We had a great time at Gleb’s place. The townhouse was beautiful and very clean. Comfortable beds. The bunk bed has a trundle mattress on the bottom which worked out great for my youngest child. The clubhouse is amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good. The house is fully equipped. Jenniffer is very attentive. I would definitely come back

My family greatly enjoyed Katia’s home while staying there for a wedding we were attending that weekend. The pictures are accurate, house was very clean, and was in a safe area. There was plenty of room for the whole family and two kids. She even had lots of games to play, beach towels / chairs, and pool toys. Katia was always quick to respond and was extremely helpful when I asked how the pool spa worked. The kitchen was also fully equipped, beds were very comfortable, and the bath towels were nice ones. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This home was perfect for my 2 children and myself. Home was clean and spotless upon entry. Outdoor area got plenty of use from the pool, to the hot tub, to the outdoor TV. Neighborhood was extremely quiet which made for a relaxing time. Daughter was in a swim meet at close by Centennial Park as the drive there lasted only 10 minutes. I plan on returning next year.

Evona is a terrific host & the place is amazing! I would give both 10 stars! We were well cared for, she even put our grocery order in the fridge when we had a travel delay & the response to questions was very quick! Whether we needed a bandaid, or beach towels or seasoning for food, the whole place is well stocked! The host, the setting, the surroundings, the available activities, the comfort of the house all provided a heavenly experience celebrating my wife's special birthday! I highly recommend Evona & this fabulous place! Thank you so very much!!

Roy’s place is beautiful, nicely decorated and easy drive to downtown and beaches. The backyard pool and hot tub area was gorgeous and we spent a lot of time there. Roy was very responsive to questions and flexible.

We loved our stay. The house was clean and well accommodating for a family. My children loved the pool and the back yard. They also enjoyed the toys provided. We hope to be back. Hostess was very communicating with any problems we had.

We had our prior place cancel on us due to the hurricane and when we reached out to Mike and Wendy they were so quick to get back to us and help. After staying at the endless summer I’m glad our prior place was cancelled because this was absolutely perfect for our two families. There was never a dull moment with all this place has to offer. We were able to enjoy our relaxing days while the kids played. Love the Lani area. The amount of detail and time they put into instructions all around the house was so impressive. They prep you before your stay so you know what they have available. They are quick to get back with any questions. We will definitely be a return guest when we have the opportunity to come back 😁!

kitchen cupboards full of dishes not needed. no room to put food in cupboards. cutlery very dull. should've had an ice cream scoop & a kitchen scissor.

This place exceeded expectations! Pool and hot tub, absolutely awesome. Bathrooms are amazing. Living room, bedrooms and kitchen all very modern. The fridge plays music. Martin was very helpful with anything we asked for. Location worked perfectly. We attended a Braves Spring training game (about 25 minutes away) and Venice Beach (about 10-15 minutes away). Still can’t say enough about the home though. The house itself was just as pleasurable as anything we did on our visit!!! Thank you Martin

The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive! Their place is lovely, clean, well maintained, and well stocked. Lots of kids’ games and gear were there (although we didn’t use any). The kitchen was loaded with supplies. There were lots of thoughtful touches, like a welcoming bottle of wine, some beers, and cookies. I mentioned the dilapidated house next door, but it didn’t inconvenience us at all. It looks like many of the older homes that are not well kept are being renovated. It was handy to have a YMCA close by and we found two nice fish markets. It was a wonderful place, and we would certainly stay again. Thanks to our hosts. Great job!

The location was great for work, the place had all the amenities that were needed during my stay.

Agata's villa was perfect and she was very responsive when we had a question. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, modern appliances, lanai dining table, the reading lights and comfortable furniture in the living room, the bathtub as well as shower in both bathrooms, the Smart TV (there are three TVs), and the beach and children's equipment in the garage. The complex is lovely, peaceful and private -- a good place to take a walk, swim in the pool, play pickleball with an active group, use the billiards table in the clubhouse, join in on occasional activities such as bingo or trivia. The area is close to grocery shopping, The Legacy Trail for biking, Tamiami Trail and convenient for traveling to area beaches. We plan to go back here again and again. Thank you, Agata!

Chris & Michelle were incredibly kind and responsive, ensuring that all our needs were met. Their hospitality made our experience even better. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in the area!

What up perfect place for a family! We each enjoyed it very much and we loved the location. Very close to downtown Sarasota many restaurants and coffee shops and very close to the beach. Gerardo communicated very well and we really appreciate that.
