Lasa Homes was an absolute delight! The apartment was spotlessly clean, exactly as shown in the listing, and incredibly spacious, making our stay super comfortable. All the amenities were thoughtfully provided, and we especially appreciated the washing machine, which made laundry so convenient during our trip. Having access to all OTT platforms was a fantastic bonus, making our evenings cozy and entertaining. A special shoutout to Anil Ji, who was a wonderful host—helpful, responsive, and always ready to assist. The stay was worth every penny, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lasa Homes to our friends and family. We’ll definitely be staying here again whenever we revisit Gangtok!

I recently stayed at Newa house and had a wonderful experience. Dhana Di was incredibly welcoming and ensured I felt right at home before we arrived at her place. The location of the homestay was perfect for me. It was in a quiet. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I loved the attention to detail, from the fresh flowers on the spacious balcony - where we friends could have an excellent time together to cleanliness in the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable, ensuring we had a great night’s sleep. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional cooperation and help from the host. We are grateful to the host for serving us hot, delicious, tasty food. The warm hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and delicious food made for an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Marvelous staying there in Passang's place. We all have enjoyed a lot there. We had very good snacks in the evening, delicious and tasty food in dinner as well as in the breakfast, extra care also over there for our child. The room is very spacious and cozy, having all the amenities. Moreover the warm welcome by the host at the time of reception and shower of love and respect at the time of checking out is something we are getting extra and priceless. If there ever was a paradise lost, never fret because you'll find it again here. A home away from home nestled amidst pristine pine and fern canopy hugged by the mountains - Rabten and his warm family made every bit of our stay in kalimpong a moment to cherish. We were properly spoiled with cooked food (sumptuous), spacious beds and copious rooms, a view to behold, misty mountain weather that transported us to a fantasy novel, a brilliant hall room to congregate and singalong. Rabten personally ensured we had all the right contacts and logistics sorted out for our sight seeing and transport. Rabten's mum was extremely generous to us, and kind. His crew were engaging and always available to help and assist. I would strongly recommend the homestay, and we definitely made friends here whom we want to visit again, soon!

We had a fantastic stay at Mr. Chandra’s place in Gangtok! He was constantly in touch with us ensuring a smooth arrival. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The room was cozy, spotless, and perfect for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out was the absolutely wonderful home-cooked dinner — delicious, wholesome, and made with so much care. Mr. Chandra goes above and beyond to make his guests feel welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Gangtok!

I recently visited Pranati Bed n Breakfast at Kalimpong, a charming hill station and was surprised and mesmerized by the breathtaking views of the majestic Kanchenjunga from the terrace. The property nestled amidst lush green lawns and with a delectable home cooked cuisine offered a serene escape. Each morning, of our stay we woke to the stunning panorama of the snow-capped Kanchenjunga, which seemed to change hues with the rising sun. Prashant was always available to extend an arm for any help we requested. The tranquil atmosphere and picturesque landscapes made the experience truly unforgettable.

From the second we entered his home, Krishna made us feel so welcome and at home. He answered all the questions we had and gave us a hand drawn map of Darjeeling that was incredibly helpful in navigating and deciding what to do next. His wife’s cooking was also incredible. As it’s winter and not many homes have heating, the space was a bit cold but the heated beds provided for a warm and cozy sleep. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Badamtam in Rebika ji’s house. It’s a very pretty house, with thoughtfully decorated interiors and spacious balconies having great views of the surrounding mountains and tea gardens. Rebika ji is an amazing host and made us feel right at home from the moment we had checked in. Her home cooked meals were delicious and always served hot and with lots of love ❤️. We also enjoyed bonfire every evening and Rebika ji prepared a lovely barbecue along with the bonfire on new year eve 🥰. Rebika ji’ son Ashu was very helpful and courteous. He showed us around the place and took us to nice view points. It’s pet friendly which was an addendum advantage to us. Overall we had an awesome and fun stay in Rebika ji’s place and would like to visit again. Thanks Rebika ji for your wonderful hospitality and warmth for us!

Had a great and warm stay. Uncle and aunty were amazing and welcoming. The food was good and they made sure we feel at home.

Tej was a lovely host and I’m really grateful to have found this property to stay at. It was nice because it was peaceful for Darjeeling, and you can walk to mall road in 20 minutes through beautiful scenery. Tej was helpful and always wanted us to be comfortable and well taken care of. I would come back. The kitchen didn’t have salt, spices or oil for cooking and I am used to air bnb providing these things for travellers since it’s hard to travel with those things. There is also no fridge but Tej was kind enough to allow me to keep some perishables in his fridge. Overall it was a lovely apartment, very cute and comfortable. Thank you Tej and Family🙏

We had a wonderful time staying in this Airbnb. It is a comfortable 1bhk apartment with all basic amenities as mentioned. 5 of us could fit in a king bed and a sofa come bed. Mall Road was about 600 meters walking and chowrasta about 1km. The grocery stores in the area were a bit smaller than the usual mart we are used to however local delivery makes it easy. The hosts were great and we will definitely visit again with friends and family.

Mr. Paulzor was an absolutely amazing host. He is very polite and decent and indeed really helpful. The way he hosted us made us feel at home, especially the way his dogs greeted us. He will ensure that your stay will be free from any problems and will arrange for any service that you want. Morever, his place is literally just 10 minutes walk away from Mall Road. I would highly recommend that guests have food at his place rather than any other place in Darjeeling. He makes homemade food which is absolutely delicious. All in all, it was an amazing stay at his place and would definitely stay at his place whenever I visit Darjeeling again.

Tajistha was a good human being, the house was good but a bit far side but we managed to adjust regarding up hill and downhill although we were aware about it as non hill station personnel it was bit unexpected. So no blame on host ☺️There are some suggestions from me that should be fixed 1. Clear instructions about house rules even though it was pasted but those must be well communicated, we discussed many things but this was missed. 2. We took all the rooms which were available but there were continuous drippings for just running 2 inductions, since Darjeeling is cold place it is expected to use geyser and inductions together. 3. Hot water management was there in one bathroom only, hence even we had 2 bathrooms but we used only one bath. Above points should be improved that will help others and there will be must, otherwise it was a good stay.
