We had a wonderful stay in Gary's house. It is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with just a few minutes by foot to reach the sea. The modern interior of the house has all the comfort you need and Gary went above and beyond to make it childproof and adjust to our needs. We would come back any time. Thank you :-)

We had a great stay at Rosaline's home. Great decor and felt very homely. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 children. Back garden was great for the kids to play and be safe. Location close to town so we walked in no bother. Will definitely look to stay here again when next in Durham

The house was very clean, light and airy and exactly as the pictures if not better. It was like home from home, had everything I think you need and more. Very comfortable especially the bed that we were in. Would definitely go back when next in the area, close to all the amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at Billy and Julie’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and the unexpected extras were very kind and thoughtful. The entire experience was seamless, and we will be definitely visiting again. Thanks from Kyle, Catherine, Dominic, and Rosie the dog for making our stay so enjoyable.

My daughter her partner and dog have just come back and they have had a lovely weekend. Didn't want to come home. Host was brilliant and left a bottle of fizz for my daughters birthday and also allowed and early check in. They will definitely be going back

We had a lovely stay for 2 nights at this beautiful and cozy home. It was so well organised and felt warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We loved the charming decor and all the thoughtful details. Anthony was a wonderful host- approachable, kind, and very helpful. His clear instructions made everything smooth and stress free. The nearby forest walks were really nice, and the stream running through the woods made it so refreshing. The local people were friendly and helpful. The house itself was such a delight that we can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Great stay. Perfect location for us, we parked up and walked or got the Metro everywhere. Lisa has thought of everything and we really loved how homely the place is. Very helpful and friendly communication. Would definitely recommend.

The Old Stables was warm and welcoming on arrival. The location and accommodation were perfect for our visit. We were able to relax after our long journey and the beds were super comfortable. It was very quiet, clean and well appointed. The area had beautiful walks on the doorstep, and the village was well served by eating places. Excellent fish and chips at the Black Bull! It looks a nice place to live. We would certainly recommend and not hesitate to book again.

Marie and Peter were wonderful hosts—responsive, incredibly friendly, and very helpful. The location was absolutely perfect for my needs, making my stay really convenient. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would happily stay again when visiting my daughter.

We had a lovely time. It was like a home from home. Emma couldn't do enough for us. The bed was really comfortable and there were plenty of enticing cafes and restaurants in Bishop Auckland.

This was a great place to stay, the location was amazing and the local shops are really good for eats. The boatyard was an amazing breakfast as suggested by Andrew. We are a family of tall people (over 6’3”) and the headroom was a worry from the pics but upon arriving it was not an issue. There is more room than the pics portray. Would stay there again without hesitation. ! Great place!

Lovely apartment walking distance from everywhere you would want to go in Sunderland. Very responsive and accommodating host could not recommend more highly.

I would highly recommend Kate’s Airbnb great value for money absolutely spotless in a location ideal for where we were working Kate welcomed us on arrival and duly took us to the studio. We couldn’t of picked anywhere or anything more suitable for our short stay Many thanks to Kate and her husband for having us if we’re up there working again we will definitely be using your facilities again many thanks

Great place to stay - lovely accommodation, handy for the metro and shops. We’ve been here a few times now and wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we were coming up to Newcastle for a few days

Exactly as described, great location close to all amenities. Could have sat and looked at the view for days. Abi was a great host providing clear instructions, everything was ready for us and the bottle of fizz and chocolates was very welcome.

Had a lovely weekend at Caroline's place. Apartment couldn't have been in a better position right next to Ocean Rd and a short stroll to 2 parks, the beach and the pleasure beach and in the opposite direction not far from the shopping centre and metro station which you can easily travel around the area from. Caroline was a great host and was always quick to respond to messages i sent her and even let us check in early and leave late which was a really nice gesture. The apartment was warm, large and very cosy and clean and had everything we could need for a comfortable stay. All in all a lovely place to stay!

We had a great weekend staying at Helen’s flat. It was a perfect location for visiting all of Whitley bay and the surrounding areas. The flat was warm and Helen had put the heating on for us which was lovely. We were able to cook and everything we needed was provided in the kitchen area. It was close to the metro which we used to travel into Newcastle. We would recommend to anyone else and would love to stay again in the future . Thanks 😄

This was our second stay at this lovely apartment. The weather was beautiful and so looking out at the view of the sea front was perfect. The flat has everything you need including all the cooking facilities you would want and the welcome hamper was a nice touch. The lounge is spacious and nicely decorated. We hope to return again next year. Many thanks!

Brian's apartment is a great base for exploring Newcastle in a couple of days. The apartment was a really comfortable warm place, spacious and well appointed. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful spotless apartment, Debs thought of everything, our stay felt very home from home. A very quaint little table & chairs outside in a safe private courtyard. The apartment was very secure & quiet. The shower was huge & stunning. The whole apartment is so tastefully done throughout with the comfiest bed. Two minutes walk into the beautiful town, with buses on your door step. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here it’s stunning ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
