This property was exactly as advertised and was full of details that made our stay excellent. The beds and linens were some of the most comfortable we’ve stayed at, making this a very relaxing experience. Carolyn made everything easy. The place was stocked with snacks, sodas, coffee, spices, and all the toiletries needed for a 10 day stay. She even offered to restock us mid-week. The neighborhood itself was quiet and walkable, offering plenty of grocery and restaurant options within a short drive. We also had easy access to BCC/LCC resorts via I80-I215. I would highly recommend this property and any of Carolyn’s listings, as she is a fantastic, honest, kind host.

The townhouse is beautiful, extremely clean and very, very well stocked. We never felt like there was just enough of something and we may run out during our stay. The kitchen was equipped with all the appliances, pans and spices you would ever need if you are cooking. It really felt like we were staying in a home and not just a rental which made the trip a very comfortable and wonderful experience. Thanks Lynn!

this is a very comfortable house and a great host. the furnishings are brand new with a comfy bed, spacious bathrooms and closets, open kitchen and living areas. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

nous avons passé une semaine pour le ski, randonnée et tour au centre ville. La maison est situé sur une route passantes qui est très pratique pour rejoindre rapidement les routes pour aller skier ou encore faire des randonnées dans le magnifique parc Antilope. La cuisine est bien équipé pour préparer des repas et la table accueille 5-6 personnes. Seul bémol, le mobilier du salon est peu confortable. malgré ce point nous avons fortement apprécié notre séjour à Salt Lake

The central location and easy access to highway for heading to various ski areas was fantastic. Also loved being so close to everything in Sugar House area. Place was very clean and comfortable. Especially loved the fireplace and nice bathtub. Would definitely stay again.

Truly extraordinary accommodations. Whether you're coming in from out of town and planning a long stay, or just getting away for a spontaneous night alone locally with your significant other, I cannot recommend this guest house enough. Savannah is a wonderful proprietor, helpful and responsive and clearly takes pride in adding personal touches to the location. We will stay here again. It was a wonderful experience.

We had a great stay at Stephanie and Colton's place. They were very welcoming and extremely responsive, including when our toddler managed to lock everyone out of a bedroom. Great base to explore Salt Lake City. Close to the unit, we really enjoyed the nearby Granite Library and Greenhouse Effect coffee shop.
