The photos really does this place no justice. It’s a lot bigger than what we expected, and comes with basically everything you need (full fridge/freezer, coffee machine, TV, Couch, nice comfortable bed!!!)… and free wine tasting next door… what more could you need!!! After a little issue with check in which states on air bnb that it was from 11am, but was actually 2pm, we settled in quite quickly, and the kids set off to feed the goats. Having breakfast foods and a drinks available in the cabin was also a really nice touch too! The best thing I enjoyed the most (aside from the wine), was the silence…. Having time to unwind in this peaceful and tranquil farm setting was an absolute blessing.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at The Nesting Post—a truly relaxing and tranquil retreat. The beautifully restored cottage was absolutely gorgeous, with every detail thoughtfully designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. One of our favorite moments was sitting on the front verandah, watching the sky transform at sunset while listening to the abundant birdlife. Ros was a fantastic host, providing great recommendations for local walks. We completed both the Queen Mary Falls and Browns Falls walks, which were scenic and easily done in a few hours. For dining, we highly recommend the Railway Hotel in Allora for a delicious meal, and if you're looking for quality local produce, the Allora butcher is a must-visit. A perfect getaway—we’d love to return!

Great place to stay with pets. It was everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Only thing lacking was screens on the windows but with the cooler weather that didn’t matter, just something to think about if you are staying in summer.

Mads' cottage is a fabulous place to relax and unwind. It's a very nice cottage in a beautiful setting with lots of birdlife, wallabies and kangaroos. We'd highly recommend it to everyone. The expansive gardens are an added bonus as is the lovely township of Tenterfield, 10 minutes away. Thanks again, Mads. Your place was just what we needed.

We loved staying at Danni's place. It is beautifully furnished and so well equipped. Lovely stocked kitchen for breakfast and everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The beds were beautiful and comfortable and we loved the feeling of the house. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short because of the impeding cyclone where we live and Danni was so lovely with her concern and understanding. We will definitely come back! A perfect airbnb. Thanks Danni!

We had a wonderful night stay in the cottage. We loved the layout and it was quiet and peaceful. It was close by to the wedding we were attending and Marty and Sue were responsive and friendly. We had everything we needed in the cottage and had a good night's sleep!

Wow is the word. Such an amazing place to stay. Every little details was thought of. So comfortable, quiet, peaceful and welcoming. We felt right at home. This is the perfect location for a romantic weekend or week away. 5 stars. We would love to visit again.

We had a long weekend away from the "rat race". It was just what we were looking for - relaxing, comfortable, and a beautiful location. Jacquie and Fred were fabulous hosts and made us feel right at home, with plenty of helpful recommendations about the local area. The type of place you can do as much, or as little, as you would like.
