Emmanuel is a great host! He really makes sure your needs are met. There is filtered cold and hot water which is so so thoughtful. His response is almost immediate and always friendly. The apartment is so pretty and cozy . And the beds are soft and comfortable. We love the location - so near Senayan City and other great malls . Getting a Grab is also easy. There are a number of nice little restaurants and convenient shops just below the residence. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Emmanuel!

Sudah 2 bulan disini… staff sangat ramah.. checkin mudah.. staff sangat membantu ketika ada yg ingin di tanyakkan / ada kebutuhan lainya. Furniture dan elektronik lengkap. Suasananya nyaman.. security disini ramah.

Tempatnya sangat nyaman, bersih, dan sesuai dengan deskripsi. Kak Hendra sangat proaktif, bahkan menawarkan early check-in dan late check-out tanpa biaya tambahan, yang sangat membantu selama perjalanan. Komunikasi juga cepat dan ramah. Pasti akan kembali lagi jika ada kesempatan!

Fantastic apartment conveniently attached to a mall with easy access to food and shops. It was also easily accessible for gojek/grab drivers.

Lucky’s house was great. Worth the money. + internet hi speed +playstation works well +premium equipment +easy to find trash bin every where +modern interior +secure cluster (I saw security go around many time every day) +air conditioner super cool +working area so comfortable (the chair) - check in time 3 pm, but I was check in at 4.10pm

4 hari di sini numpang rekaman vokal. This place was everything we needed. Private; homey; lingkungannya hening & tenang tapi di satu sisi juga strategis kalo butuh apa2 ada mall & supermarket; semua fasilitas rumah berfungsi dengan baik termasuk hot shower & dispenser air panas. Ownernya enak diajak komunikasi. Check out gak ada masalah, bahkan kita minta waktu tambahan beberapa lama untuk nunggu jemputan dan langsung diiyakan. Overall aku sangat recommend tempat ini. tempat yang tepat untuk kami yang sedang ada event di ICE BSD City. Suasana cluster yang aman dan nyaman. Fasilitas rumah yang lengkap. Peralatan Dapur lengkap. Ruang tamu agak panas, jadi pintu harus dibuka meski ada kipas angin. Namun 2 kamar di lantai atas sangat nyaman dan sejuk. Overall kami senang menginap di tempat ini, dan kemungkinan kami akan kembali menyewa bila ada event lagi disana. Terimakasih

It’s such a nice and great house! The house is really clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed at the house with my family for 3 weeks and honestly it was such a great experience. Mr. Abdul is such a great person too and fast response with everything that I’ve needed. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to have a large space or looking for a long term stay since its really affordable. Lastly, I would definitely book this house again in the future!

Tempatnya strategis banget buat yg mau ada event di ice, bisa ditempuh jalan kaki 8 menitan dari ice bsd. Rumahnya homey, bersih, rapi, dan wangi. Amenities dan perlengkapan lengkap sesuai deskripsi, host juga sangat ramah dan helpfull. Bisa early check in jg kalau sebelumnya gaada yg menempati. Next kalau ada event di ice lg kami pasti menginap kembali disini. Terima kasih bu yulita dan pak andri~

We had a pleasant stay at Hadi's place, with ample amenities, a comfortable bed, and a quiet neighborhood. The location is very strategic for business or events at ICE BSD. Hello! I’ve used Adriel’s unit for 15 nights and I don’t have any regrets! Adriel is very responsive and kindly accommodating the requests that I had. The building is located in a strategic position ,walking distance from MRT that I used to go my office and department store Lotte Avenue. The building itself is brand new, clean , with very friendly staff. The apartment is very nice , great view and literally fully equipped. Overall, highly recommended and hope to use again! 😉

Apartnya bagus dan bersih, lokasinya mudah dicari dan strategis di tengah kota..Host juga komunikatif, minusnya cuma kurang fleksibel aja waktu check in dan check out, mungkin faktor libur panjang juga but it’s ok..Pokonya fasilitas dan pelayanannya mantap, untuk staycation recommended deh 👌🏻

2 minggu tinggal disini, sangat menyenangkan. semua fasilitas lengkap, seperti rumah sendiri. Tuan rumah pun sangat responsif. Saya akan menginap lagi disini di lain waktu^^

We had nothing but great experience in Ahmad’s place. The place is comfy, clean and smells good. The interior also sophisticated with some vintage and retro accessoriess for decoration. I would recommend the place to other people for their future stay.

I had a great stay at this condo! The location is perfect, with easy access to The Breeze, an open-air mall with a cinema and outdoor restaurants. I chose this place mainly because of its access to a beautiful botanic park, which is ideal for jogging, picnicking, or just walking around. It’s definitely worth it, even just for the park itself. The condo was very clean and had everything I needed—cooking utensils, cutlery, a working fridge and water dispenser, bath essentials, and a washing machine. You don’t need to bring anything except food! The neighborhood felt very safe, and the check-in/check-out process was simple and flexible. Christina, the host, was wonderful. She was quick to respond to any questions and provided clear, detailed instructions, making check-in and check-out easy. She really made an effort to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, and I truly appreciated her kindness.

2nd time to use this apartment unit and still great! Nice deal!
