Great weekend in Oxford spent at this lovely little flat. A quiet location ideally located for a stroll into Oxford and plenty of life within a short walk. Our host was fantastic and we would certainly return.

Amazing property within walking distance of Oxford City centre. Host Chrissie was incredibly helpful and provided everything we needed for a restful long weekend exploring Oxford. Would definitely stay again in future

Gill is very friendly and always helpful. She adds some lovely little touches, such as a fruit bowl and breakfast. This is our second stay here and we will definitely stay again.

The property was gorgeous and well looked after. Stunning modern decor and furniture. Very modern bathroom with a rainfall shower (great for someone as tall as me!). The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in much later than planned (which we are very grateful for).

We had a restful stay. Easy to find and park. Pamela’s communication was excellent and we felt welcome and at home. The facilities were everything we needed and more. The area is lovely and there are restaurants and shops within walking distance. We very much hope to return next time we are in the area, and would recommend to anyone.

I stayed here for 5 weeks and was very comfortable, with everything you could need. The area seems nice and safe, walkable to city centre/train station and a quick bus ride to the university. It's worth being aware that you can clearly hear the people in the upstairs flat (footsteps, phone alerts etc) but I sleep with headphones in so not too much of a problem for me.

Perfect place to stay for the warner brothers tour, April is a credit to Air Bnb, responsive, friendly and communicates well! Thank you for our Stay April!

Lovely modern and clean annex with plenty of space. Only stayed for one night but had everything we might have needed for a longer stay. Friendly and helpful hosts. Would recommend.

Lovely property. Really easy to find and with good instructions and only a short walk (or even shorter taxi ride) from the centre of Stratford. Would definitely stay here again.

Can't say enough good things about Kirsty and Ellens place, it's warm and cosy and in a lovely quiet area. Everything was really clean and well thought out and its rare to find a place that offers total privacy at an affordable price. They even left some chocolate for me on arrival! Very convenient for Northampton town and love that i had my own private spot to park. Would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful and peaceful annex located in the Cotswold town of Chipping Camden. Immaculately cleans with lots of amenities and private parked. We enjoyed our stay very much and walks around the local area. Many thanks to our hosts Dale and Mac.

Thanks for a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, beautiful, and incredibly comfortable with everything we needed plus some lovely extra touches, such as the breakfast items left for us. Nicola was very accommodating, helpful and made everything seamless.

Amazing & lovely stay. Anita was a very gracious host and was very accommodating with my check in and check out time. She was willing to accommodate a late checkout for a fee £10/hour. The place was beautiful and felt luxurious as listed. The surroundings were extremely beautiful! Very private and surrounded with beautiful scenery. She even went above and beyond with some light breakfast items like toast, jam, milk, orange juice, and some granola among other things. And bedside treats like chocolate! Would definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed our short stay at the Pavillion. Beautiful little annexe which was warm and cosy and all the amenities were perfect. It's in an idyllic little village which we enjoyed a walk around and was gave us the perfect peaceful getaway we needed. Mike and Emily were also very friendly and helped out when needed without any bother. We'll be back!

Letitia's place was perfect for our 3 night stay. It was easy to find thanks to her clear instructions. Peaceful, with beautiful countryside surrounding it. Everywhere was spotlessly clean with quality furnishings and equipment. The bed was amazingly comfortable! The area was beautiful with plenty of scope for walks and enjoying the countryside. Within easy reach of Oxford for more city life. Would thoroughly recommend it for a quiet retreat but within easy reach of places to visit.

Stayed in the Dove Cot for a number of days to be near daughter and son in law. It was very comfortable particularly the bed. It had all the things you needed to cook nmals. It was quiet and peaceful , cosy and warm. although away at the time John and Anita were cery responsive and helpful including arranging a late check out. Good value for money even for 1. It would be even better for 4 staying.

Es la segunda vez que alojo en el anexo de Carina y David, y si hay disponibilidad trataré de ir cuando vaya a Rugby. Es una familia encantadora y tiene una casa preciosa. El anexo es tal y como se describe. El jardín es enorme y bien cuidado y tiene acceso casi directo a una reserva natural donde se puede dar un buen paseo. Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento de cómo se portan conmigo. Gracias Carina y David. Nos vemos en unos meses.

We have stayed here before and returned because Penney's place is perfect for when we visit family and friends in Rugby. It's really clean, cosy, well appointed and conveniently located near to the town centre. Penny is really helpful and communicative and we'll be back again soon. Many thanks

I very much enjoyed staring at Christopher’s. It’s a peaceful spot in the garden down a long drive away from the road. Christopher was a very friendly and responsive host. The place was very clean and comfortable. More spacious than I was expecting with its separated rooms. There’s convenient access to laundry facilities too. And easy access to Oxford by bus or mid-length walk. I would happily stay here again!

It locates in summer town, very easy to reach by bus from Oxford city center. Th e room has everything we need. The facilities are easy to handle. The surroundings are quiet, nice but not far from the business area of the summer town. We had a good time there.

Liz’s place was so lovely and homely. She has added some really nice touches. We used the cottage as a base as we went to Wilderness festival and it was really peaceful and just what we needed. Liz and her husband were on hand if we required anything. We would definitely recommend.

Lovely place, and really clean. Having the balcony, and the space around were wonderful. Zara was always responsive and helpful when we needed help with something.
