Such a peaceful place to stay with everything you need right there. We took a trip to the grocery store and stayed at the house the rest of the time because there was no reason to leave. The stars at night are beautiful and we felt right at home.

Josh was a fantastic host! I booked this property for my son and 3 of his friends to attend the Sweet 16. The location was perfect, close to everything! The property was exactly as described and was a great fit for 4 young men. Josh answered all of my questions prior to booking and he was so accommodating and responsive. The boys were able to check in quickly and easily and really enjoyed their stay, especially the use of the hot tub onsite. Anything a guest could possibly need was provided and there is easy parking right in front of the property. Thank you, Josh! We look forward to visiting Indy again in the future and will definitely book with you.

This house was the perfect place for our anniversary getaway! It’s a short drive to Louisville so we were about to easily hop over there for activities. Kelly was super friendly and easy to communicate with, we will definitely rebook if we’re ever back in the area.

This was our second visit to this home and it did not disappoint! I wanted a peaceful, cozy setting for our last family trip before our oldest moves out. I knew this home would be perfect. We enjoyed the cozy ambiance while playing lots of games, watching movies, enjoying the hot tub, and sitting around the fire pit. It was such a wonderful visit!

Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday at this very spacious lake house. I would say they have the best view on the lake! We had everything we needed to host Thanksgiving dinner for family and loved ones. We especially enjoyed the hot tub! The only thing that could’ve made this better was if the weather had been just a little warmer so we could have sat on the swing in the lower level screened in porch. Great place for a family gathering!

i pick this specific cabin on this resort every time i make the trip down to KY and its worth it every time! I'll most definitely be staying here in the future!

The home was exactly as Jim posted. We received the information about the house in a timely manner. He answered every questions had. What made perfect for us was the little things they have in the house. Coffee/tea , number 1, shampoo/ conditioner, and soap. I know it seems silly but our daughter was getting married that weekend and I forgot to pack those items. Thank you for allowing us to share your home. Rachel Greathouse

This was a perfect getaway for me and my significant other. It's quiet and surrounded by nature with a short walk to the shops!

This was the perfect stay for our group! Plenty of space to hang out and a well stocked kitchen. It was close to downtown Louisville and plenty of activities!

Quiet and comfortable place for an overnight with our dogs. The house is cute and well maintained even if it's a little outdated, the host has done a great job making sure you have everything you need for a stay! Would definitely come back again!

Location, location, location! Rob's place is a quaint cottage walkable to all highlights in the Broad Ripple area. Rob was a great communicator, sharing restaurant recommendations and confirming my partner and I had everything we needed. We had a fantastic time and will definitely stay here again.

Tammy's home was very quaint and clean. Perfect for a dog owner with the fenced in backyard. The decor was fun with musical art and an old fashion turntable. The neighborhood was lovely with homes from the 1940s. I recommend this home for a couple or small family with dogs.

It was a nice homey and cozy house that was great for a weekend stay. It had everything we needed and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Great place to stay. Feel like you’re far away from town but it’s really not far. Very hilly terrain to get there but so beautiful.

Was passing through town and decided to stay here on a whim. Cindy was quick to give me access to the cottage. It was very homey and comfortable. The town is awesome too with a rich history. I'd definitely stay here again.

We loved the cozy cottage for our family getaway to Indy. Brandon & Tyler provided some amazing recommendations tailored to our family before we got there. They were super responsive when we needed to contact them and addressed an (out of their control) issue promptly. Really appreciated them and enjoyed our stay immensely.

This our 3rd time staying at the Cottage on Kirkwood. We love everything about this little gem. We were able to walk to all bars and restaurants, as it is close to downtown. The inside is pristine and cozy and beautifully decorated. Beds are very comfy and we love the rustic kitchen and painted floors. Cyndi is the perfect host…very accommodating and responsive. We can’t wait to stay again.

What an amazing place! April’s property is beautiful, right at the edge of a lake. The location is secluded and serene—perfect if you are looking for a break from it all. The home had everything we wanted, the kitchen was well-equipped, the bathrooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. We are so glad to have found this gem, and hope to stay again!

There is a reason we have stayed on this property three times now. Unbelievable views, cute and cozy home, peaceful surroundings, and amazing hosts. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area. We can’t wait to return!

We loved staying at Hattie’s Hill Cottage! Such a peaceful and quiet area. Susan and Lisa were very nice and accommodating. We loved the friendly orange cat😊

Beautifully nestled deep in the countryside, our stay in this home was like entering a forgotten era. Each room full of vintage & antiques. Outside the nickers of the horses echoed from their barn and they did visit occasionally. (They appreciated some cut apples). We did grill some chicken on the deck one evening as the sun casted silhouettes on the hill tops. STUNNING VIEW! Using the fire pit was also nice on the chilly nights. We met the Calico kitty, and she really was a great addition to our stay as we already were missing our own pets back home. We got her some treats and nick named her, "Miss Little Paws". She didn't seem to mind and followed us everywhere! Our mission in KY was to see The Ark Encounter. IT WAS INCREDIBLE! We also visited the KY Horse Park in LEX and did some thrifting nearby. We ABSOLUTELY would come back & also recommend as a 5 star! *****
