Our stay was fantastic! Everything was just as described and pictured. The pool area was great, very spacious for a large family. The house was very well stocked with any type of supplies you could possibly need from a beach wagon and chairs to garlic salt lol! If you think you forgot it, Tara probably has it there for you to borrow or use. We will definitely be returning to Tara’s properties in the future. I 100% recommend booking with Tara! Oh and the beach is dog friendly and has FREE parking. It’s within walking distance of the home as well. GREAT PLACE

We were very satisfied with our stay. The host, Jennifer was very responsive to our questions and proactive before and during our stay. The property was supplied with many convenient “extras” we haven’t had at other properties and Jennifer is a very dog friendly host, over and above “allows dogs”!!

Wir waren das 2. mal bei Janessa und werden wieder kommen. Das Haus ist an einer tollen Lage nur über die Strasse und man ist am Strand. Der Pool ist beheizt und sauber. Wir können das Haus ohne Einschränkungen weiter empfehlen. Danke das wir in deinem Haus sein durften.

This is the second time we stayed at Tricia’s place and enjoyed it all over again. A great location and we love the pool.

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Melli. Die Lage war super für schnelle strandbesuche und die Gegend war trotz der Schule sehr ruhig. Besonders hervorzuheben war die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

We just spent a month here and found it so hard to leave. It really felt like our second home. The pool is beautiful and we used it every single day. Loved the salt water over chlorine:) The big backyard gave the pups plenty of space to play. The beds and sheets were comfy, the lanai was great to play games and eat lunch. There are so many toys and bikes for everyone to use so you’ll never get board. It is location is amazing. Lots of great restaurants, super close to the beaches, able to see the rockets launched, grocery store and Starbucks around the corner and finally a paddle and park for kayak and SUP launch just right down the street. Don’t sleep on this place 😉🙌🏻. Hoping to be back next year!

Nous avons séjourné chez Michelle en famille (avec 2 enfants et 1 bébé) en décembre 2024, et tout était parfait ! La maison est bien située, proche du Kennedy Space Center et assez centrale pour rayonner sur la Space Coast, dans un quartier résidentiel calme, et avec supermarchés et restaurants à quelques minutes en voiture. La maison est jolie, spacieuse, très bien équipée, bien décorée ; on s'y sent à la maison ! Tout était très propre. Pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants : lit bébé, machine à laver, maison de plein pied. Michelle également met à disposition une mine d'informations pour profiter pleinement de la maison et de la région. Si nous en avions l'occasion, nous reviendrions sans hésiter ! Merci Michelle !

The house was very clean and very well decorated. We were traveling with our two younger children and the home allowed for plenty of play room. We were wanting to swim in the pool, but didn’t realize it wasn’t heated which was a bummer for the kids. Additionally, we thought the area would have had more tourist options, but it was residential and did require us to drive for food instead of walk.

We had a nice stay at this property. We were two families with 5 children. There was plenty of room to play and the enclosed patio was nice. We had rainy weather so did not visit the nearby beach or use the pool. We had a couple of issues arise and the hosts were responsive, but because we only had a two night stay it really was not worth having them come clean or fix anything. The garage has a ping pong table that we did use and kept the kiddos busy while we got ready. The primary bathroom is large and accommodating. The kitchen was wonderful to sit around and have the kids eat or color etc. overall great. Would recommend.

We need a last min. Place for Thanksgiving and this house was above and beyond what we thought from the pool to the patio to the house and duck pond just amazing

I was on a budget and this place fit the bill. It is very quiet, there’s a place to sit out front and out back. It was very clean and roomy. Don’t expect the Hilton, it’s older but taken care of. Danna and Carey answered the only question I had…can I bring my small granddaughters over to play in the pool. The answer was a resounding YES! Very nice people.

Melanie allowed us early access to the house. She also gave us access to the garage to park in, there were pool accessories and chairs.

We stayed at Dana’s place Jan 1-25 and home was all that we expected and description was accurate. Home is very spacious and nicely decorated. Sunroom and pool area is a nice bonus, but unfortunately Florida experienced very cold weather for most of our stay but that’s Mother Nature. This home was equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood was great for walking our dog as very little traffic. About 5 miles away in Sebastian there were several restaurants and also riverfront dining options. Dana is a great host and responded immediately if we had questions and even offered assistance getting to airport if needed. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend Dana’s place to others.

Great house for a family gathering. Clean, lots of space, and comfortable. Host was very easy to work with. Really enjoyed the patio and the pool. We were a little surprised that the jacuzzi was not operable. To be fair, it doesn't say there's a jacuzzi in the description, but the photos clearly show one, and so we assumed it was functional. Made for a nice sitting area.

Venture investments was very accommodating. We initially had booked the entire property l, however some of our group were unable to come and Venture investments worked with us to cancel part of the property so we only paid for what we needed. Very responsive to messages and offered lots of recommendations of things to do locally. Provided Lawn and beach chairs along with beach toys, boogie boards and coolers. Laundry facilities on property. Overall very impressed with our stay and would recommend!!!

The place was amazing, great location, well appointed home. The place actually exceeded our expectations. Jes provided us with information just before we needed it. The home was very clean, homey and seemed to anticipate any need we might have. We have already recommended it to our family.

I can't say enough good things about Sarah's house! We stayed there for 2 months when we first moved to the area, and we immediately felt right at home. The house had everything we needed for a long term stay, plus plenty of room for our family of 4. The whole family loved the sauna and the pool, and I loved the full-size washer and dryer! The location is great - close to the beach, the mall, lots of restaurants, and downtown Melbourne. We recommend Flying Burro for awesome Mexican food! Sarah is an amazing host and was exceptionally responsive to all of questions and requests. Thank you, Sarah, for welcoming us to Melbourne and making our first "home" here so memorable!

For my first time staying at an air bnb I was nervous but once I got there I was amazed. The place was extreme clean I did have an issue with the a/c but it was at no fault of amy and when I mentioned it to her she got right in getting the situation resolved. Property manager came right over and fixed the issue. My son loved the pool and the fact that half the house was all his. Felt right at home. Highly recommend her place. Very Very pleased with the turnout. Once I walked through the door my worries were gone. Thank for Amy for renting us your house.

Completely unique and adorable place! My entire family - 3 generations of us - loved it! There was something for everyone, and we all felt right at home. would love to come and stay again.

Debra’s place is wonderful! Lovely cottage with everything you would need for a stay at the beach. Beach is a short walk away. Many restaurants nearby. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again. And Debra was a delight.
