Great location and wonderful cozy studio. Perfect for couples. Host gave clear instructions. Very clean and comfy. We loved the details, the Keurig coffee machine and the laundry room. The neighborhood felt peaceful and also..there were a lot of peacocks! My wife loved them. Would love to return!

My daughter and I stayed while she was attending a swim meet. Great location to the meet, downtown, and 25-30 min drive to Madeira Beach where we would spend our afternoons. Great location and perfect accommodations for our needs.

I was in town solo for just one night. I had a very small hiccup using the code when I arrived, but Iggy responded immediately and got me squared away. The space was appointed with everything I needed and spotless. Although I did not have time to use it, the outdoor common area looked like a great place to relax and unwind. I’ll definitely check availability the next time I’m in town.

This was my second time staying at Michael's property, and everything about it was excellent: location, cleanliness, view, amenities, etc. And Michael's communication is great, quick and helpful. I highly recommend, even though your booking might make the property unavailable to me in the future :-)

We stayed at Richard's one night and it was our first time. We were impressed by how clean, spotless and beautiful his place is. The floor distribution is great. We need it a good night sleep before catching an early flight and the bed did the job. Excellent place. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Karina's lovely 3-bedroom house 2/15/25-3/15/25. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-supplied. The pool was great. I was in there a lot. The temperature was about 73 degrees. The beach is about 1 hour away (due to traffic). There were many restaurants, grocery stores, LA Fitness, and anything else you might need nearby. If you like dive bars - go to Joy Bar. It has 2 pool tables, 2 dart boards, and cheap drinks. Karina communicated well and promptly. I would absolutely stay here again.

Nice, clean, comfortable stay! Stayed for one night with my family and we felt quite at home! Location was close to many activities and restaurants, instructions for self check-in easy! Minor detail: when the main road is busy, you hear the cars passing quite easily, but given its corner lot, it’s a very minor detail - would most definitely recommend this place to friends and family and would happily stay again! David was friendly and responsive. Exactly what we would hope for a host to be. The property is lovely. I would describe it as a Florida retiree's dream. It was large and clean. It's fully fenced in. The wifi is stable and strong. There is a 3-hole putting green, a table top bowling, and other amenities provided. It was exactly what we were looking for.

We booked Daniels home because it was dog friendly and also a perfect location. We were traveling to Florida for my daughters wedding which was held nearby at "Flower Farms Event Venue". We had to bring my dog because all of our dog sitters were also attending the wedding. My dog Rocket loved running around the fully fenced yard sniffing all of the beautiful plants and flowers. Rocket gave the yard a 10 out of 10 score and I appreciated the pooper scooper. The home is clean and beds comfortable. The kitchen is fabulous and has every gadget that you would ever need. I would definitely stay again. Oh and we can't forget the fun little nursery/farmers market on the corner...within walking distance. The produce was fabulous.

My Airbnb stay was fantastic! The place was just as described: clean, cozy, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The outside area, with its island-like atmosphere, is breathtaking - it's easy to forget you're in the Tampa area. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!

Great property. Great value. The sunrise is right outside the door. Beautiful sunsets, grab the key fob and walk the private pier or sit on the chairs and just be. They have pickleball courts, basketball court, park, very charming neighborhood. The property is just as described. The pools are great. We felt very safe and Sunset Restaurant was awesome. If you need a place with a great price point this is the place for you. Would for sure come back!

Our stay was great…centrally located between downtown and the beach. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Nice running path that always had people running, walking and biking. Very quiet area, felt very safe.

What can I say about my stay. It was fantastic from start to finish. The condo was super clean and comfortable. Scott and his wife were super fast on any questions I had. The view was amazing. The pool area was great. It even has a nice little bar/grill restaurant attached to the pool for some really good bar food. It had a really nice and cozy private beach and volleyball area. I liked this location so much that I’d recommend it to my own mother. Can’t wait for the next trip. Thank you guys very much.

First experience with the owner and I was so pleased with the stay.

What a great place! We had a great view of the pool and the ocean. We drank our coffee every morning on the balcony where we saw dolphins swimming! We would return.
