Very highly recommend. The property is conveniently situated amongst great transport links into the city centre whilst being on the doorsteps of Broadway Plaza. Would definitely stay again. Host was a great help and made us feel very welcome. 5*

We booked this for a family break with parents and 2 toddlers over Christmas and we were not disappointed. The pictures accurately reflect the condition of the property; extremely clean, cosy and a well stocked kitchen. It is easy to find, in the heart on Leamington Spa; within walking distance to all the restaurants, parks and boutiques that the town has to offer. Located on a quiet road off the main thorughfare, allowing for a peaceful nights sleep in the super-comfy beds. Off street parking for the 2 cars was very convenient. Thanks for being a great host Luca, we will be back!

Rod is a good host. So nice , helpful. He always assists and take care my family very well. Specially , he helped me to arrange somethings in my quarantine period. He knows we come from HK. He ready the foods (HK style)and some necessary things before we arrive. I highly recommend this place for you. Good place, good & nice host.

Great house and suited ours needs. we have stayed here a few times now and will be returning. Communication with the team has always been great.

The property was exactly as described with all amenities. The two king size beds and the double sofa bed accomidated us comfortably. The kitchen was also equipped with everything we needed.

The house was warm and cosy, ideal for a family holiday. We were close to our family. We were close to a supermarket, so groceries were easily accessed. Plenty of restaurants and takeaways are available. Comfortable house and surroundings

Elizabeth was super helpful and friendly and greatly aided our transition into the UK with two little ones. We appreciated her fully equipped kitchen and updated shower/bathroom. Our two week stay was comfortable and wholesome. We enjoyed the fish&chips down the road and the walks to Aldi & ASDA

We had a lovely time spent at this airbnb. It was a brilliant location for what we went to Birmingham for. Walkable to many shops & restaurants and secure parking. Eviano was a lovely host, very responsive to all queries & gave clear & easy instructions to follow. The flat was clean & clutter free. I enjoyed the shower, had hot water & very decent water pressure (which is what we all really want for a shower). 😄 After a long day of travel & attending a concert, it was nice to get to go back & unwind in comfort. Thank you, Eviano for having us.

Amazing apartment- the jacuzzi was comfy with great view- champagne and lots of treats. Definitely recommended

I stayed here for my short duration in Birmingham and thoroughly enjoyed it. However it being on a main road may be a problem for some guests, so keep that in mind when booking. Other than that, had no issues staying here, and would do so again.

Nice clean place to stay in quiet cul-de-sac close to local shops and stone town centre. Very good overall..
