Spotless Parkside Studio in Heritage Gem

Admire the city lights from the patio of this stylish studio. This relaxing, minimalist space has been renovated with care, and designed with ultimate comfort in mind. Some of our favourite features - All amenities provided — including toiletries Amazing natural light and fresh air (block out curtains too though!) You can walk just about anywhere in the CBD, Southbank and throughout gorgeous Carlton, home of the iconic Exhibition Buildings and gardens - which we are directly opposite! 4 major supermarkets within walking distance, along with pharmacies This huge studio is a short stay apartment - no one lives there and it is specifically set up for guests to have the most enjoyable stay. Fully equipped, including a welcome goody basket upon arrival, and a guest guide book full of our top tips to get the most out of your visit to the area. With a deco inspired entrance, wrought iron gates and solid brick exterior, it is one of the few residences from this era that remain in Melbourne. Our studio is set up for guests with all the kitchen and bathroom amenities you need to make your stay easy and enjoyable. It has just been fully refurbished (largely by us!) to make it as comfortable and convenient as possible. Features - - huge, fully stocked kitchen with all utensils, as well as condiments, spices, tea and coffee - private walk in robe/dressing room area all bathroom items included - fresh towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner - loads of storage space for all of your belongings - designed for guests - coin laundry on same floor (washing liquid, clothes airer and basket provided) - secure car space - sofa bed sleeps additional 1-2 people and can be made up on request - inside living area - Myki cards provided for public transport, only top up required - balcony area with seating and city views - full blockout curtains so you aren’t woken by the morning sun unless you want to be - high speed internet - windows with city views -gym on site - it is being refubished in future so we haven’t listed it as a 'feature' due to it’s age, but the equipment is in good condition - a high chair, portcot and bouncer can be made available upon request - please note the apartment is on the second floor and without childproofing so people may want to take this into consideration when booking -Please note this is a studio apartment - hotel style living where the bed is situated in the main living area. We live a few minutes away and love to meet and greet our guests and give them the inside scoop on the area, as it's our neighbourhood. There is a lockable keybox however, so if this isn't your preference you can just check yourself in and enjoy the peace and quiet. We are available easily if needed, and happy to help any time during your stay. All the apartments face the outside so you have your own private entrance and security door within the premises. The car space is located within the grounds and is accessed with an electronic fob. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be accessed via lift or stairs. There is a caretaker on premises each day for any additional needs. **Scroll to the bottom of this page for a full description of the neighbourhood and getting around! We aim to meet and greet our guests whenever we can, and we are just a few minutes away if needed. We don’t live in the complex, so you have privacy, peace and quiet. We are always a phone call/email away if needed and happy to help. There is a full guest guide inside the studio featuring our recommendations on the best places to eat, drink and visit during your stay. Carlton is one of the best places to stay in Melbourne. It epitomises everything about Melbourne culture, with amazing cafes, markets, gardens, and restaurants right on the doorstep. It is moments away from the bright lights of the city centre. You can walk to the city centre in a few minutes. From the centre there are trams, trains and buses to take you anywhere in Melbourne. There is a bike hire stand directly across the road in front of the Exhibition Buildings. Free parking is on site if you have a car. Uber and Taxi services will be on your doorstep in minutes. This is a beautiful quiet building on the edge of the city and we appreciate the co-operation of our guests in respecting our neighbours during their stay by keeping the noise down. The studio is in a double brick building with windows on every side, so the temperature is always very comfortable. The ceiling fan with reverse heat function is all we have needed so far.

Sleek Apartment Close to Federation Square

THE SPACE There are two bedrooms with queen size beds. It is perfect for that romantic getaway, two couples, the business traveller, or a small family. There is also a portable baby's cot. The apartment is fitted out with high quality fixtures and fittings. It has a European laundry and the fully equipped kitchen has quality appliances. The living and dining areas are designed to be stylish and contemporary, at the same time as being very comfortable and functional. There are two beautifully appointed bathrooms. Reverse cycle airconditioning and heating ensure that you will be comfortable all year round. The north facing balcony provides abundant natural light and overlooks the iconic ACDC Lane Hotel quality mattresses and high-grade linen ensure a good night's sleep, and double glazing provides a peaceful escape from the sounds of the busy city when needed. Well-equipped gymnasium Residents lounge with large screen television Rooftop garden with great views and barbeque (may be subject to private bookings by other residents). A small supermarket is just 50 metres away and is open from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm (approximately) most days. There is a Hertz rent-a-car office and depot at 114 Flinders Street - which is just a few metres from the apartment. We provide complimentary tea and coffee. On arrival, we will be there to meet you, hand over keys, show you how things work, and answer any questions you may have. We love Melbourne, and think it deserves its reputation as one of the world's most liveable cities. We look forward to welcoming you to our city. The apartment is minutes from Flinders St. Station and Federation Square - the heart of Melbourne. It is located in the best restaurant district, and is close to the renowned "Paris End" of Collins Street, high-end shopping, theatres and galleries. Melbourne's city centre has a free tram zone, and there is a tram stop at the front of the apartment. It is also on the iconic free City Circle Tram, which takes you around the circumference of the city, with a commentary that points out some of the famous landmarks along the way. If you need to use public transport to go outside the free zone, you will need a MYKI card - we can provide you with one on request. A taxi from the airport is about $65.00 depending on traffic. If you decide to use the airport Skybus it will drop you at Southern Cross Station. Catch the City Circle Tram (anticlockwise) or a tram heading East along Collins Street (No, 11, 12 or 109) or along Flinders Street (No. 48 or 75). You will need to get off the tram at Exhibition Street. If you are coming by car, access to the Building is from Flinders Street heading eastwards, between Russell Street and Exhibition Street. Check in time is after 2.00 pm. Check out time is 10.00 am, unless we have agreed otherwise.

Professionally cleaned (using Viraclean disinfectant) and linen professionally laundered, reliable Telstra wifi internet. 13sq ft outdoor terrace balcony with Docklands views to the left of balcony. Quiet and private apartment perfect for work, virtual meetings or long stays for professionals. Secure underground car park. Easy walk to supermarkets and cafes/restaurants for take away. Relax and explore from this home, located just a block and half from the beach. You're an easy tram ride into the CBD. Enjoy a short stroll to the local boutiques, cafes, restaurants and bars. Our apartment is located towards the rear of the building with a North/West facing balcony. A large amount of occupants are owner occupied and it is a quiet and very safe building. Having had experience in the apartment/hotel industry, we have set this apartment up specifically to cater for our guests. It is very clean modern and fresh. We have sourced high quality furniture and artwork to ensure our guests are comfortable when staying at our apartment. We would suggest you get to know Bay Street where there are a plethora of options for keen foodies. If you like keeping fit, there are a number of mainstream gyms nearby, but why do that when you have the beach and great walking tracks just at your door step. The light rail / tram is so easy to the city, or simply walk or ride. One secure parking space is available onsite. Designed for a secluded, peaceful stay metres away from the pulse of the cafe and shopping Mecca of iconic South Yarra, this stylishly renovated Retro-Deco apartment blends industrial and natural textures for a charming and bold aesthetic. The polished concrete flooring is accented by bright hues and complimented by the greenery on view from the north facing balcony bathed in dappled sunshine and the urban forest, home to delightful chirpy bird life. The couch converts to a double bed, if required. You’ll love our recently renovated apartment in its secluded small block between grand mansions. It is whisper quiet, north facing and overlooks an abundant green forest and statuesque 100 year old trees. The entire apartment is yours, sip wine of the balcony after a day of sightseeing, make use of the fully equipped commercial kitchen or walk down the street to many great cafes/restaurants. Relax on the comfy couch and flick through books, or have a bubble bath! We have been residents of this amazing Cosmopolitan city for many years and will happily assist with information from a locals perspective, this will ensure a truly unique experience. Self check in is easily available. South Yarra is a Mecca for fabulous cafes, famous restaurants, atmospheric bars, iconic shops, beautiful parks and gardens, cinemas and many other features, all within walking distance. Trams and trains to the city are on your door stop and take minutes to comfortably transport you to the heart of the city.
