We had a lovely family time, despite some dodgy weather. Great space for the two young grandchildren (and the dog!) Katie was an excellent communicator with very quick and helpful responses to any query. Really appreciated that she could be flexibie with check in/out. If you like pizzas I'd recommend La Pergola (stone baked pizzas) which is a five minute drive away and they do take away pizzas to collect. Looks very good place to eat in as well.

We stayed for a long weekend as a family of 3 with our dog. The accommodation was comfortable and had every we needed. The site was all we needed and used the onsite bar/restaurant, swimming pool and shop. The site staff recommended a woodland walk and provided directions which took us in Milford on Sea and was a lovely walk. Samantha was very responsive to any queries we had. Will definitely be visiting again.

We had a big family gathering for the weekend. The house was fantastic and we'd love to return in warmer weather to be able to use the swimming pool. The house was plenty big enough for our group...12 adults a toddler and a baby plus dog. The facilities were great. Our group especially loved the tennis court, snooker table and football table.

Lovely caravan on a site with great facilities. Local area was great to explore, with lots of things to do! We would definitely stay there again ☺️

I can't thank Carolyn enough, after finding out I was surprising my 12 year old son to a birthday getaway birthdays banners and signs plus sweets etc all put out for when we arrived! above and beyond for us. Carolyn was very responsive, informative and so kind. wonderful localaton, amenities etc. caravan was like home to home, well equipped and very clean. thank you again! highly recommend! 5🌟😁

Our stay at Nina and Max’s place was absolutely perfect! The home was immaculate and exactly as described in the listing, with beautiful decor and top-quality facilities. Our children especially loved the heated pool and games room, which kept them entertained for hours. The location was fantastic, with the beach just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the stunning surroundings. The views looking out at sea from the hot tub on the balcony were absolutely amazing, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Even the weather was on our side for the weekend! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and are already looking to book again for later in the spring/summer. Highly recommend… thank you, Nina and Max, for a wonderful experience!

Beautiful accommodation in an idyllic country setting. Absolutely as described. Very comfortable and the relaxation started as soon as we arrived. Very detailed and useful instructions from the host regarding how to check in and find the key safe etc, with homely and personal touches such as a welcome board that made us feel special. Would recommend

Lovely house, nice style, free from clutter, bright & airy. There's a good sized kitchen, and toys for our children. Having Disney+, iPlayer and Netflix available was a bonus. We had a great stay!

Warm and clean and very useful location for our couple of days in Southampton

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Kate’s place. The location was great for us to use as a base for visiting family and friends. It is very homely and comfortable, and is within easy walking distance of two supermarkets and a range of shops and restaurants. Kate was friendly and communicative, and was at the house to greet us when we arrived, before leaving us to settle in. A real home from home!

We had a fantastic stay. Nova was an amazing host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. We wanted somewhere to stay for a large group with a decent social space, this fitted the criteria well and was good value for money. Host was responsive and when we couldn't find the TV remote it was brought straight over to us.

Really nice place to stay, close to university and our daughter’s halls of residence. Dog-friendly too which was great!
