This cottage is the perfect place to stay whilst exploring the peaks. You’re a 5 minute walk from pubs which serve great food, and a short drive away from some of the best sights in the peaks. The hot tub is a nice addition, and the house is immaculate. Thanks. Will definitely be staying again

Wow! If I could give this stay 6 stars I would. This was the nicest air BnB we have stayed in. Breathtaking views, beautiful large cottage. Hot tub was amazing. Angela goes the extra mile and really personalises your stay, with a welcome basket, dog treats and even the duck ornaments having our names on them. We will 100% come back next year and for longer if we can! 6/5 stars. Thank you!

Lovely house, lots of room, very nice bathroom and very clean. Great location- just down the road from the Picturedrome and shops, bars and cafes. Host very responsive and helpful, and check in and out process very straightforward. Would recommend :)

Short visit with my mum to visit family in the area. This was her first Airbnb experience and she loved it! The home is exactly as described. Very clean and cosy and the hosts are super helpful. I'd definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a charming stay in Yorkshire

Was an excellent stay. Private and peaceful. Short drives to Castleton, Derwent, Ladybower and most of popular Peak District hikes and sights and about half hour to Sheffield too. The place was well equipped with everything we needed and more. Jessica was very responsive and check in and out was effortless and easy. Would definitely stay here again if we're visiting the Peak District.

Sara at Woodsome was wonderful, so responsive and helpful. Never needed to wait more than 10 minutes for a reply leading up to and during our stay. She was soo helpful in helping me organise a wonderful hen do weekend for my friend. We took her recommendations on having some amazing beautician treatments at the house Saturday morning - they came and set up in the bedrooms and were wonderful. Amazing treatments and so lovely and friendly! Then we had Benji provide us with afternoon tea and then an *amazing* 3 course dinner. He messaged before and gave us choices on the menu after letting us pick a cuisine of choice and it was amazing!! Definitely a highlight of the trip! The house was clean, tidy and had everything we could need. Great, maintained(!) hot tub! Been to places before where they don’t treat it regularly but Sara was there Saturday morning testing it and maintaining it even whilst we were all there. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend! Thank you so much Sara!

The space was lovely! Very homey, and the hosts had everything set up nicely! The stairs were a bit steep - perhaps not suitable for someone with mobility issues - but very in keeping with an older home. We were very comfortable and the hosts were very responsive. Thank you for making our stay in Hillsborough so comfortable!

We stayed in the Manor for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with our relations from Australia. We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were a perfect size and could fit us all in for games and entertaining ourselves, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the crockery and glassware we needed, the children loved the games room and the hot tub and the house was beautifully adorned with Christmas decorations. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this characterful house.

Great location to motorway network and easy to find. Location of property was peaceful - off road parking . Layout of property was good, lovely sized kitchen, lounge / diner. Three good bedrooms. TV in master bedroom. Great facilities. Garden clean and tidy, with furniture. Great that owner allowed dogs. For those with a small dog just be aware the wrought iron gate to back garden has wide gaps that they can get through (I always take some puppy pen panels when I go away just in case, and used these for the gap which was perfect :). Really liked the property, would definitely stay again, warm and cosy.

Karls house was perfect and very clean kitchen had everything you needed and more, will definitely stay back here when in the area for competitions

A lovely, cosy apartment with beautiful views of the countryside and in a great location close to the centre of Holmfirth. When we arrived the heating was on so it was very welcoming to walk into a lovely warm apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed super comfy. Heather and Brian were very responsive hosts and provided clear and easy directions for check in. Thank you so much for your hospitality and we hope to be able to come and stay again in the future.

2nd stay, ticks all the boxes for us when visiting family. lovey big kitchen good parking with fantastic hosts. We will definitely book again.
