Valencia was a great host! The place was exactly as described and she was always very responsive and made it easy to find. The compound was beautiful and the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. It was an easy and short walk to the V&A waterfront making it very accessible, and as a gated community, it always felt safe to walk at any time. There's also a cleaning service that comes every day which is great but make sure to let them know what time is convenient for you since we were woken up on New Years day at 10am by a slightly rude and abrupt cleaning lady. Otherwise, everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend it and would even stay here again.

The Pro's: 1. Great location, near CTICC, walkable distance to V&A waterfront, some great restaurant selections nearby. 2. Good WiFi 3. Airconditioning 4. Tastefully furnished and well-stocked kitchen 5. Hassle-free check-in with 24hr concierge 6. Beautiful rooftop with views of the mountain and a pool The Con's 1. Construction work currently on-going with lots of noise, shouldn't be a problem if you're out for most of the day. 2. Parking: no dedicated parking, paid for parking prices quite steep at about R20/hour from 8am to 5pm, thereafter free. Obviously Leshoto can't be held responsible for either of the con's and she explicitly mentions the parking issue in the description. Overall great stay, excellent value for money! Please take care of Leshoto's beautiful crockery and appliances!

We had a wonderful holiday in a lovely apartment with all the amenities. we had great communication with Cathy, who was very helpful and friendly. unfortunately we had to cut our vacation short owing to a bereavement at home. However we are keen to return next year and will be happy to book again in the near future, many thanks to Cathy for all her help and assistance

I thoroughly enjoyed my month-long stay at this amazing one-bedroom apartment. It was clean, there is an abundance of towels and my bed was changed weekly. Everything works beautifully. It is a short walk to grocery stores, a shopping mall, restaurants, ATM and coffee shops. The view is spectacular! I visit Cape Town often and plan to rent this apartment again.

We were very happy with our stay. The building itself is very poorly ventilated, however the fan in the room helped. Possibly an aircon would be better. In saying that, everything was clean, beautifully designed and decorated. Well equipped kitchen and appliances. I would recommend adding in a rail next to the basin in the bathroom for the hand towels supplied, and a new (less used looking) kitchen tea towel. We would definitely book with Sustainable stays again in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Mi Casa Su Casa! The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

Eine tolle Wohnung mit Wahnsinns-Ausblick! Tolle Sonnenuntergänge. Die Kommunikation lief immer reibungslos und Francesca ist sehr hilfsbereit. Nur Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer zum abdunkeln fehlen aktuell noch. Und es kann durchaus mal sehr windig werden, aber insgesamt ist es eine super tolle Unterkunft die wir sehr empfehlen!

What a lovely, quiet, spacious unit with great amenities. Chico was really helpful and sweet on arrival. Its quiet hot but there are fans. I didn't realise that its joined to another apartment but it was fine, our neighbours weren't noisy.

Es gibt für diese Unterkunft die volle Punktzahl! Die Räume sind hell und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist super sauber. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Bad. Der Garten mit dem Minipool ist auch sehr gepflegt. Wie haben uns dort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist sicher. Süße kleine Cafés und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir können uns vorstellen im nächsten Jahr wieder zu kommen.

Louise was very engaging and informed of traffic obstacles ahead of our arrival. Check-in was easy and the house spotless. Upon arrival you are immediately overwhelmed by the beauty and tranquility. Perfect getaway, private yet conveniently located near restaurants. Time stood still during our stay. We were also thrilled by the daily visits from the Kudus, antelope, warthog family etc. Wow. Thank you

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Franschhoek. The place was stunning—peaceful, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the area. Our host; Nora Elsa, was incredibly responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. A special mention also goes to Analine, she was so helpful, kind, and attentive. Her presence really added to the comfort of our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Franschhoek!

I loved the place and the neighbourhood is superb. The hosts are great communicators and the unit was very clean.

Tessa’s apartment was in excellent condition. It’s in a fantastic location in Green Point and is also in easy walking distance to the V&A Waterfront. We had no issues with security in the area or apartments, the 2 security guards were polite and helpful. All communication with Joey prior to arrival was answered within an hour at most and we were met on arrival by Nick who handed over the keys and gave us some good advice about the nearby bars and restaurants. I would advise anyone to consider Tessa’s apartment as a great alternative to the apartments at the V&A waterfront as it’s only a 10mins walk away without the prices of the V&A apartments. Green Point is a vibrant area and we found great bars, restaurants on our doorstep, not to mention the Woolworths for our everyday supplies. Overall, my friends and I loved our visit to Cape Town and our choice of accommodation definitely set the tone for a great trip. Would book again without hesitation!

Apartment is in a safe location making it easy to explore the area. The Host added nice touches, like fresh flowers, which made the space feel welcoming. Little extras, such as coffee pods, were at thoughtful addition that made the stay enjoyable.

Finding just the right place for a quick stay is not always easy. It stay @ Dominic’s place was great, just what we needed, close to main amenities and easy enough to get to where we needed to go. Dominic was a responsive host, the apartment was super clean and appealing to the eye - would defs stay here again.

Our birthday trip did not go as planned but the host was super understanding and helpful. Our baby was in a hospital near by and the host let us check in later as planned, plus he was really friendly. Thank you so much!

The apartment was fabulous and exceeded our expectations. We felt right at home as soon as we stepped through the door. The views were exceptional and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.
