The home was very welcoming. The best location I could’ve found in Mandurah and can’t wait to visit again. Plenty of space in all of the bedrooms extra space if we wanted to bring a friend or a cousin with trundle beds and wide open areas we’re playing in and basically walking onto the beach more or less from the back garden. The kids loved it and we can’t wait to visit again. Everything was very good value and you could walk to some of the best coffee shops there. Such a nice place can’t speak highly enough of the proactive communication from the host very friendly very helpful And felt as though there was no question too big to ask.

Place was well catered. All the necessities were there and Liz had fresh bread, eggs milk and coffee for us. Location was perfect.

Spacious accommodation with everything we needed. Great location on the beach and local amenities within walking distance.

As it was a last minute booking on our end, Wayne was super responsive and kind. The accommodation has everything you could possibly need. It was only the two of us but would be great for a small family as just enough privacy in the upstairs bedroom but plenty of activities around the accommodation for kids to go off and play. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking about going to Preston Beach.

Great location, beach was 5 min walk. Restaurants and amenities all within easy walking distance. Apartment was immaculate and had everything you need and more. 10/10 will definitely book again

It was a beautiful place with a large and stunning balcony. There are also large lawns behind and in front of the house great for kids to play in. Overall a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely long weekend at Helen’s place. Beautiful ocean view and easy walk to the beach. Helen was very kind and we were able to have an early check in and late check out. Was well suited to host two families and all of the kids had a wonderful time at the beach and playing in the games room down stairs. Would love to come back.

Spotlessly clean, modern and well designed house. Beds are very comfortable. everything about this house is focused on the comfort of the guest, from the furniture, fittings, linen, towels and of course the hosts. Even the neighbours are friendly. Highly recommended.

We had 19 nights at this beautiful home, it was well equipped, clean, modern and all in all just what we wanted. craig was well responsive on communication running up to our visit and threw out our stay. We had a little issue on the first night with one of the bedrooms door and craig was there within minutes. When we return back to Australia we will definitely be booking this accommodation again.

My second stay at May and Dale’s home in Falcon. Beautiful and peaceful location with great views. Spacious space that’s well laid out and supplied. Dale and May are wonderful and generous host’s with great communication. Looking forward to our next stay.

Tanya was once again a great host who responsed promptly and was very accommodating. we thoroughly enjoyed time again at her place and will definitely be back.

Sweet little Airbnb. Was cleaned well and smelt fresh and inviting. Great location, short walk to the beach and playground. Enclosed yard was great for the kids. Everything you could need for a stay was there. Thanks for having us.

Great location with fantastic views. Apartment very clean and nicely furnished with some nice touches such as tea bags and coffee. Swimming pool was an added bonus - overall would highly recommend.

Beautiful, quiet apartment right across the road from the beach. Perfect for our short beach getaway away. Only down side was that the top bunk wasn’t made up for our stay so the child had to sleep with one of the adults. Otherwise the apartment was clean, conveniently located and comfortable.

Fantastic stay, Julie was very friendly and helpful. Our boys loved the books, games and sports equipment!
