A beautiful apartment with luxury furnishings would highly recommend

Clean apartment .everything was as described, Hosts were very responsive, offered early check-in, gave clear instructions on how to check-in and out and also how to arrive there from London. Would definitely stay again and/or recommend

This apartment is in a great location for the bay and the beach. When you step inside, everything is just like you see in the photos. There is a room immediately on your left as you walk in that has a long clothes rail and clothes airer that we used after washing as no tumble dryer, but this got all clothes and beach towels dry. Fully equipped kitchen (inc washing up liquid, laundry detergent and cleaning products) and the children found board games in the cupboard that you can use. The heated towel rail in the shower room is quite high, but the one in the main bathroom is not. There are no wardrobes to hang clothes but each bedroom has a rail on the wall with coat hangers for you to use. The 2 smaller bedrooms each have a set of drawers too. There are 2 parking spaces for you to use and the Tesco Express is really handy for buying food and drink or anything you’ve forgotten ! Loved watching th sunsets on the bay side . Had a fantastic week long stay with our two kids (5 and 3). Location is great - a short walk from beach and (in other direction) a nice high street. Lovely setup of house for our arrival: books and treats for our little ones was a particularly nice touch. Would definitely recommend! Garden wasn’t terribly usable as you need to leave the front door and go through side gate (which is clear from description) but meant of limited use for our age children - although we were at the beach most of the time as we had lovely weather so not an issue for us, but may be worth noting for others.

Would highly recommend. Flat is luxurious and comfortable - wonderful place to sit and read with the most amazing view out over the harbour. Immaculately clean with everything you could possibly need.

A great place to explore Ashley Cross and the wider area. Lovely coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. Apartment is well furnished with off street parking.

This is a perfect location in Bournemouth, so much you can walk to! Kathryn is amazing in how she communicates and is always willing to help answer questions or give suggestions!! It was a perfect location for our visit! Very comfy bed too!

Lovely new build apartment, so new amenities and fittings. Well located, easy to find right off the motorways, with dedicated parking spot. Still close enough a short walk and your right in the center. Tom was very responsive to all my messages. Only slight downside, as it’s so new the electric charger infrastructure didn’t seem to work. Worth noting if your electric car only, unless the bay charging gets sorted out, you’l need to take this into account. Otherwise perfect and would happily recommend.

Had a lovely stay here during a quick trip to Bournemouth. location for us was fantastic, a couple of minutes walk to the beach was an amazing bonus. The apartment was really nice and perfect for a family of 4 with a dog. we will definatley be looking to book here again next time we visit Bournemouth.: )

McKinley Road is such a beautiful place with quiet, wide, tree-lined roads - you would never think that the beach is just a few minutes walk away. The apartment is exactly like the photos, it is done out to a high standard throughout. The underfloor heating throughout makes this a lovely warm apartment, especially this time of the year. The apartment has lots of mod cons as well as all of the daily living essentials that you would need. It is comfortable and spacious. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Such a relaxing stay at Toads Pad. Felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Super comfy bed and warm little cottage. We enjoyed visiting the Motor cycle museum for some lunch. Wish we had stayed longer to explore more!

Paul and Tracy were fantastic hosts and were super friendly and responsive. They greeted us as we arrived and showed us around and made us feel at home. The property was pristine and had all the amenities you would need. There were so many little personal touches and made the whole experience feel that much more special. Was perfect for a quiet break away from busy city life and was exactly what we needed. We would strongly consider staying here again! Many thanks again!

Perfect location, you can walk to many things or an easy walk to the train station or buses. It was a quiet, clean place.

Das Apartment The Palms hat uns sehr gut gefallen und entsprach genau den Beschreibungen. Es lag sehr zentral, sowohl zur Innenstadt, als auch zu den Stränden. Der gesicherte Parkplatz war ein Plus. Wir hätten uns nur noch ein par mehr Küchenutensilien wie ein Schneidbrett oder eine Salatschleuder gewünscht. Dafür gab es eine Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner. Zu dritt war das Apartment ausreichend. Die Kommunikation mit Laura war schnell und sehr entgegenkommend. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt

We spent 6 days in an excellent accommodation and the facilities in the hotel were great. Our host was very helpful and supportive if we had any questions. We would definitely highly recommend this apartment.

We had an excellent stay at this apartment. While it's small and cozy, the location is excellent, we were so close to the beach, we'd go there several times a day! The underfloor heating makes the place really warm. It was spotlessly clean and shiny when we arrived. The Spa facilities in a hotel opposite was an extra bonus. The host would respond to my messages instantly and everything was dealt with instantly. The place is new, very clean, modern, warm, and well kept, totally recommend it!
