This was a great location. Lots of shops and restaurants within a short driving distance. Easy neighborhood to walk around and bike in.

Great little gem in the heart of the newly created Midtown Tampa area. The property is in a small community of townhomes, gated overnight. It is between 2 major roads and walking distance from multiple bars / restaurants. Very close to multiple grocery superstores as well as Whole Foods and Trader Joe's! Very close to International mall, International Airport, South Tampa and Channel side nights out. Large bedrooms, bright living room, equipped kitchen. Host, Luz is very friendly and accommodating. She is very quick to respond to app messages. Our family felt at home as soon as we walked in.

This accommodation is very nice. I was able to easily find restaurants, cafes bakeries etc within a 5 minute walk, and access to the city center is also very close. Also the Host is very friendly and sincere. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tampa.

A very nice home. Bright and clean. Great A/C and some good gems right near by. Mexican restaurant across the street and Jamaican place a block down. Less than 10 minutes to the Heights and Ybor City. Had a very nice stay and looking forward to retuning on the next visit.

Stayed with my son here for the Dino exhibit at the fairgrounds. My son really enjoyed the inside playground and swimming pool.

Amazing location, awesome property and great hosts (super responsive). We stayed at the property when touring the University of Tampa. We drove to campus for the actual tour but walked to campus (along Bayshore) and other areas throughout our stay. This was the perfect home base to get a feel for the neighborhood. Safe, comfortable and convenient!

The location is in a gorgeous neighborhood and felt very safe. It’s not far from the Bay which has a beautiful walking path. Booking was quick and easy and Aaron was very communicative. Definitely recommend!

Neat and comfortable place in a quiet neighborhood close to all we needed; we would walk to a great little coffee shop for pastries in the morning. My kids loved the small pool and the location was perfect. We enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed at Travis's house to go to a hockey game. It's in a good location close to Amalie arena and the place was exactly as described.

Nice spot and had everything we needed. Convenient location to most of Tampa. Decent space, very clean, and responsive hosts. Would stay again.

Really enjoyed staying here! I would say the pictures do not do the place justice as I was pleasantly surprised when we walked in! Beautiful kitchen and living room and the adjustable mattress was amazing. The neighborhood is a little sketchy and the neighbors can be playing very loud music til 1am but that was the only negative thing about this location :) Definitely recommend staying here! Albert was very helpful,responsive, and kind!

Perfect place, perfect location pre cruise. Extremely clean, comfortable beds and an amazing kitchen! Would highly recommend and would definitely return. Loved it

We had a great stay. Kyle & Amber were very responsive, the house was great and perfect for our group.

We had a short stay but needing a very late check in after a long day of flights, it was exactly what we needed. We loved the crib and toddler bed for our kiddos. The pillows were also very comfortable! We appreciated the restful night’s sleep. Would definitely recommend this home.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and had everything and more than we needed. Very comfortable and quiet. We were in town for a wedding and it was a perfect , close location to the venue. Easy access and flexible checkin was appreciated.

My husband, sister, and young daughter had an awesome 2 night stay. The house was EXTREMELY clean! the linens were comfy, and the house overall was a dream! I'd stay here in a heartbeat. I loved the keyless entry, easy parking, and the lights on he stairway as you go upstairs. Overall we had an amazing stay. Do yourself a favor, and book this house!

Nalini is a great host—she was very responsive, quick to answer any questions we had. We were a group of four and the accommodations were comfortable and the location was convenient for all that we wanted to do around Tampa. We didn’t have the time to enjoy the outside area but it’s nice to have a covered and shaded area. We would stay again if in the area.

Janet’s place was clean and quiet. the location was nice too. We enjoyed walking in the park next to the condo and biking at Flatwoods Park. Grocery store and restaurants were nearby which was super convenient. The garage is made for small cars. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The home was just like the photos/descriptions. Many nice features of the home if staying with children: high chair, strollers, and the game room has a great selection of games to play. Great stay for our vacation!
