Lots of different areas to hang out. Movie room was my fav and the video games. The house could be a little updated but it was perfect for what we needed. Thanks again!

Had a great stay at Angel’s place for my bachelor party. The location was central and just a short drive from everything we wanted to do in Tampa, including golf, spring training, and exploring downtown. The house was exactly as described with tons of fun activities and a great outdoor space. Angel was an excellent host—very communicative and flexible, which made the trip even smoother. The only small comment was that the beds weren’t the most comfortable, but that didn’t take away from the overall experience. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Tampa!

Our stay at Mark's place was great, the home is centrally located in Tampa, safe and a good value. We had a couple minor issues and Mark was very responsive and fixed them within a day. Highly recommend.

Our large group was comfortable and pleased with the spaciousness, cleanliness and the many forms of entertainment. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed and an abundance of glassware, plates and flatware. Alyssa was always polite, friendly and quick to respond and meet our need. We highly recommend this very nice house.

Barry & Alisha's place was just as described and they sent out a variety of fun things to do and places to go prior to check in. I did ask a question about the places where we had reservations and never received a response - I think their texts/reminders are just generated. We did have a problem with the water temperature and Barry came out within a 4 hour period to make sure it was great. Excellent response time. We didn't find the couch in the living room to be comfortable. And that's a thing for us. And the toilet rocks when you sit on it. That probably could stand to be replaced. But the pool was incredible and the hot tub was the reason we booked. Well maintained and cared for. They also asked for us to do laundry and sweep on the way out which was strange considering we have a cleaning fee - he said it was to honor other guests with early check in requests. We thought it was 5/5 and would stay again.

Maria was super responsive and answered any questions we had. The house was great and accommodating. The pool was cold as it’s not heated but was perfect to float in on the hot sunny days! Definitely would stay here again!

Very friendly, accommodating, and responsive host. Easy parking, decent restaurants nearby. Convenient access to beach. House instructions were clear and place was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. I traveled with children age 2-12 and they were well accommodated and entertained. The heated pool had a small shallow section that made it easy to entertain my toddler. I appreciated being 10 mins away from the beach to avoid the busy traffic and noise. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation! We had everything we could have needed and our host made everything so easy.

We enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean and comfortable. Helena welcome us and wished us well and safe travels when we departed. We would definitely stay there again.

I stayed in the Tiki condo for 2 nights when I came into town for a wedding with my husband and two young kids. Chris is an excellent host! He was very responsive and provided the most clear information regarding the condo that we have ever experienced! The condo was clean and cute and met our needs well. The pool area was full of friendly vacationers, music and a bar with tasty treats. The pool was very warm even on a chilly day (68 and windy). Construction due to hurricane damage was minimal and did not impact our stay at all. Laundry facilities are extremely easy to access on the same floor as the condo. The drive into downtown Tampa was about 15 minutes. Overall we had a great stay. Chris is a top of the line host and did everything he could to make our stay convenient and comfortable! Highly recommend the tiki condo!

Matt was the best at explaining everything and. Was so quick. To respond and answer and questions I had as well as give me great info around the area. Would rent from him again for sure and recommend him to anyone looking for a great place and helpful with any questions you might have.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this beach getaway! The location is great - right across the street from the beach (with public access), walking distance to John's Pass (restaurants and shopping), near fun little beach bars/cantinas, and just a short ride to plenty more beaches with additional restaurants and fun. We loved Sweet Sage, Salt Rock Grill, and Crabby Bill's up the road to the north. We also spent a lovely morning at Pass-A-Grille beach to the south. Pro tip - you can park the car and take the trolley all the way to Clearwater. We also appreciated the beach equipment provided. Already making plans for the next trip!

David's place was absolutely amazing! We have never stayed in an AirBNB before, but the next one will definitely have big shoes to fill. David has everything you could want and more. The pictures matched exactly what we got. He had beach toys, beach towels, coolers. wagon, beach chairs. umbrella, and many other things. Kitchen had everything you would have at home. The only thing you will need to bring is clothes. Every time I contacted David before our vacation, he responded usually within a few hours. While we were there he answered almost immediately. I can't say enough good things about David's condo and him as an owner. Highly recommend! Watching the dolphins during breakfast was a plus! Thank you for everything David!

A cute studio for two! We were thankful that the studio had chairs, towels, and an umbrella for the beach! A bonus that there is a pool when you need a break from all the sand. A very clean facility and a quiet spot. All kitchen supplies needed for a quick breakfast or lunch. Would recommend a vehicle to drive to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and tourist areas!
