , hot tub was clean and hot with no curfew. Didn’t use the pool but looked lovely. All Very private and not overlooked at all. Plenty of local restaurants near by. Would love to return and have recommended to friends / family already.

We had a lovely stay at the pool house, Sarah was lovely and very helpful. The pool house was beautiful, family friendly and the hot tub was amazing. Lots of beautiful neighbouring villages and lovely pubs nearby, I would 100% recommend staying here

Excellent place to stay will defintely re book. The cabin itself was immaculate and had everything you needed, kitchen fully equiped, bedding and plenty of towels all pristine clean the hot tub was amazing although didnt brave the pool, Everyone on site was very friendly the horses where lovely,,Lovely fishing lake and again surroundings immaculate managed to purchase some lovely fresh eggs and some lovely homemade jam, local pub was just down the road a short walk, food looked amazing lots of lovely scenery this place is definetly in our top 5 of where to stay in uk hopefully rebooking this summer to bring family along as well
