I enjoyed staying here. The photos in the listing do a great job at showing the space and was a close 7 minutes to center city. All amenities like towels, shower gel, shampoo were included. The host had great communication and the checkout procedure was very easy. I would easily decide to stay here again.

Great place for a medium to large group of friends to stay. Walkable to UPenn and many convenience stores. Place is very spacious and is bigger in person than in the photos. The only issue we ran into was there was no toilet paper in the house. Overall, a great place to stay if you are visiting Philly.

Sean and Anne were great to allow us to stay at their house when we had a last minute cancellation. The place is huge; our family of four had plenty of room to relax after exploring Philly. The kitchen is fully equipped, we couldn’t use the patio or rooftop because we had snow, but the house was the perfect shelter for the little storm we had. Communication was smooth, with simple check in and check out instructions. There are a lot of details in each room (like bottles of water, chargers, games, snacks) to make sure you are comfortable and enjoy your stay, like we did.

wonderful "Adventure House" as our 2 year old called our little vacay! She also loved her vacation bunny friend, an adorable pink stuffed bunny that was at the house 😁

We booked Megan's house for my mom, who was in town to visit her grand kids. Megan was in contact the entire time we reached out with any questions. My mom loved the place and wants to book it every time she is back in town. Thank you Megan for making her experience a comfortable and memorable one.

The place was came as advertised. We were in town for 3 Phillies games and the location was perfect, a 10 minute Uber ride to the ballpark. The unit had everything we needed and was clean and updated. We loved it!

Echoing other reviews: cozy, well furnished (not too much and not too little), well kept. Nice n' warm even with single-digit temps outside. Easy communication and coordination with the hosts. Great location as well: - easy 15-min. walk to 30th Street/Amtrak station - Mr Rabbit Coffee around the block (get the chocolate-chip cookie) - Rival Bros Coffee a few blocks away (get the peanut butter toast) - neighborhood felt 100% safe - easy 15-min walk to Rittenhouse Sq (try K'Far!) It was a great way to explore the non-tourist part of this great city!

The row house was a great home! A group of 8 of us were in town and never felt that the house was crowded. We did not get to use the rooftop deck as it was cold but the location to the city center was perfect. Only a 15 min walk to Reading Market and all the walking tourist sights not far from the market. There is and Aldi and Giant within 5-7 minutes walking which was very convenient. We had no issues finding free street parking when we arrived, but also did not move the car all weekend. I stayed in the basement bedroom and it was a little noisy with street traffic as expected, and the subway as well, but it does stop in the evening the subway. Hosts were responsive and kind. Overall a great stay and would stay again

Fantastic spot, walkable to so many of the best parts of Philly yet it feels like it’s in a quaint and quiet neighborhood of the city. Super charming and comfortable, would definitely recommend!

The place is tiny, but clean and perfect for an overnight. I was attending a conference at UPenn and it was easily walkable to campus and near lots of transportation and food options.

We had another great stay at Helena's. The house is beautiful. Completely clean and comfortable. There is a fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances. Coffee and tea was provided. Nice outdoor space in the rear with a table and two chairs. The towels and sheets are all high quality. The location is perfect. Easy walk to the Italian Market, several restaurants, and even into Center City. We walked to the Walnut Street Theater for our show which took 20 minutes. Easy walk to South Street also. We did manage to get free street parking for the whole weekend. Be mindful of the parking signs in the area. Helena's place is excellent. We highly recommend it.

This place was in an amazing location and was very clean. Simone communicated quickly with anything we needed and made our stay great!

We love the multi-levels in the house. Nick was very responsive and accommodating. Liked that the house was close to Conshohocken. We were visiting family in the area.

This home exceeded my expectations in appearance. There was more than enough space for myself and 5 other friends. The master bedroom was gorgeous and a peaceful place. My friends and eye were a very big fan of the rooftop and planned to rebook during the summer so we can enjoy it better. Instructions and information was very clear and easy to follow so we didn’t contact the host for any needs. Parking was the only concern but it was expected. However, Gabrielle did offer some advice on parking locations in the area. My friends definitely would love to rebook for this place in the future.

Cozy little townhouse. Excellent location for exploring the art museums! We stayed 5 days in Feb 2025. Walk everywhere from here! 50 feet from the front door & you can see the PMOA about 3 blocks away. Walk 1 mile down large main roads to the Rodin & Barnes. 2 miles gets you to downtown. Safe area. I checked on that before booking. We were out late and always felt safe. It's the type of neighborhood with lots of young single people walking dogs & jogging. Many cool bars & restaurants in easy walking distance. I was very surprised at how peaceful it was. Only thing I heard at night was train whistles. The house only shares 1 wall, and I never heard or saw those neighbors. Parking is tough in that area but the city lot next to the Eastern State Penn was only a 10 min walk and you can pay for multiple days on the Parkwhiz app. $30 per day and a 10 min walk was well worth it for peace of mind. Everything was exactly as described and very clean. I highly recommend this place.

Scott is my new gold standard for AirBnB hosts. He was proactive, thoughtful, and really went the extra mile to make our relatively short stay in Philly very comfortable. His place is great for a small group of friends, and has a real luxury touch. It felt warm and cozy during our December stay, and I would bet it makes a great spot during the summer with outdoor space and roof access. Next time I come back to Philly, I'm reaching out to Scott first.

We had a great time in Michael's house. It was easy to get in, the kitchen was well appointed - we were easily able to do many meals there. The living room was comfortable, as was the main bedroom. Shower and bathrooms fine as well. Location great - right in Center City and near lots of transit. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway, Would Highly Recommend

Cute and convenient spot. The shower was a little tricky, but Sebastian’s instruction for that and other things were very clear. Not an especially spacious unit, but we didn’t spend much time there and were more interested in the convenient location. Would book again

I was in a quandary with a previous host being uncommitted to our reservation. I felt lucky to find a place with less than 8 days to the event bringing me and my family to Philly. Amanda was immediately responsive to my inquiry and many follow up questions. She was incredibly flexible about both check-in and checkout times and clear about expectations. The place was clean and spacious and probably the best equipped AB&B household I have ever visited. I have no reservations about giving her a 5 star review Terry

This stay was amazing! The house was so thoughtfully and tastefully renovated, we felt right at home… But like more stylish versions of ourselves! The kids were charmed by the snack basket. We had a great time seeing sights by day and watching “Rocky” together by the fire at night. We all slept great and loved the way the sun bathed different rooms in light at different times of day. The bathrooms and kitchen were well-equipped and beautifully adorned with live plants. We had everything we needed to cook, including the oft-neglected pans, sharp knives, and food storage not every AirB&B provides. We’d love to stay here again & would highly recommend Marina’s place for anyone seeking a truly special home base in Philadelphia.
