We had a great stay. There was a little trouble with check in, but Jital was available and we were able to get in quickly.

Super nice place!! Very modern, private, and comfortable!! Everything worked just as it should and the check in process was super easy.

We had a fabulous stay. Everything was exactly as advertised. I was able to contact the host in a timely manner. The unit was exceptionally clean. I am looking forward to retuning again soon.

Perfect location with the beach steps away. Condo was just as described and was tastefully decorated. Everything was provided for our stay, including all beach items (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, etc.) The surroundings were quiet and peaceful. We definitely recommend this conveniently located condo to others!

Beautiful three bedroom two bathroom with a large living room and kitchen. Great place to stay with a family! Easy on/off access to the interstate.

Very enjoyable stay on Florida's Space Coast. The location was great -- Rocket launch, Cruise Ships, Beach and who knew Port Canaveral was such a cool vibe? This stay is a no-brainer.

We had a delightful stay while we were visiting the Kennedy Space Center. Suzy's recommendations for dinner at Florida Fresh Grill and Preacher Bar were great finds. The condo was really comfortable for 2 senior couples. Very convenient location. The listing page is very clear that there is construction (a new hotel) going in on the property on the north side of Sandcastles.

We stayed at Marc's place Feb 2025 for a week. We are a family of 4 & 2 bedrooms was perfect! The kitchen & bathroom had everything we needed. The AC worked well, so did all ceiling fans. Very cozy & comfortable. The cable tv was in the livingroom & master bedroom. The beds were comfortable as well. There was extra blankets, towels, wash cloths, dish cloths, beach toys, chairs to sit outside etc. One of the best stocked condos we have ever stayed in! Ground floor. The condo is in a quiet resort. The residents were so friendly. We were a 1 min walk to toes in the sand! We did not use the pool, shuffle board court or tennis court, but they were being used everyday. We walked to restaurants, shopping & mini golf. The area is very safe & SO much to see & do! The host gave us clear instructions for everything & a list of local attractions. We saw 2 rocket launches from the boardwalk! Our first time in FL & we will definitely be back! Thank you for a great vacation!

Pasamos una estupenda estadía en el alojamiento de Donnetta. No falta nada, desde la comodidad del living, la cocina impecable con todos los utensilios, condimentos y electrodomésticos que te imagines. Los habitaciones y los baños con todo lo que necesites. El patio trasero fantástico con su parrilla a gas, lo utilizamos para las barbacoas. Host was extremely helpful, assisted with getting wheelchair from a local supplier. Also, helped us arrange the drop off and pick up with medical supply. The views with the dolphins and rockets were amazing to see from the balcony. We had everything we needed to be comfortable in the condo. We were able to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. The beach chairs, towels and supplies were an added bonus, we took advantage of having those to use! Thank you again!

This is my first visit to Kelly’s place but 4th to the condo development, the unit is very nice, the view of the ocean from this unit is refreshing! The unit had all the essentials, no need to bring beach items, or towels, for my five day stay I had all I needed. Washer/dryers are at the complex, and for a few bucks work well. Love this location, safe, central to stores, restaurants, or is peaceful and the beach is beautiful. Caught a launch, what a bonus! The host Kelly is a top notch professional, I will be back… Thank you

My Sister and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect, very clean , great amenities and it's always a pleasure to have Konstantin as our host. The Sunrises were Absolutely Beautiful. We will definitely recommend this location. Thanks, from Melissa Atkinson!!!

It was a fabulous Thanksgiving… From the moment we walked in, we were so happy we chose Chris’s place. She thinks of every detail from coffee options and wine fridge to lovely robes and everything you need for the beach. Bring your flip flops & swim suits and she has everything else waiting in the closet for you. She has a beach wagon, several chairs, small cooler, umbrella, beach tote, toys, boogie boards. You’re all set! The entire place was meticulously clean and uncluttered, very comfortable furniture. The balconies!! One balcony gives a wonderful morning view of the sunrise glistening on the water & sun on your face as you enjoy your coffee. The other illuminates the river off in the distance with the colors of sunset. We went to The Dolphin for dinner one night based on a “fun” recommendation from Chris & it was a very fun vibe with live music, a great view and yummy. The beach was wonderful and convenient to the room. Chris was super flexible & helpful and is a terrific host.

OUTSTANDING!!! David and Eileen have a great place with all the amenities you will need. The place is right at the beach, a few steps and you are there. Awesome hosts they even let us stay past the check out time. Very thankful for that

We stayed the week of New Years and had a awesome time! The condo is well furnished with comfy beds, plenty of pillows and both beach and bath towels. The host was super responsive and even offered to drive over when the key lock was giving us a hard time. The pool was heated and we had fun sitting on the beach. We had a great time and would 100% stay here again. Thanks for a great week!!

Cute and cozy condo in a convenient area! Just steps to the beach and pool! Reasonably priced. Responsive hosts. Wish it had a tub and a free in-unit laundry as we had a two year old with us, but it was still a very nice stay!

The place was as described, and the location is incredible. You can see the beach from the balcony and it is literally a 200 yard walk to the ocean. Pool area was clean. I can’t say enough about Robert and the staff Sea and Sun. Anything we needed. they were fast to respond and make sure we had it. Highly recommend. Only two criticisms, label the dishwasher pods vs. laundry pods and better pillows.

Le logement était très propre et avait tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Nous avons profité des décollages de fusée directement de la plage, ce qui a été très apprécié. Le quartier est très calme et sécuritaire, on y rencontre plusieurs paons qui font tourner les têtes! Ericka et Samuel étaient très réactif aux messages et avais le soucis que tout se déroule bien pour nous. Je recommande fortement ce logement si vous voulez découvrir la région, profiter des décollages de fusée et prendre de longues marches sur la plage.

I was in town for work and had limited time for beach activities, which is what drew me to this listing. Very convenient to be on the water with private parking and chairs/umbrella with the unit. Jo responded to all inquiries incredibly quickly, making for a very easy stay.

Beautiful place, had a wonderful time at the beach and the pool. Absolutely loved seeing the sunrise on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely LOVED Emma’s place!! It was so easy to find and get into, even in the dark. Everything we needed was available and the space was easy to keep clean and organized, even with 4 kids. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by, our favorite was Mexico’s Grill along with the candy shop right next door to it. We loved having the pool right out back, and the ocean was so quick and easy to get to. Lots of beach/water toys to keep the kids entertained! Even though I don’t have babies anymore, I appreciated seeing a crib and highchair, and we definitely liked the plastic dishes! We rented wetsuits at Cocoa Beach Surf Company to help with the cold ocean since we visited in January. We shark fished with Fired Up Fishing Charters, went to Golf and Gator for mini golfing, go-carting, and holding/feeding the alligators, and hit Disney World. @giselamphotography took our family pictures on the beach and did a fantastic job with unique pictures. I would 1000% stay here again!!!

Michelle has such a lovely space stocked with everything you could possibly need! Never have we stayed somewhere so well prepared with everything we didn't even know we needed. The location is unbeatable for walkable activities and nightlife.

Easy walk to the beach and great place to stay!
