My family and I were extremely satisfied with our stay! The location to the beach was phenomenal~ the ability to come back and have a pool and hot tub was an added bonus! The home worked out perfect for us ~ the beds were comfortable and the pictures match exactly what you will find! The view of the sunset was stunning from the rooftop, too! We would stay again~

Loved the location! We had a great time at the beach. The balcony was amazing …. Can’t find a better view! Matt was very responsive and helpful! Condo was clean, and exactly as described!

Loren is a great host. Very kind and tried to accomodate the needs really quickly. I traveled with 3 kids, and the space may be somewhat small if you are a party of 4 or more. Still very organized and cozy place to stay 😀

This was actually better than the pictures The home was absolutely adorable, very clean & inviting. The location was close to everything. The beach was 5min away. Restaurants were very good. Lisa was very considerate about any concerns you may have. My family enjoyed everything about this rental. The outside area was also very nice fenced in backyard. I would definitely recommend renting this wonderful home. I will be back.

Hosts were extremely accommodating & responsive! The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. The outdoor property was also very nice. We had a great time & would recommend! We were able to walk to the beach but it took around 18 minutes from the home. This would be great to rent for a birthday, bachelorette/bachelor party if you have a larger party and rent multiple units as they are all connected by 1 property and share a lawn space.

Everything was terrific. Great spot to be close to the beach, have comfortable accommodations, and be within walking distance (or short car ride) to several spots. Host was great, parking is sufficient l, and the pool out back is a nice bonus. The unit had all the kitchen and bathroom necessities to feel right at home. Very minor issue, but worth noting the unit shares a stairway to several other units. The stairway is very loud and the door doesn’t shut very tightly. Upstairs tenants are heard moving about the unit at all times. *Again, very minor, but others may want more quiet.

My son, husband, and I were there to attend my niece’s wedding. The location was perfect for us to be close to family. The house was exactly as described and within walking distance to many local establishments, even the beach. The private driveway was a plus! We loved that beach items were available and were of excellent quality. The house is across the street from a pickle ball court; we felt the noise level was at a minimum and did not bother us. We would have appreciated an informational sheet/binder that provided a recap of house rules, etc.; however, Mark was very accessible when we did have a question. Would absolutely stay again!

I have nothing but great things to say about Morgan’s cottage! Adorable, clean, and in a very safe, quiet area. Right on the beach and only a few steps to the ocean. Walkable to many restaurants and shops. Helpful host, fast communication and so friendly. We are already planning our trip for next year! Thanks for having us, Morgan!
