Great location for my wedding weekend! My girls and I got our hair and makeup done the morning of and it went very smooth. The house was easy to find, very clean and was as described!

This place was great! The pool was nice and clean, the backyard was well laid out too. The inside was beautiful, fun and felt much larger than it is. It was very clean, the furnishings and beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. We walked to breakfast most mornings at the local shopping plaza with a Publix, only .3 miles away. And the drive to the beach is not bad but you can also park in town and take a trolly. I highly recommend this rental!!

Such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay and relax. My favorite part about this house was the serene backyard and how much nature there was in the neighborhood. Everything was so clean and accessible. I’d highly recommend staying here!

5 stars! Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The host was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful—they truly thought of everything to make the space feel just like home. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and cared for. The beds were incredibly comfortable—we slept so well each night, which is such a rare find when traveling! They didn’t miss a single detail. Every little thing we could’ve needed was already there, making our stay effortless and relaxing. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort and experience. On top of it all, they were beyond kind and so responsive to any questions we had. We 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, well-cared-for stay—and we will absolutely be back! Love how they are transforming this area and the love and energy they are pouring into all the surrounding homes. Oh, and the noise level at night… NONE which was very important to us. Love this place!

We loved our stay. The house was in great condition and as described. The heated pool was great as we had some cooler temperatures but the kids were still able to swim multiples times daily. Would stay here again.

Family's home was just as described. It had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Great location, walking distance to the downtown area restaurants and entertainment. The hosts were super responsive and flexible. It was perfect for a family vacation! Thank you!

Le logement proposé par Anna (Appartement N°4) était très bien situé à pieds de Hyde Park Village, au calme absolu. L’appartement est très agréable lumineux, je recommande fortement ! Tout a été très simple pour le check-in, rien à dire 👍🏻 Anna est une hôte qui sait se rendre disponible. Séjour très agréable.

My stay at Gwen's was a wonderful experience. She let me know the place was available for an earlier check-in and quickly responded to all of my questions.Her place was very cozy and I felt right at home! The location was walkable to downtown St Petersburg wirh a couple of quaint coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

This place had everything we needed. Bathroom was a bit small but adequate.

Our time in John’s place was an 11 out of 10.Truly one if not the most comfortable , convenient, and neat places to stay in . He is extremely flexible and always willing to help out with any matter of concern - very few ever came up since he is so respectful and responsible that he’s proactive to make sure we are satisfied with our rental.

The place is as described. Pool area was fantastic. Could use more silverware. Close to the beach. restaurants and stores.

Great little place in a great location not far from Clearwater. Indian Rocks Beach is nearby and we preferred the quietness of IRB to the crowds at Clearwater Beach. Jeremy was a great host who was very responsive, flexible, and kind. The host also had great local recommendations. I personally recommend the little coffee shop behind the Air BnB for a delicious cup of coffee and breakfast. Would totally recommend anyone to stay here!

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

Great unit across the street from the beach. The photos matched the amenities. We felt right at home. Everything was fresh and clean. The neighbors were friendly. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, towels, and cooler were provided. Nice restaurants and market were within a 10-15 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay here.

We hated to leave! It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and steps away from the beach, close to everything store wise/ restaurants.

Nice apartment tucked away from street. Had most things you'd need for a brief stay. Hosts were very responsive when we had an issue getting in the gate. Pool and gym easy to use and nice to have. Abes place (resturant) and groceries are in walking distance. Enjoyed it very much for almost 2 weeks! note: Was quiet most of the time but upstairs neighbors VERY easy to hear at all hours, and kept me up the last few days.

Perfect location! The place had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat - just walk out the door and you are right there. Both the beach and pool were amazing and never super crowded. The place is spacious and allowed the 4 of us to have our own space, but also be together in the kitchen/living room area and balcony. There are big TVs in every room, which allowed us to watch our own thing late at night. The 2.5 bathrooms helped us all clean up quickly after a day at the beach. Even the garage parking spot was nice and close to the elevator, which helped when we had luggage and groceries to bring up. The condo even provides luggage and shopping carts in the garage, so we only had to take one trip up. There is a full closet of beach items for everything you will need. There are also several games and puzzles to keep you busy inside. We washed clothes several times during the week. Melody was very responsive for the couple questions that we had during the trip.

The condo was great. Impeccably clean and provided everything you might need during your stay. It was excellent value for the rate. It was also a very short and simple drive to get to Clearwater beach. I would definitely go back.

Die Wohnung war für uns zwei perfekt, ebenso die Lage. Es sind keine 5 min zu Fuß zum Strand. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter, Mel, war jederzeit sehr gut und schnell. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Mel für alles.

We loved our stay at Lisa’s condo! It was perfect for our family of 4. The kids loved the heated pool and watching the dolphins in the waterway and the walk across the street to the beach was perfect for sunrise and sunset walks and shelling.
