Avec une amie nous avons passé une nuit dans ce logement et cela convenait très bien. Nous n’étions pas très loin en voiture du centre. Hestri a fait en sorte que quelqu’un nous accueille malgré l’horaire tardive à laquelle nous sommes arrivées malheureusement et nous la remercions pour cela.

Great room, although not new, and aircon is very cold! The breakfast is ok, there isn't a kitchen as listed in the room, just a very small fridge and kettle, there is a circle k next to the hotel so you can buy drinking water. The room is on the top floor of the hotel, parking is free. Check in and out is very fast and easy, make sure you go to the hotel and not the apartment building next door! This is the epitome of a five star stay. Everything exceeded expectations, from the first moment to the last everything was wonderful. Spacious apartment, clean, comfortable beds, good lighting, amazing views. A kind and responsive host. If I ever wanted to live in Jakarta, this is the place I would want to buy. Everything from the television to the refrigerator to the elevator was noteworthy. The apartment much more spacious than anticipated and the balcony, quite large… with breathtaking views of central Jakarta and beyond. Direct access to the mall is just icing on the cake. Of course I’m going to return, and I encourage anyone reading this review to book this unit if it’s available. I give it 6/5 stars

A nice place to stay. Got an upgraded room, but no free wifi

Joddy made my month-long stay in Jakarta incredibly welcoming and seamless. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to handle any challenges or last-minute requests that came up during my stay. The weekday cleaning service and quick response to any issues made everything so convenient. Joddy was always available via message, which was especially helpful as a foreigner navigating the city, whether for local recommendations or any other needs. Overall, I would love to stay here again! Thank you, Joddy, for hosting me during such a special month!

Gusti is a wonderful host, very friendly and responsive, we really enjoyed meeting her. Pick up and drop off are easy to arrange, and Gusti also has a car and driver available for rent (and a scooter if you want!). The apartment was perfect for our needs - it is spacious for a studio (bigger than the photos) and we didn't feel cramped as a family of three (2 year old daughter), staying for a month. Well furnished, it had everything we needed. Gardenia Boulevard has a nice feel, it is nicely located near Kemang and on one of the main roads leading to the CBD. South Jakarta is easy to access. There is a gigantic pool and the minimart (Foodhall) is a better standard than most apartment minimarts. All the lifts work! A minigolf course, tennis courts and some nice walking areas are out the back. Cleaning service efficient and friendly, as are staff in general and taxis simple to organise. Very close to busway as well for CBD access, and 10min walk to Pejaten Village shopping mall which has Hypermart and plenty of shops/restaurants. Wifi access was good, it dropped out a few times but Gusti quickly organised someone to repair it. Thank you bu Gusti!

Great location as there was plenty to do, the place was clean and we had a beautiful view. We look forward to come back to Jakarta and stay at Ifans place again

Timothy was an incredibly responsive host and always available. He went above and beyond in responding to my concerns to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Timothy’s place is well located, in walking distance to AEON and a few minutes drive to the Breeze.

Great place and location one of the top airbnbs I stayed at, and appreciated Niken adding extras in the room such as juices, and yogurts as well as toiletries.

Très belle maison, calme et super propre en plein cœur de South Jakarta, Cilandak est un quartier plus sympa que beaucoup d’autres dans les environs.

We stayed for a week in Ms. Azzahra’s apartment and we loved it! The unit is perfectly clean, with perfect hospitality. Ms. Azzahra provides us with cleaned sheets and towels. The kitchen is perfect. The apartment location also nice, walkable, easy to find, and near to many choices of public transportation. Ms. Azzahra also a very nice person, she responds our message very well. She also put a clear instructions in the apartment like how to throw the trash and how to operate the stove. We loved it. Many thanks to Ms. Azzahra, we definitely will stay again!

Overall the unit is good. Really central, really close to MRT. Host is communicative, staff is responsive. Apart from the unit, there are also infinite pool and gym in the building as the plus points.

Lovely location, close to where I was working. On-time responses. But masjid nearby can be a rude awakening, as it was a lot louder than expected.

There was an issue with the wifi when I first checked in. He organized a technician to resolve it within a few hours. Very responsive. Will book again
