We have been staying at Ella's place for months now, always responsive and helpful.

Jordan was a fabulous host his communication from start to finish was so friendly and prompt and the flat was exactly as described , beautifully presented and immaculate . The views over the Tyne are lovely and it is about a 30 minute walk along to the great bars and restaurants along the quayside so you are away from the bustle in a quiet residential area . We were there for the unforgettable Caraboa Cup celebrations and could easily walk up into town , one of my highlights was a run along the quayside seeing the iconic landmarks in the early morning . Thank you Jordan for the thoughtful goodies on arrival ! Highly recommend this stylish and comfortable property and we hope to make a return visit .

The location was great for us,being in walking distance from our son and his family.The studio was perfect,Spotisly clean and so easy for my Disabled husband because everything was on one level and beautifully fitted everything was of excellent quality.

This was a lovely stay! The house was cozy and very clean, easy to find, clear instructions for everything, & had everything that we could have needed during our stay! The hosts were very responsive as well. We had a problem with the heater but they came and helped us out the next day directly! Thank you so much, we had an amazing stay :)

Linda was so so helpful. She was an amazing host and was so quick to help. Very grateful for her welcoming nature. She was the first stop on our Hadrians Wall hike and set the bar high for accommodation!

Really enjoyed my stay. The flat was easy to find, great to have a parking space and was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Especially liked the main bedroom. Great location with a Co-op round the corner for food, just 15 minute walk to the Metro to get into Newcastle or to the Coast, or 5 minute drive to the beach. Excellent communication from the host. Would recommend and would stay again.

We loved loved loved this place! Hoping to come back soon. The house was perfect for my family (2 adults and 2 kids). The kids loved the enclosed garden, the toys and games around the place. I loved the utility room (I know 🤦‍♀️😂), the living room space, the en-suite and the kitchen/dining space. I also really loved the location, we walked to the beach and the park each day. The whole estate was quiet and friendly. Gary was proactive in giving great (free) ideas of what we could do when the weather changed. He was friendly and helpful without interrupting our holiday. I cannot put into words how much we loved the house. There were so many lovely touches round the house (like automatic lights on the stairs) which made the house exciting to the kids. We loved this property and would definitely book it again!

Stayed here as my house flooded. Matthew helped take some stress away by making it so easy to check in and the house was like being at home. Very quiet and we are looking g forward to staying again in a few weeks. Well worth the money

Ideal hub for myself and kids. Very comfortable, excellent kitchen and fast broadband. Would have preferred a better parking spot as I have a large car and needed to mount full kerb to access parking. I didn’t fancy parking on street as it was adjacent to small junction. Just something to note. Aside from that, very happy. Thank you very much

Stylish, spacious, very comfortable house in quiet setting with peaceful Marina views. Bright and light because of the big windows at the back. Exactly what it says ‘on the tin’. Had a relaxing 2 nights here and plan to come again when visiting family in Newcastle.

Absolutely fantastic host, very responsive to our messages and was very flexible to accommodate our very late check in. Very understanding as we booked under difficult circumstances. Lovely spacious house and in immaculate condition.

Lovely little cottage in a great location. Very clean and very homely. Great location if you have dogs, lots of dog friendly pubs cafés and plenty of areas nearby to let dogs have a run round. Only negative was there was no mop or vacuum. I like to vacuum every day and mop floors every day, with dogs I think it's necessary to keep on top of it. Apart from that our stay was great, would go again.

The property is very well maintained and clean. the hosts were great and very informative. the property has 3 spacious rooms which is good for a group of people or a family. will definitely be coming back to The property again when I come back up to Newcastle.

I stayed at this beautiful property with my son and my dog. We both love nature so could not fault the surroundings and were lucky enough to see lots of wildlife, including a jay and squirrel in the garden. The property is spotless, comfortable and well equipped. There are lovely walks from the doorstep and I will definitely be back.

We would highly recommend this wonderful accommodation! We loved the historical building conveniently located right across the street from the train station. The interior is updated, spotless, inviting and very comfortable. The kitchen has new appliances and everything needed to cook meals. The beds were also very comfortable, with lovely linens. We particularly appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Richard met us at the home and gave us a warm welcome and the information we needed for our stay. He was very responsive to any communications and made sure we were well cared for. Our week in Morpeth was made ever so much more enjoyable because we had such a great place to stay--thank you, Richard!

Really enjoyed our stay with Julie and Jamie. It was easy to find No. 15 and easy to park very close by. Jamie greeted us and showed us up to our apartment, which was clean and warm. He offered to help us with our luggage. They had made it feel very homely from the decor and soft furnishings, to the truly excellent human and dog welcome baskets. The immediate location is excellent, full of restaurants, cafes and pubs within 5 minutes walk. In the welcome folder is a list of recommendations on where to go with a note of whether they are dog friendly or not. Really helpful. The beach is literally at the bottom of the street and my dog loved maurauding around after the ball, Julie had kindly popped in the dog welcome box. It's about a 10 minute walk to Spanish City, along the beach/promenade or to the main street, which has some nice independent shops and an excellent craft beer tap room/bottle shop, Nord.

Fabulous flat in a perfect location in Cullercoats, the hosts have thought of everything. Worth noting one of the double bedrooms is downstairs in the basement next to two locked doors which can feel a little bit isolated at night and likely limits who can stay there eg children might be scared (or adults alone!) but otherwise the place is really great

We’ve been to the area a few times and from now on will always check if Katie’s place is available. So beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, cosy and in an outstanding location with free parking! Right by Cullercoats Bay, and near great places for breakfast, coffee, food later in the day or drinks later in the evening. We had the best time. Katie’s communication was very proactive. She gave us great recommendations, and made us feel very at home.
