This place is perfect! We stayed with our 2 teenage girls and 2 dogs this past weekend. The house is in the happiest neighborhood i think I've ever seen, it's an old house with so much character and charm! It was spotless and had everything we needed. The hot tub was clean, great outdoor spaces-front porch with seating, covered back porch with a fan and a patio area with long dining table, charcoal and gas grills with privacy fence. I would LOVE to stay here again in the summer!

Scott was an excellent host. Responding quickly to emails and worked with us to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The home is welcoming and very comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed while preparing meals. We will definitely stay here again!!

Mike’s home was beautifully decorated, in a quiet neighborhood, and close to many restaurants and the IU campus. While we only needed one bedroom, the home would have been very comfortable for an entire family. The kitchen is well-appointed and magazine worthy. I would highly recommend this home, and I hope to return in the future! Go Hoosiers!

Dena's house was perfect for our stay in Dayton. The house was exactly how the pictures showed. Dena was helpful with suggestions on local resturants and replied quickly when I did have a question. The 2 parking spots off the alley in the back was a big plus .

The house was just as listed. Glad our pets were able to travel with us for the weekend! Close to a lot of activities and restaurants.

We stopped here for one night and I was so impressed with how cute and clean it was. Beds were great, shower was awesome and my son enjoyed the Nintendo. There were some special touches throughout the home that I really appreciated (a welcome note, a few snacks, filtered water and a couple water bottles, etc). Katie was a great communicator, so kind and gave me a list of amazing recommendations for dinner! The neighborhood is hip and very walkable to an ice cream spot and awesome coffee shop. Loved that. It’s up and coming and I did have a difficult time sleeping with the highway noise but at the same time, was nice to be close to the highway for our drive back. I sleep with earplugs so it wasn’t too bad but something to know in advance if you’re a sensitive sleeper too.

Kim helped me get reservations set up for my parents anniversary, for the second year in a row. She is extremely kind and helpful, and my parents loved her place and the area so much they went back! Very clean and nice place, plenty of extra amenities, beautiful views of the lake and surrounding area and wildlife, good restaurants within driving distance, and plenty of privacy and a feeling of safety and calm! Thank you again Kim from all of us, especially my very happy parents!

Beautiful mid century modern architecture inside this large and spacious cabin in the woods. The home had pretty much everything you need. Host was very responsive and friendly. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities. The local restaurants are nice as well as close by (13 minute drive). The pool was a little too cold to swim in but that was expected this time of year. This place makes for a great getaway for a family or two to enjoy.

Loved our stay at Deb’s. Excellent location and tons of amenities! Huge plus for being pet friendly. Our pup felt right at home!

We stayed here while visiting family in the area and had a great experience. Tyler was very responsive and accommodating from the start. We were traveling with young children, and he went above and beyond by setting up a crib and pack ‘n plays for us, which made things so much easier. The place is very family-friendly—even had a playroom, which was a huge bonus! Everything was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. Highly recommend, especially for families with little ones.

David's place was an absolute treat to stay at! Visiting family in town, it allowed the kids to be entertained! David made sure to be a phenomenal host and had snacks readily available to make you feel right at home. The sleeping arrangements were of an abundance, and the mattress quality was spectacular! We look forward to the many bookings we will acquire with in the near future!

We don’t stay in Airbnb’s often. The location was much better than local hotels for our needs. Included parking, especially in the city where you pay extra for parking almost 100% of the time, was a real plus! Nightly rate for our six night stay was better than the hotel we typically stay at when visiting Cincinnati. Would consider staying again.

Great stay. Beautiful farm. Would love to come again, especially with my youngest so she could expore creek, and she would love the loft bed. It was super cozy, host was great. The loft ladder is a little hard on old feet, so bring flip flips.

We love this listing. Lots of privacy even with the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the private deck and private enclosed yard. Our ESA Melvis loves the next door neighbor's friendly dog Bubba; playdate in the works for our next stay. Most relaxing space with extremely comfortable bed in quiet bedroom, great for catching up on much needed rest. Black out curtains are much appreciated with early bedtimes and early mornings to ensure a full night's sleep. We had a thunder storm last night and kept the curtains open to enjoy the show and what a show it was! wow! The shower can get extra hot for my wife but also cooler for my personal preference. The hosts are eager to accommodate and very friendly and wonderful to chat with about all things. We love this perfect listing so much we had to book a 3rd stay. Thanks again for everything, we really appreciate your generosity.

Great stay for a quick trip! The tiny home was very clean and even had dog treats waiting for our dog that was with us. Very cute little yard and entrance also!

Our stay was comfortable even with 2 families. It is close to necessary shopping, and less than 20 minutes from the Dayton Convention Center where we attended the TTD Homeschool Conference.

One of the prettiest airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. So much charm. The location is great too! Walkable to Haynies corner !

We’ve stayed at several places near Miami Univeristy, but this beautiful property is by far our favorite! It is so close to campus, making is super convenient for visiting our son. The home is spotless, well-equipped, and perfect for our weekend stays. The host, William is so accommodating and responsive. We feel so lucky to have found this spot and we will continue to book again. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a peaceful weekend retreat or visiting the University.
