We had a great family stay at Huccaby Cottage. The location was perfect for days out and the added bonus of the indoor pool and play facilities was excellent! The cottage is great for little ones with everything you might need, stair gates, travel cots, high chair etc. The welcome hamper was very much appreciated after our journey on the motorway was very slow, the biscuits went down a treat! It was our first visit but certainly not our last, we’re already looking to book next year! Thank you for a fab weekend. X

This house offers everything a family could wish for. It feels very homely from the moment you step through the door. We stayed over Christmas and Clare had the log burner set ready to light with basket of logs and clear instructions. The open plan kitchen diner opens to an immaculate garden and even had feeders for the birds. Most of all Clare dressed a Christmas tree and left suprises for the children. We were close to the harbour and park and within walking distance to the Lighthouse theatre where we saw Sleeping Beauty on Boxing day. A truly memorable Christmas. Thankyou Clare.

We had a lovely weekend away. House was perfect for two family’s and pets . Hot tub was a big hit for the kids and adults . Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We have just returned from Caroline’s beautiful cottage. It was everything we wished for and more. The cottage had everything we needed, the beds were extremely comfortable and the cottage was exceptionally clean. The surrounding area was very quaint and pretty and there was lots to explore in the area and a bit beyond. We spent NYE at Durdle Door, an hours drive away but well worth it. Would highly recommend Caroline’s cottage and our dog loved it too.

A great place to stay. Very comfortable. Lots of crockery, cutlery and pots & pans. great friendly communication prior to our stay. Was the perfect location for us to see family over Christmas and the house was decorated beautifully.

The house is lovely. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could want. Plenty of towels supplied. Very quiet area. Would be even better in the summer. Only downside is not having dedicated parking but we found a spot just down the road.

Great house and as described. We did feel it was a shame that the garden was quite stark with no plants or greenery

Victoria’s house was beautiful, and perfect for our 2 families (8 people in total!) The wood burner was a lovely addition in the cold evenings. Bedrooms were an ideal layout for us and having 3 bathrooms was great and extremely helpful. The kitchen was stunning with fully equipped cupboards with everything needed. Very detailed information on house rules and expectations. Victoria was a perfect host and was very responsive to any questions. I didn’t have any issues for her to resolve as the house was perfect. The location was great for us as all the outings we had planned were a car drive away, we did go on a walk that was detailed in the information folder that was in the house, it was a lovely 2hrs in the countryside and something we wouldn’t have known had Victoria not put it in there. The local pub which is as 1 min walk did a lovely meal and Sunday roast. I would highly recommend this property, and Victoria as a host was amazing.

Jon's place is very well located. He is a very responsive host and takes care of his guests well. we liked the stay and would recommend to others as well.

We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

A fabulous quiet place with no passing traffic, no light pollution yet close to all amenities. Our two dogs loved the garden and walks in the locality. Hosts were friendly and the fresh eggs provided were amazing.

Great place, secluded and quiet despite being close to ring road. Easy walk into town and the Tor. Clean, modern, well appointed kitchen, plenty of glasses, plates, pans etc. Comfortable lounge, warm and cosy. Nice bathroom with shower. We felt at home while in Glastonbury. Thank you.

We were in Bath for a family get together and Ian’s apartment was the perfect place for us to stay for a few nights. A 20 mins easy walk into the centre with supermarkets close by makes for a great location. Personally met and shown around the apartment by our host and really appreciated the welcome locally made bread along with the organ he juice and milk. The beds are very comfortable and everything was pristine. Thank you!

A great location for the theatre and restaurants in Cardiff Bay. Easy, under 10 minute walk to the bay. The property was really clean with lots of facilities and shower/ bath products. the kitchen was well equipped and a supply of tea, coffee, sugar etc. The bed was very comfortable, I often don't sleep well when I stay away... however I slept very well in this stay. The instructions for entering the parking area, building and flat were very easy to follow with good photos as well. I would definitely recommend this property and I will definitely book again when visiting Cardiff.

We had an absolutely lovely stay. The apartment was as described and very comfortable. The location is beautiful - I’d recommend a visit to the park behind the apartment block, which has a lovely little beach.

Great place. Second time staying here with my elderly father for Christmas. Was spotlessly clean with all the kitchen etc utensils needed. The scones, jam and clotted cream was a nice touch as we're the Christmas decorations. Arranged to check-in early at 4pm on Christmas eve. Is about a 15 minute walk from Exmouth station plus is on street parking (parking permit provided by host if needed). Very easy access to seafront/estuary mouth and small marina. Is also a pub opposite (not noisy) that does good food. Are a couple of mini-mart style shops about 400yards away. Exmouth centre a 15 minute walk. Would recommend

Had a lovely stay in Debbie’s beachfront condo! The condo was clean, spacious, and in a great location. It was also very nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely time, beautiful sunset and sunrise view of the beach from the balcony. I picked and dropped off keys to Sue, she was wonderful and amazing at responding to texts! Overall, was a great stay! Highly recommend.

le logement nous a plu ,propre,nous étions 5 adultes et tout le monde reconnait que on avait bien choisi. On reviendra sans problème, la plage n'est pas loin et il y a de bons restos ou commerces.

Fantastic location and a lovely well presented flat made for an extremely comfortable stay. Roz was very helpful and my Mum is now a converted B&B to ABNB future customer.... she couldn't stop talking about the decor and presentation of the flat! Would highly recommend for any future visitor.

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!
