Bramble Hill is a great house to stay in, spacious, comfortable and modern. Louisa’s recommendations were really helpful and the house is well situated for Bude’s centre and the many great restaurants.

Excellent house, so clean and comfortable, I highly recommend it. The owners are super friendly too. Would come back again.

Had a great stay at Amana's place. Very peaceful cottage. Great location for the town and castle. Amana couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. A little recommendation is the Wheatsheaf pub around the corner. Great food and welcome.

Absolutely lovely house, in a great location for the town centre and beautifully clean on arrival. Jennie and Rob were very responsive hosts, gave lots of useful information before we arrived with how the house worked and good local places to see and checked in whilst we were staying. Would highly recommend.

We had such a lovely stay at the Old Red Lion. Such a beautiful and homely property, a beautiful layout, very relaxing, well equipped and perfect for our half term visit. A great location for exploring the nearby countryside and attractions. Would highly recommend.

Loved the apartment which has perfect positioning by the harbour. Beautiful views and close to many excellent restaurants and Asda supermarket too. Very well equipped and clean and large kitchen with a dining space. Just brilliant!

Had a great stay here with our grown up children and grandchild. Lots of space and a well equipped kitchen. The pizza oven was definitely worth the effort and even in March we could sit in the garden it was so sheltered and private. There is a pub very close by so some noise from that in the garden, but perfectly quiet in the house and we were not disturbed at all.

We returned to Moretonhampstead for my sister’s 70th birthday as this was the village where we grew up. My niece came too. Everything from start to finish at this house was great. It felt like staying in the home of a much loved relative. Kitchen was well equipped ( but we ate out!). Beds comfortable. Great bathroom. All communication was answered very quickly and faultless. Great place. Great host. Thoroughly recommend this place. Thank you John and Su.

If you're a large group then this is a great find. It's on the high street so great access to shops, pubs and restaurants, but also it's not too noisy. Beds are comfy and the showers are powerful - what more could you want!

Great place. Really enjoyed our stay. it was clean, spacious, ample hot water. Well equipped kitchen. Stones throw from town. In all a great stay, in a lovely house, beautifully decorated. An amazing comfy and huge bed. In a lovely quiet location. We will definitely book again.

Stay was lovely home away from home. Can be a little noisy at night as it’s near some pubs and restaurants and the windows are only single glazed but these are things that cannot be changed due to location and type of building, I am used to the silence of the countryside at night so I am more aware of noise than others would be. Overall a great house and we would definitely stay again.

Ophelia provided comprehensive instructions to find the property and for parking options. It’s easy to park on the road just at the entrance to Spring Place to unload. We used the long stay car park in town each day of our weeks stay, it’s free and felt secure. The property and all that went with it was very clean and everything functioned perfectly. The bedrooms and bathroom were particularly comfortable spacious nicely decorated. The stairs leading to the first and second floors were quite steep, those with reduced mobility may find them quite challenging. Plentiful supply of hot water, the shower worked great and the cubicle was nice and big. The kitchen is well equipped, we prepared several basic dinners during our stay. The kitchen/dining/living space was very comfortable for the two of us, a larger group may find it very ‘cozy’. The location was nice and quiet but still relatively close to the town centre, a five minutes brisk walk. We really enjoyed our stay and can recommend.

Had an overall good stay at Nigel's. The house had everything we needed and it was comfortable and clean. The only downside was that the heating went off (completely off) around midnight until around 4am and it was absolutely freezing. We literally had to sleep in jumpers and hats, so that was really not comfortable. We couldn't adjust the thermostat to put the heating on perhaps 16-17°C or something. That definitely needs looking at for future guests as it spoilt the otherwise very lovely stay. Still giving 5 stars though as that's an easy fix and the house is otherwise lovely. Maybe just check with Nigel before your stay if you have concerns before booking.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The place felt homely and clean. They also made sure my dog settled in nicely. All round very happy!

Would highly recommend this property! Easy walk into the centre and on a nice and quiet street. A nice modern home and was very spacious for 6 adults too. Definitely would stay again.

We enjoyed staying here whilst visiting family in Bristol. The directions and check-in were clear and helpful and it was great having secure parking. Beds are low and comfortable and that was fine for us as adults and would be really helpful with small children. The property is clean, spacious, well-equipped and lovely to come back to and relax in after a day out. Super pubs and restaurants very nearby and well-located for walking into town and accessing transport whilst quiet at night.

My family and I enjoyed a fantastic stay in Weymouth between Christmas and new year. The house is in a quiet spot and a great location for lots of coastal walks including Chesil beach. The house was perfect for us, really clean and well equipped. We all enjoyed the hot tub too after a day of walking, was a lovely treat! Lots going on in Weymouth, we got to the Parkrun and enjoyed the panto at the Pavillion. Fish and chips from Bennetts were very tasty!

Had a wonderful stay at Liz’s place. Great location and perfect to relax after a day walking around Bristol. Liz was very friendly, very helpful, and we wished we could have had longer to stay and enjoy it even more!!

A great little house with much to recommend it, well located just a twenty-minute walk to the cathedral and high street. The private parking space is right by the back gate and you enter the house via the back door into a sunny well-equipped kitchen. The living/ dining area is spacious and nice that it was fully carpeted. While we were there it was a chilly 2 degrees and our host Qiao could not have been more helpful, checking in with us every day to make sure we knew how to manage the central heating. The internet connection was excellent, a big plus for us as we are writers and needed to be online for chunks of the day. The area was super quiet at night and if you are staying a while and want to be self-catering, there is a large Waitrose within a 5 minute walk. We would happily recommend this little house for anyone wanting to explore Salisbury and the surrounding area.

We stayed with our family of 8 adults and 2 young kids at Katherine's place and we loved it. The house is perfect and has everything you need. We loved the way it was decorated and designed and made us feel very at home. Everything is closeby, communication went smooth and easy and restaurant tips were great. We would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage! It was very cosy, clean, (though it's worth noting that the ceilings are quite low if you don't watch your head) and the surroundings are endlessly explorable.
