Ronnie’s home perfectly accommodated my family of 8 and was centrally located for all our planned activities! The beds were super comfortable, kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils and spices, we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio space with the beautiful evening weather during our stay. For the handful of questions we did have, Ronnie was quick to reply with helpful responses. If I have another large group trip to Albuquerque in the future - I will definitely be staying here again!

Great house, close to lots, and in a safe neighborhood. It’s a perfect place for families, open floor plan with lots of room. The patio is adorable, with beautiful water features, and plenty of seating. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. They even left us a welcome basket full of local goodies, and the neighbor across the street brought us over a vase with flowers, both gifts very thoughtful and kind. You will not find anything wrong with this house, it’s perfect, specially for the price. We all enjoyed it!

I highly recommend this space for your next trip. The house was exactly as described, and surpassed the expectations of everyone in our group. Seriously, we could not have asked for a more ideal home for what we needed. We all agreed we would stay there again. And Makayla was great to work with. She was extremely kind and unbelievably helpful. I cannot recommend this house or this host enough.

Chelsea was place was very beautiful and accommodating! She was very quick to respond to any questions we had! Her vibe was very magnolia modern farmhouse and just loved it! Very convenient and close to a lot of stores and places to eat! I highly recommend staying at Chelsea’s place!

Nine adults stayed here for a wedding. Very nice home. Kitchen had add’l spices which isn’t normal for many Airbnb’s. Master bedroom is huge with walk-in bathroom. Bathrooms had plenty of sinks/mirrors and space for getting ready for the wedding. Piano in front room was added bonus for my daughter to play. My only complaint (as others have noted) is the step down from foyer to front room can be a hazard to elderly. We ended up moving chairs to block this off.

Brandon was very communicative and helpful before and during the entire process before booking and before/during stay, responding promptly to all questions. He also kindly accommodated a few requests we had like early check in. We also asked if we could have a few family members over to visit at the house during our stay for an afternoon and he graciously agreed so long as we accepted liability for visitors. Everything was beautiful, updated, & clean, we had no problems. My baby used the pack and play crib to sleep in for naps and at night and the high chair; this was a life saver because I was traveling without my husband by air with the baby and it would have been very difficult to bring everything needed myself. It was perfect for me and baby, my aunt, and my parents - comfortable, enjoyable, excellent value. We unfortunately didn’t really get to use the spacious patio/ backyard w/ corn hole and putting green only due to cold weather and shortage of free time! Next time. Recommend!

This place is amazing. It feels like home. The layout was perfect for our party of ten, which included two children. The rooms at the back of the house are separated from the rooms at the front which minimized all of the "kid noise". The backyard patio has a full porch with comfortable furniture, and we spent a lot of time out there. Plenty of parking behind a secure gate. We lacked nothing. Leah has thought of everything in this home. It is so tasteful and comfortable. In fact, she included a welcome basket with biscochitos and salsa, and a sweet birthday note to my 90 year old mother. We want to make it an annual retreat for our family.

This was a very nice little two bedroom. They paid a lot of attention to small details which was very noticeable from the mirror on the wall to help show where you could plug in chargers on the back of the desk to plenty of different types of coffee and teas. The kitchen Was stocked a lot better than many other airbnbs I've been to. It had a really nice front porch area with seating and a grill. there's places to put our suitcase and our clothes and they had really put a lot of time thought and effort into making this a sweet spot for a short vacation. I definitely look for this place for the next time I'm visiting Albuquerque!

Great place, great host, great location. Perfect for 4 couples + kids. We stayed in both sides of the duplex. Spacious and well stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare meals for all. Easiest check in I have ever expeienced with an airbnb. Host was friendly and responded within minutes.

Perfect place for our quick trip to Albuquerque, easy check in/out and very clean. The kids loved the video games and location was ideal for our weekend plans.

Courtney was a very friendly and responsive host and she did everything she could to make our stay as pleasent as possible. The kitchen had more than average spices and dishes which would be great for a longer stay. There's a little back yard between the buildings that had shade, a little Cafe table and even a grill. It was good for our little dog to relieve himself too. The top bunk bed is a little rickety so probably only good for kids not teens. The space is super cute and unique. You can tell Courtney put her heart into designing the space. We had a hot couple days on the shoulder season, before the swamp cooler was up and running (still freeze danger) and it was necessary to have fans to sleep comfortably. Thankfully Courtney was on it and even bought another one for the apartment while we were there. Thanks for being a great host, Courtney!

Very close to the office!!!

I loved this spot. It was a one bedroom apartment and have a lot of space. There was a kitchen so we could store our breakfast items. The bathroom was stocked with soaps and hair care products. A nice bedroom with a walk in closet to get luggage out of the way. My favorite part was the central courtyard. It was an ideal place to have multiple couples friends rent and travel together. Also easy parking

Suited our needs exactly. In town for only a few days for a funeral, but the location was perfect. Close to various places we needed to be. Very clean and comfortable. John communicated very well and sent detailed directions. Appreciated that we were able to bring our cat. Everything was exactly as described and very clean. Thanks, John!

The home was exactly as described and matched the pictures perfectly—clean, comfortable, and in an ideal location. Kelly's communication was outstanding; incredibly kind, attentive, and quick to respond.

We attended a conference in the convention centre, great location for that and good value. Jay was very helpful, offered to receive a delivery at his office as that is not working at the apartment. What is not quite clear from description is that the apartment is part of a parking garage, the elevator and stairwell are publicly accessible. And some homeless people sleep in the stairwell. They didn't bother me, but may be worth for visitors to know that this could happen. Can confirm other reviewers mentioning the light switches and warm water issue. I would stay there again to attend a conference.

Great townhouse in downtown Albuquerque. Very clean and comfortable. Near all kinds of shops and restaurants and easy access to UNM and other points in the city, but peaceful and quiet. Jeanne is an excellent host.
