Susan greeted me with a smile. She was kind and made me feel right at home. The space was everything I expected and more. Located right on the Indian River and saturated with that hard to find old Florida vibe. She recommended local restaurants and used a tourist style map to help me find my bearings. She prepared the room with plenty of free snacks and waters. The kitchen was fully stocked. I could tell she takes pride in her role as super host! I messed up my reservation and needed to stay an extra night. It wasn’t able to be resolved on the app, so she spent an hour of her time making sure I was taken care of on the phone with AirBnB. She went above and beyond to make my stay special. She smiled and sent me on my way just to be sure my stay was perfect. I highly recommend Susan and her property. Thanks, Eric

I can honestly check off every box and give the property five stars all the way across. We cannot wait to come back! We love it here! Being only an hour from home it made for the perfect relaxing getaway that we didn’t have to worry about an exhausting drive to get to. The outside area is amazing and the beach is not even 10 minutes walking distance. Communication was stellar from the time of booking through the duration of our stay. We had both first floor apartments for a graduation getaway for my daughter and a few friends. The apartments are exactly as pictured. The only thing we wish had been different was that we could have been there longer. We WILL be back! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!

Such a beautiful place, nice, private, peaceful & quiet. Amazing hosts, very professional, kind, responsive & helpful. Nathan even came out of his way to stop by on Thanksgiving, to help us figure out why the keypad wasnt working! 10/10 would recommend if you are in the area, looking for a nice, private get away, or even if youre traveling for work. Would definitely stay here again! Definitely like a little home away from home!☺️

Great location easy to get to restaurants, beaches and grocery stores. Loved the pool and hot tub. Had all the necessities needed plus more.

Kathy, Tony, and Rick are very nice. They genuinely cared about me and my comfort. The BnB is very nice, well decorated, and clean. Laundry facilities were a major plus. I did not use the pool, however; it was lovely. I would highly recommend this BnB.

If you are looking for a peaceful, uncrowded and beautiful beach and a private little nest from which to enjoy it, this is your spot. I didn’t know that this kind of place existed in Florida. Beautiful waves, starry sky at night, miles to walk with a sense of solitude. The apartment itself is very convenient and offers a quiet place where you can fall asleep at the sound of the crashing waves. René is the most perfect host you can imagine, very thoughtful, reactive and helpful. I will have to go back there one day.

GREAT location!!! A block from the beach. Nice area to sit out front and in back. William was fantastic to work with and responded immediately. Home was clean, beautiful decor, helpful kitchen utensils, beach supplies. We couldnt have picked a better place than Williams!

This place was absolutely amazing! Wish we stayed more than one night. The close beach access could not have been better. Very spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Appreciated the soaps and makeup remover wipes in the bathroom as well. If we are ever back in Cocoa Beach, we know where to stay!

Awesome place!! Exactly as pictured and it was spotless. We love to travel and we’ve had our share of horror stories so we were so excited to find a place on the beach that was as clean as it was beautifully decorated. It’s an old 50’s style updated apartment. It’s centrally located in Old Melbourne and the beaches here are beautiful. Kurt was awesome to work with and responded immediately to any questions we had. We’d def stay here again! :)

Walking onto this property is like taking a step into an oasis. Martyn greeted us with a big smile and warm welcome and showed us around. It’s spacious, and clean. The pool was just wonderful! You can hear the ocean from the property and at night we could hear the tree frogs serenading us to sleep. The outdoor living room is great, and this really gives you a feel for indoor outdoor living in Florida. He and Tracey are very kind and caring and thoughtful human beings and we are lucky to be sharing the planet with them. The location is amazing. It is such a pristine area that is well preserved, and the beach was private and just beautiful. We highly recommend this wonderful apartment and hope to get back one day soon.

We really enjoyed our stay. Had a couple of small issues, which were fixed in a timely manner. Beds were comfy. Host was very quick & responsive to questions. I would recommend a stay here.

If you are a beach lover this is a great spot.! Easy walk to the beach, and you can hear the waves from the condo 👌🌊 Simple and clean place, tile floors throughout - seems recently renovated. Be aware that there's only parking for one car and the township doesn't allow any street parking! Fortunately we had one car and no guests this trip! Great for a sun & surf couple👍

This was a great place that exceeded our expectations. Great view of the ocean from our condo. Both the pool and beach were just steps away. Everything was easy to get to.

Fantastic location and a beautiful home! Easy check-in and parking. Super clean. Located just steps from the beach! Even comes with beach chairs, beach blanket, and a cooler. I’m happy to stay here again in the future.

We had a great time! We were looking for a view and to be near a space launch. We enjoyed the peaceful sounds of the waves, while laying on a soft comfy bed. Wish I could live there. Though the weather was not as amazing we felt safe and cozy. Thank you for everything and we hope to visit again with better weather.

We booked a two night stay to visit Brevard Zoo and the surrounding beaches. The host east very responsive, she checked the time to the zoo for us from the property and remained in contact during our stay. We were traveling with a baby and appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and the proximity to the local supermarket. The place was very clean and comfortable. We would provably stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

We went during Christmas and the hosts were so flexible so we could have some of our gifts sent prior to our arrival. The resort had wonderful amenities!! Hot tub, lazy river and pool were great. Heaters were on so we were enjoying the water in December. Tons for kids to do - movie theatre, activities each day, basketball, pickle ball, putt putt, Santa came one day, a magician was there…it was awesome!

We enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of this oasis. Our day began with time spent in the garden and ended with the quiet of the night. The beautiful beach was an easy walk from the house.
