Michelle was extremely responsive. We did not have any problems at all. The place looked just like the pictures. The location was perfect. Extremely close to downtown Louisville with lots to do but was also in a peaceful and quiet location.

We had an amazing stay! The studio was fantastic, especially that chair and light, which made it perfect for reading. Kale was incredibly friendly and provided excellent recommendations for places to explore. The convenience of everything was also a huge plus. If the weather hadn’t been so cold this past weekend, we could have easily walked to all the attractions. I’m already planning to return to enjoy the studio and the surrounding area when the weather improves. The rooftop is so charming and cozy. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay!

Great host- very proactive & responsive! I was a perfect Airbnb for our weekend getaway to Cincinnati. Despite allowing dogs, it was clean and no evidence that any dogs had ever been there. Perfect location, right in the middle of the over-the Rhine.

The home was exactly as pictured. I really appreciated all the little things including messages with lists of restaurants and things to do, fans in the bedrooms, nightlights throughout the house, soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms and more. Randy was very responsive and pleasant to messages. I would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed at Alex's property in Covington, KY, to celebrate my DNP graduation and commencement ceremony at NKU with friends and family, and it was an absolutely perfect choice! The house offered stunning views of the river from the patios and gorgeous cityscapes without the hustle and bustle of crowds. The space was spacious, comfortable, and ideal for our group of about 20, providing everything we needed to relax and enjoy this special milestone together. Alex was a fantastic host, ensuring our stay was seamless and memorable. I couldn’t have imagined a better place to celebrate such a meaningful event. We’d happily return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great location, breathtaking views, and an amazing host!

This is a great location for visiting IU! It is a bedroom with a lovely sitting area - big windows and then a nice bathroom. A coffee maker, small fridge, microwave are available in the walk in closet area. To get to the entrance you have to walk through the backyard of the house which would be more challenging if you had mobility issues. Very cute and well decorated!

Austin was a great host and super accommodating. This was our second stay at the house and it has worked out perfectly for us. We would absolutely stay there again.

The home is beautiful. Wonderful place for a large get together. We enjoyed the back deck and outside fire pit. Everything was clean and well labeled. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

It was a nice cozy little place for the weekend. It was perfect for our family and two dogs. The backyard is fenced all the way around. Has everything you would need. Plenty of clean linen. My son was playing in a weekend soccer tournament in Indy so he took more showers than the average person, so extra towels was helpful. The home was near many restaurants and businesses. That was very nice. We did not get to do much sightseeing due to having to be at the tournament games, otherwise would have loved to walk our dogs down the road from the air bnb to all the shops and look around. Paul and Jayne were great hosts. Very responsive to anything I had asked and very willing to give recommendations for places around town. It was a great stay. Will definitely try and stay again next time we are in Indy.

We stayed with a large group for a bachelorette celebration, and Shawn’s place was perfect! Lots of spacious bedrooms, most with bathrooms, and then extra air mattresses too! One woman brought her baby, and there was plenty of baby gear (Pack n Play, changing table, baby bath). The kitchen was perfect for cooking for the group. We had a few very minor issues (eg running low on paper towels) during our stay that Shawn addressed within hours each time. Definitely strongly recommend and would stay again!!

Very peaceful view! apartment living so you'll hear neighbors above you but overall a good stay.

I only stayed for one night, but it was a very peaceful night! Parking is easy, the place is spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The view of cincy is so beautiful, though I didn’t get to hang out on the decks much because it was raining, and the decks are uncovered. I recommend this stay to anyone looking for a cool urban spot with a great view.

the place we were given was slightly different from the photos but was along the same lines, stay was great, nice place/handy location. First time parking was a bit confusing to be sure to read the instructions carefully. Would recommend!

We stayed at Toni’s place while we were house hunting in the area. The place was beautiful and had everything you needed! We traveled with our 1.5 yr old and there was a great playground a short walk away!

Wonderful place for family getaway, it’s a bonus that you can use the pool table and theater in the evening , my kids had so much fun. beautiful interior with wonderful view. Host is very responsible and friendly, we had a little problem but they solve it right the way. Very good experience overall.

Perfect little spot for someone coming to Indy that would rather have a little more room than a hotel allows! Super close to the Indianapolis Convention Center and plenty of nice restaurants!

We had a great time here! The location was convenient to downtown and area restaurants and we appreciated being able to walk to Vine Street. The house felt larger than the pictures let on, and was very well appointed. Our hosts were great communicators. We will definitely look for this one again next time we visit.
