Great place, great location and John was really helpful and tentative!

The apartment was perfect for a weekend in Nottingham. It is well placed near the city centre and an easy Uber/taxi ride into the city centre. The space is great for a small group/family with great facilities and amenities. Kay was very communicative and proactive in reaching out to give instructions and answer questions - thanks for a great stay!

This property is beautiful and even better than the pictures. You have everything you need at hand with lots of space for entertaining. The beds are really comfy too. The hosts, and their dogs, were lovely. The grounds are stunning. We took our dogs with us and they loved the outdoor space to run around in. We stayed here whilst visiting Alton towers and whilst it is a little drive away, the accommodation made it worth it. Would absolutely recommend and will be back.

Beautiful lodge in a quiet surrounding just perfect to chill for a few days. Excellent very well maintained little extra made this well worth the money, though we didn’t see our hosts and this is most definitely not a negative as we prefer that we also knew that if there was anything me required or needed they were on hand. Highly recommended.

This was a return visit to No 5 for my grandsons christening. it is a beautiful, spotlessly clean spacious apartment, has everything you need and more centrally located and great parking options. Pamela is a very attentive and responsive host and it was lovely to meet her this time. when returning yo the UK to see family in Leek this will be the 1st choice, every time cannot recommend highlyenough.

Ideal place for a short trip, and it was great having a very secure garage for the car

The Salt Box is extremely comfortable, very well equipped and of a high standard. It has everything you needed to cook with,should you wish to stay in. The outside patio area was lovely for sitting out . This is a very convenient place to stay, shops opposite and the train station and bus stop almost adjacent. A bonus is off road parking. Richard left us the most generous basket of goodies we have ever had in all our years of Air B&B. Thanks so much we will definately be back and we highly recommend it to others.

Great apartment! Plenty big enough for 6 adults, 1 baby & 2 dogs. Plenty of bathrooms which was nice not having to share, great location (if you don’t mind a bit of a hill walking back) beautiful place to sightsee and get out and about. Kiran was great, asked for some recommendations and he had a full guide ready and had plenty of stuff to recommend.

We booked Karl’s property for a little getaway for the weekend (actually our fur baby’s 10th birthday) & we honestly couldn’t have dropped luckier! Perfect home, very doggo friendly 🐾 (safe to let her out in the courtyard without being able to escape!). It was one of the most unique and stunning Airbnb’s we’ve ever had! Walkable to shops, park, pubs (the Sunn inn does great food), book shops etc. everywhere is also dog friendly! ☺️ would 100% stay again!

This flat in Duffield was perfect for my few days away. The parking is a bit of a nightmare as others have described; very tight indeed. But I parked on the road. The flat was spotless and had everything I needed! The shower head is quite low, so if you’re tall you will need to hold it to rinse etc, but totally manageable for a few nights! Also as a warning the bed is VERY low! So if you’re likely to struggle with that it may not be the flat for you, but then it’s clearly a loft apartment up a flight of stairs. Overall I would definitely return here and 100% recommend it!

a lovely place to stay, perfect for 1 person (though would fit two people). the host very kindly messaged prior to mention they supplied milk, butter + bread, noticed I was vegan and provided alternatives! there was tea + coffee provided, plus lots of seasonings and condiments in the cupboards should you need. comfortable bed, clean + tidy space and perfect for a 3 day trip. would definitely recommend :)

Garden Retreat is a lovely ground floor apartment with direct access to a lovely garden. The property was spotlessly clean with lots of additional touches such as phone chargers and torch. It was actually larger than I expected. It was comfortable with everything I could need and more. A large kitchen, comfortable lounge and quiet bedroom. The shower is blissful! Jonathan is lovely, welcoming but also respectful of privacy. There if needed. It’s about a 25 minute easy walk into Belper with its shops and eateries. Lots of great walks from the apartment and Belper. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit with my two dogs. I do hope I can visit again.

beryl was such a lovely host, kept us updated and so friendly and helpful. the apartment was really nice and had everything. there was milk, tea coffee, biscuits, cereal all for us to use which was so nice. the outside space was fantastic, bbq loads of seating, sealed area for the fog to run around. everything was above expectations. we will definitely stay again when in the area

Katherine has a lovely place. She owns the cafe below and breakfast there is fantastic. The coffee and the cakes are delicious. We stayed for two nights because we had a wedding nearby and Katherine gave us a lift. She is a very friendly kind person. The place is exactly as you can see in the photos: beautiful, clean and cosy. The place where it is located is stunning. If we ever come back, we would definitely stay there again!

The Forge is a great find. It's a wonderful little bolthole in a very peaceful location, with a great view from the front of the property. The small kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom is modern with a great shower. Our 4-month-old puppy, on her first holiday, had a great time too! We definitely intend to come back to The Forge in the future.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very spacious. It has everything you need. We had a toddler and a baby and there was plenty of space for a travel cot in either bedroom. The location is perfect, a short walk to the centre of town but the property itself and particularly the garden feels very tranquil. Gareth and Charlotte were very responsive to messages and we saw them a few times during our stay when coming and going but not at all intrusive. Overall it was a great stay and we would absolutely stay again next time we come to Buxton. Thank you.

Really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is both a great location for walking in to a Buxton and also ideal for driving to places like Mam Tor and Kinder Scout. Apartment was very homely, the hosts provided basics like milk & biscuits (much appreciated). We were left to our own devices but the hosts were on hand to help with anything we needed. We loved our stay at this wonderful home! Clare and Dave were incredibly communicative and really helpful with suggestions around Buxton, including a number of great restaurants, cafes and pubs that we tried during our stay. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and cosy; brilliantly located a short drive from a number of great walks in the Peak District. Overall we loved our stay and will definitely be heading back in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment had everything we needed, and we loved the decor. Very good size rooms, and the bath and shower were really good. We had a drink at the cinema next door, and enjoyed a great meal at Casa Carlo. We'd not recommend the Hope & Anchor. Great walking (we did have fantastic weather).

Liz and Tom were great hosts. They left you to yourself but were always available to help if and when required. Very knowledgeable and informative about the area and were a lovely couple. Thanks very much

Our stay was wonderful, our hosts were so welcoming and caring. They brought us toys and books for our young daughter and were a wealth of information about what to go for hikes, playgrounds, site seeing. The location is great and there is so much to do in the area. Would highly go to recommend.

Unfortunately we had a family emergency and were unable to stay but what we did see was amazing! The perfect little getaway!
