Licia was an amazing host! She was extremely responsive and very helpful with all of my questions. I've stayed at the Sapphire before, but my family and I truly loved her place. It was extremely clean, had a fantastic view and was comfortable. I would highly recommend Licia and her condo for anyone looking to visit South Padre Island!

Always love staying at the Sapphire. This particular unit had everything we wanted (well equipped kitchen, beach chairs and toys, extra towels for the pool, etc.) was fairly priced, and Amado was very quick to respond to all communication. Plan on staying here again.

This is my first review that I have felt I needed to leave because this condo was the first airbnb that I did not have to clean because it was as clean as the other reviews suggested. I had a very bad experience last year at an airbnb that was filthy that I spent hours cleaning. It is decorated perfectly and feels like a well cared for home away from home. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our time here and hope to return. We highly recommend this condo inside and out.

We had a nice two week stay. Pool area was beautiful. We had a few issues with the room but maintenance promptly fixed it. The long walk to the room from the parking lot was inconvenient. One of us fell in a hole and hurt our foot. But maintenance filled it in. Wi Fi is non existence. We wound up going to McDonald's when we needed it. Other than that we kept busy and focused on fun.

Loved our stay here. Sylvia & Rey sent multiple messages from warnings about possible traffic, to reminders upon check in & their favorite restaurants/spots. They had a wagon cart to use for luggage & the beach, as well as plenty of beach towels. Kitchen was very nice & Keurig a plus (we always travel with our own Kpods) vs traditional maker. This was our first time in a high rise condo (we normally stay in a house rental) & we loved the balcony. Great ocean side breeze, no mosquitoes reach you on 26th floor & we could enjoy the live music at Margaritaville. (But you can’t hear the music inside the condo for those worried about that.) My 16 y/o & his friend loved the game room at night for pool & foosball. We didn’t use the theater room but if we had a longer stay we would have. It was so cool! Had an issue with our key cards not working but that was the front desk not programming the right check out date. All in all we would definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location! = 10/10. WiFi is reliable. I worked remotely from the condo and had zero problems with WiFi connection and speed. The work station I set up on the table with an ocean view was great. The bed frames are on risers which create a lot of space to store luggage and other things. The secure parking was nice and easy to manage, and the people at the front desk are pleasant and helpful. The host is very responsive and provides clear communication in advance to help prepare for your arrival.

We were in SPI for my wife’s birthday and ended up last minute needing to change our plans. Denise was responsive and very helpful. The property was everything we wanted and very nice. Clean, great location and a great host who checked several times to make sure our stay was good. No doubt we will be back and we know this will be our first choice!

Wonderful place to stay. Sandra was extremely responsive and helpful. The location was perfect and we enjoyed walking the beach and experiencing the dolphins in the bay of Laguna Madre. Within walking distance to restaurants we truly enjoyed. We will want to come back again.

Beautiful view! Exactly like photos! There was an A/C issue while we were there. We spoke with the front desk and the issue was resolved immediately. All of the front staff was amazing!! Kamal was always responsive as well The entire place was perfect! No complaints and definitely would book again without hesitation. There were beach towels, some extra beach boards and floaties in the closet. Plenty in stocked kitchen.

We loved Robyn’s place. Very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the recliners with to relax after a day at the beach and pool. The beds were extremely comfortable. Accessing the apartment and the location was great, specially since it avoids the weekend/ summer traffic. You can walk to many places. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo is located a short walk away from the beach, and has nice facilities including swimming pool and a jacuzzi. The inside is beautifully decorated with a well-equipped kitchen. Beware if you need darkness to sleep. There is a bright lamp outside the window and there are no curtains. I had to hang blankets over the window.

The place is as described. If you need a few days to be in the area, not looking for luxury but centric, this works. I ran into similar challenges to some of the ones posted. Is modest, clean, no insects. The hot water was an issue that the owner is managing. He was extremely responsive at all times and very kind, understanding to our challenges… made up for us when we ran into issues with our return flights! Had a great time!

Such a relaxing little community. The house is right on the canal. Comfortable porch seating, full kitchen, and extremely comfortable bed. Cannot say enough good things. We had an amazing experience and hope to come back again soon.

This stay was awesome! Inside the home was very clean and accommodating from the master bedroom and bath, to the full sized dinner table. The huge outdoor porch overlooking the water with comfy furniture to relax and enjoy the views. The location is also great to experience the island as well as port Isabel. The hosts are super friendly and responsive, friendly neighbors too! Thank you for allowing us to stay!! We really enjoyed your home!

the pool on the water with the golf course across the way was so peaceful to sit out there and there's like a shaded overhang on the house with a Chase lounges are. very beautiful area. and g a g i and his wife d a n i where super nice. they greeted me and showed me around and were very helpful when I had questions. beautiful home. with absolutely everything you need. you never have to leave if you don't want to. HEB delivers groceries! the pool is beautiful

Stayed for almost 5 weeks. Wife and I absolutely enjoyed this location and dealing with this host. House is as described in words and pictures. Host is very responsive, helpful and straightforward. Location is spectacular watching the working waterfront with dolphins, boats, tugs and barges. Even viewed some different sized sea turtles. Peaceful location with some decent fishing off the dock. Covered porch with comfortable heavy duty composite furniture helped make the stay.

We originally chose Leonard’s place so we could spend March in the Area without having to be on SPI during spring break. It proved to be a great choice. The house sat on the 7th fairway. Our neighbors appeared to be local and friendly. We are golfers and played several days each week. Leonard provided far more than most hosts supply. Three grills, two bicycles, a kayak (we didn’t use it), a fully stocked kitchen with many small appliances and about any spice you needed. Leonard was always available by email to answer any questions. Response time was great. If we ever go back to the area we will try to stay at Leonard’s.
