The place was great!

The property was very easy to access and the check in with a staffed reception desk makes it very easy and convenient. It's close to many local attractions and restaurants and conveniently has a Wawa in the facility for quick groceries and needs. The host is very responsive and their proactive communication with a link to all the information you need is helpful. I highly recommend the space and will use again if back in Philadelphia.

I genuinely enjoyed staying here. I stayed here for a little bit over a month and it was nice having my own studio apartment. The shower pressure is amazing. The kitchen comes with a lot of pots, pans, utensils, and even a little bit of seasoning,, which was nice. The windows are beautiful and the sunset and sunrises are nice to watch. The heat and the air work amazing! I stayed during the winter time and I was warm every second of the day . Personally, I think around $2000 is a lot for a studio apartment for a month, but all in all I did enjoy my stay here. The host was very responsive when I had a question about the washer and dryer and had maintenance come the same day.

My stay was wonderful. it was nice and quiet. The only thing was the parking. If you come in after 6 or 7 there is no parking for like a block away. Other then that the place was nice.

A beautiful space! Looked just like the photos! My biggest concern was the street parking, but I never had an issue finding a spot to park. Would definitely book this place again!

Warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism of Seckou san made our stay in Philadelphia so comfortable. We just checked-out, but already miss Philly and super host. Well, only half of this apartment's benefits are described in Airb＆b. You will be surprised how supurb this place is with a beautiful view. Of course, not everyone living in this building is an angel, but concierge and residents are friendly and nice as long as you behave with politeness and common scense. You may sometimes experience minor issues, but they are nothing compare to the beauty of this apartment and "outstanding host!!!"

Seckou was an amazing host and the stay was even better. The directions that were given were clear and we had no trouble getting inside the apartment. The location was perfect close to downtown where we could easily drive to get a bite to eat. I felt safe knowing there was someone always at the front desk. I would stay again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay!! If you are not super picky or boujee, this place is for you. Price was AMAZING for how close we were to everything. Grocery, wine, diner & target within walking distance. This was our first time in Philly & we were very pleased with the location. There were some minor things that we personally didn’t care about but others might. Peeling of paint in shower, missing knob on one bathroom sink, smell in the hall way, little bit of a trek to get from garage to room, on corner of a busy street, had an issue with the washer…like I said minor things we didn’t mind! Otherwise, the host was very responsive. We had 2 toddlers with us & the noise outside was not an issue for them in regards to sleep. Make sure you watch the instruction video on how to get from the garage to the room. We were very turned around in the building until we watched the video!! When we come back to Philly we hope this place is available to rent again!!

I visited two weekends in a row from Maryland, im originally from Philadelphia & usually come to visit friends & family! let me tell you, it felt like my home away from home! The place is absolutely charming, with cozy vibes and everything you could possibly need. Each weekend was filled with fun adventures, beautiful views of the city & is closed to the pier! I loved coming back to relax in such a lovely space. The host is an absolute gem, so friendly and accommodating! They made sure I had everything I needed and even shared some of the best cinnamon flavored muffin that were to die for! I can’t wait to go back again! If you're looking for a fantastic getaway, this is definitely one of my favorite places to stay. Book it now you won’t regret it! 😊 Sincerely, Sade

The description for this Airbnb is very accurate. Please keep in mind that the description is very clear that this is a historic building...there is a degree of "city charm" that comes with that! The location is FANTASTIC, you can purchase groceries at Target, Sprouts or Giant so you have options for shopping...Dunkin and Starbucks are within just a minute of the front door if you don't care to do a pour over (provided) The host is also fantastic, we had a work emergency which required an extended stay and the host responded within just minutes I also had a question about what was required during departure and heard back within just minutes of my inquiry Enjoy feeling at home while taking in all the city has to offer --- will book again on next trip to Philly!!

Worked out great for family of 3 and a friend to enjoy sports at Wells Fargo, the subway is the next block and was easy on and off. Parking garage was nice to have so we didn't have to keep moving the vehicle or have it out in the open. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Beth was super responsive and helpful with instructions. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Great location close to / walkable to everything in city center.

Had a party of 5 and we all agreed it is one of our favorite AirBnB so far. Spacious but homey. The beds and couch were very comfy and the steam shower and massage chair were often used and loved. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the week and laundry machine worked well. There were a lot of small details that made the stay even more pleasant: lots of USB chargers spread throughout, super soft and large towels, snacks + sparkling waters upon arrival, light switches with dimmers, soft couch blankets, soft blankets, local gym access Overall, it was very easy to settle into a routine in Nikhil's home. Would stay here again and recommend to others

My friends and I came in town for a festival and had the best stay while in Philly! Jason has a beautiful home and was such an awesome host! I would definitely recommend and/or stay here again myself!

David is a great host and this place is an excellent stay. Spent more time in Philadelphia and King of Prussia, but appreciated the myriad of restaurants around the area of the house. The house was clean and spacious and the pictures were exactly what came with the location. Check in and out was very easy and David was extremely responsive, even checking in to make sure that things were going well. I recommend this home highly as a place to stay and if I come back to the area, this is the first place I’m looking to stay.

Beautiful home, great location! Especially enjoyed the hot tub amidst the city skyline. Children’s play area was appreciated as well as the large dining table.

We are repeat guests at Rod's home and always enjoy our stay. The location is perfect, you can walk to many restaurants and shops in Bryn Mawr. Snap pizza and Bubba's Cheesesteak are favorites! The kitchen is well equipped to prepare your own meals, as well. The home is wonderfully clean and cozy with comfortable beds, quality linens, and plenty of seating areas. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
