Thank you Michelle for letting us stay in your beautiful place in Shediac! It was exactly as described and pictures, and more well stocked than any AirBnB I’ve ever been to. Michelle was so helpful before and during our stay, providing places to go, restaurants according to our tastes, and even an offer of a local babysitter should we want to go out without kiddos! Beds were comfy, cottage was beautiful and private, right on the water, as advertised. Kids loved searching for crabs on the beach and canoeing, although beach is better for boating and running around than swimming. Scenery is beautiful, campfire well stocked and well set up. Lots of BBQ tools available. Home is. 5min drive to downtown Shediac with lots of cute restaurants, and Shediac is within a reasonable drive to lots of lovely places (Hopewell Rocks, PEI, La Dune de Bouctouche, Parlee Beach, Moncton with the tidal bore and Magnetic Hill, etc.) Would recommend Michelle’s place without hesitation!

Had a great stay. We went for a snowmobile trip. The groomed trail is right to the doorstep. Adam is an avid snowmobiler himself and was able to give great tips of sights to see, as he has extensive knowledge of the area. Several times throughout our stay he messaged us to see where we were or just checking in to see if we needed anything. He popped in before we left to see how the trip was. Would certainly return to trails end again. Great destination for ATVing or snowmobiling or just a little getaway. Conveniently located and not far at all off the main highway

We had a wonderful stay. The house and location are wonderful, and restaurants and stores in Shediac are not far away. It was the perfect place for us to relax with our family!

Très bel endroit, grand terrain, un grand chalet avec beaucoup de commodités. Michel nous répondait très rapidement dès que nous avions une question et s’est déplacé quand nous avons eu un problème technique. Le lac est magnifique et nous avions des embarcations en quantités suffisante pour en profiter. Je recommande à tous

Lovely stay and we absolutely adored the hot tub! Wonderful secluded setting to enjoy peace and quiet. Excellent location for a family to have a central point to enjoy day trips to nearby attractions.

We rented this property for Christmas this year 2024 to be with family. The host decorated the entire house with Christmas decorations and a beautifull decorated Christmas tree. Boxes of chocolates were throughout the home including homemade cheese cookies for my 2 dogs. The bedroom was decorated with a Christmas theme including the bedding!. The queen-size beds were wonderfully comfortable, with cozy pillows, and nice comfy bed sheets and comforter. The bathroom was a treat in itself, with the large soaker tub and the beautifully decorated bathroom make it a relaxing retreat. The washroom had large plush bath towels, hand towels, facecloths, bath bombs, hand cream, mist spray, and homemade soap. The kitchen was a chef’s dream, with a large gas stove, and plenty of room and counter space. We had four people helping in the kitchen preparing Christmas dinner with ease. The kitchen was fully loaded with all fine items, everything you would ever need plus more…

Colleen was the best host we have ever had! Her cottage was spotless and felt like a home away from home. It is an excellent location, close to downtown Shediac and minutes from Parlee Beach. We cannot recommend this cottage more and will most definitely be back!

Great rustic getaway. Amazing outdoor space. the screened in porch was lovely to have on a rainy day. Very close to the beach and not far from amenities.

The property is simply beautiful. It's hard to put into words how amazing the location is. Private and pristine; the birds, the sound of the waves, the ocean air.. it all felt like we were in a beautiful movie or beach novel. We were comfortable inside with everything we could need. The living space was very clean and cozy. We were comfortable outside (even though our first night was rainy) with lots of seating and a covered wrap-around deck and screened-in section. There is a beautifully lit sitting area near the water. The trail to the ocean covers the views, and I can't fail to mention the sunsets. They are a must-see! The kayaks, ping pong table, and other games and puzzles are such nice touches. Throughout our stay, the co-host was extremely friendly, responsive and attentive to our needs, A+. There are not enough characters available to leave the best review but we HIGHLY recommend this property. We will be back!
