Wilma was extremely responsive to our requests. The apartment was clean, had an extensively furnished kitchen, comfortable bed and a gorgeous view of the golf course. We'd love to rent again.

My colleague and I had a last minute hotel issue when we arrived for a conference. Trey & Erin replied immediately to my request for a reservation and were able to accommodate us. Their place was lovely and in a perfect location for our conference work and entertainment. We loved our stay and plan to stay again when we come back for the conference next year!

This place was everything it was advertised to be and more! I would definitely use Ryan’s services again! The place was so peaceful and clean. He made it feel like home away from home and I appreciated that. Super responsive as well!

The house is an eclectic and captivating space with a unique charm. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the overall layout provides plenty of room to relax. The outdoor area—featuring a bar, grill, Jacuzzi, and pool—is exceptionally well-designed and quickly became the focal point of our stay. Its location is also a major highlight. The house is within walking distance of Ybor City’s vibrant central area, offering plenty of restaurants and activities to explore. Additionally, the Tampa trolley is just three blocks away, making it a highly convenient base for exploring the wider area.

House was set-up well for multi-family stay with kiddos aged teenager to toddler. Lots of thoughtful amenities throughout the home to make your stay comfy and cozy! Appreciated items for the beach and for kid play! Lots of space and options for sleeping and areas to hang out indoor and outdoor! Everyone one slept well and complimented that it was a great space! No issues and host was responsive for any questions👍 Our family enjoyed our first trip to Tampa and we would stay here again!!

Aaron and Sophie were great hosts! We had a few things occur during our visit but Aaron was always quick to respond with a solution. The home was very clean and spacious for us. We loved the huge pool and wonderful hot tub. Plus we could bring our pup! It was fun time in Tampa and this is a great place to stay!

Matthews place was the PERFECT place....they have thought of everything anyone could need and have supplied it in this home! It was very peaceful and relaxing. With the park right down the street, it makes for a great place to stay. Lots of places within walking distance, and they have let you know all the walkable places to go.

Really cool place with spacious bathroom and bedroom, along with an awesome kitchen for those looking to cook while on their trip. Close to everything but quiet neighborhood. LaShawn was a fabulous host, made sure we were totally comfortable and had great knowledge of the area! Will be staying there again next time in Tampa!

My daughter and I spent 4 nights at the Tree House and it was lovely. It is in the back yard of the host's home, yet felt very private due to the lush tropical landscaping and trees. For me, the best part was the screened-in porch where I spent hours each morning enjoying the coffee Susan provided. It's located in a great little older neighborhood with easy street-parking and within walking distance of Hyde Park area - lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The approx. 100 year-old apartment was as described which means I understood we would not have the luxuries of a dishwasher or central heat and air - and we were fine with that.

We loved our stay. Ryan was super accommodating and understanding. The property is super peaceful which we were looking for. Would stay again!

My husband and I had a great stay at the bungalow. Nice, clean and homey. The location is good for downtown and neighboring restaurants. It was nice to walk my dog with such friendly neighbors. I recommend the bungalow if your in St. Petersburg. - Gayle & Rob

We had an amazing stay at Josh & Joy's place! The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located for exploring the city. Josh & Joy was incredibly communicative and welcoming.

this place was great for my 4 night stay. EZ in and out, with a nice porch to sit on when relaxing. real close to everything without paying the high price of a beach condo. I will stay here next time I book.

This was a much needed get away! The place was exactly as described! My kid had a blast with the volleyball court and the pool. We got home and my kid is already talking about returning, she said her stuffy smells good just like the resort! Truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again should the need arise. I imagine if the weather would have been nicer we would have been able to enjoy the beautiful backyard lanai and pool but unfortunately mother nature had other plans.

Cheryl's place was great for our family of three. Clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of space, light filled, perfect AC, all the supplies one can think of in the kitchen, bathrooms. Very nice, clean, generously sized pool and back yard were one of reasons I picked the place and it was very enjoyable. Garage filled with towels, beach chairs, swimming goggles, swimming / beach toys. Cheryl thought of everything! Easy location for the Tampa Bay area. Definitely recommend!

Stay here!!!!! I can’t say enough great things about this AirBNB!! Great location (safe, walkable, quiet, close to great restaurants and coffee shops!!), GORGEOUS space (the backyard with pool and plants everywhere is a dream come true), and everything you could need inside: comfy beds, a super stocked kitchen (seriously, you could cook anything you want, the kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and pots you need), and very clean! There was a personalized book with local recommendations, the hosts were responsive and kind but gave us space… perfect!!!

Great place with lots of room, and a screened in pool with removable security fence around the pool. They have beach chairs, umbrella and just about everything you need to take to the Beach! Brian is very quick to respond to any questions. Checking in and out is quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Brandon’s house. Kitchen had everything we needed. The Blackstone grill was awesome to cook on. Pool heater was key. Very easy to get around. Beds were very comfortable and we look forward to coming back.
