Paul’s place was great everything we needed was provided, the rooms were spacious, clean, and free of clutter. We loved using the balcony and the additional toilet was extremely useful. The location was walkable to town and all that Southampton has to offer! We’d definitely stay again :)

Jade was very welcoming and extremely responsive to my queries during my stay. I was in Southampton for work and the flat was ideally located for the Crown Court. The flat itself was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. It was a real haven in very busy few weeks of work. I shall always stay there again if I have reason to return to Southampton.

Great stay. it's central city so has advantages with access to everything and some disadvantages with some noise. I left my laptop there and Anton and Kelly were very helpful in getting it back. parking on street outside was easy and free,8 pm until 8am Brilliant Nepalese restaurant.. Biryani...at top of road. . I'd go again.

Lovely spacious house for 2 families with a lovely long back garden. Communication brilliant and felt like a home from home. Would definitely recommend.

Couldn’t recommend more. Very nice house with a pristine look. Friendly hosts that are rapid to reply to messages! The location was perfect for me and friends - either a walk or a very cheap, quick Uber ride away from everything. If I’m ever back in Southampton I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Holly is a great host, check in was very easy and the house was spotless with everything we could need for our stay. The house was very comfortable and in a great location with lots going on nearby. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

We enjoyed a 2 day stay in the annexe with our 2 dogs who loved snoozing in the conservatory when the sun came out. The garden is for private use of the annexe although it is the front garden Kerry had a note in the guestbook to say you can close the front gates if the dogs want to run around, we have one reactive rescue dog so didn't want anyone to come out of the main house and be startled by him so kept ours on lead but netherless they enjoyed all the sniffs. The annexe is so cosy, has everything you need for a long or short stay, definitely a home from home. Keysafe on entry so although attached to the main house it felt private and we were able to come and go as we pleased. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

We had a great week’s stay here while waiting for vehicles being shipped here to arrive in the port. The apartment is in a great location with lots of bars, pubs and restaurants just down the street. You’re also only a 10 minute walk to High Street with lots of other shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as several historic points of interest. Samantha was a great host. She was very flexible with our booking as we had to modify our stay dates twice. She was extremely responsive and proactive dealing with a WiFi issue affecting the whole building. This location is particularly convenient for anyone needing access to the cruise ship or commercial port. It’s only a 5 minute walk away. Another bonus is there’s onsite parking behind a secure gate for vehicle. Plus this is a dog friendly property.
