Our family of 4 were extremely comfortable in this wonderful, convenient location. Easy check in, great amenities. The pool area was a ton of fun and our kids had a great time. We met Keegan briefly and he was kind and welcoming. Definitely recommend and will try to stay again if we are in town.

Had a great stay, but didn't get to enjoy the area as much as I would have preferred - it's always that way when you're there for work... Mark was very responsive and helpful, I had everything I needed! The unit IS over the garage and the doors can be heard when opening/closing, but it was worth it to have my own parking place off the street and out of the elements!!

Really enjoyed our stay in the area and at this property! Host was very proactive on communications and very welcoming, sincerely interested in making sure we were comfortable. The unit matched pictures and description. Would love to return in warmer weather to enjoy the beautiful property and outside amenities. We arrived on a clear night and the visibility of stars was amazing! I definitely recommend this property!

The place was very cozy. I lived the couches by the windows for reading. it's has a nice lived in feel without feeling dirty and cluttered. The wood made it feel sorta like a cabin. lots of different furniture for relaxing on. the lights in the shower were really cool. only downside for myself was the bed but that's more a me and my back problem. Also, there is no TV fyi. My husband and I didn't mind but felt it was worth mentioning to others. We loved staying here. Marina was so sweet and helpful. The breakfast she made was delicious. Already making plans to come back and stay again.

John and Kim’s place was very cozy, clean and private with beautiful surroundings. The communication was a plus! They actually connected me and let me know that I could check in earlier which was perfect with an earlier flight arrival. It’s about 50 min from CVG.

Melissa is a wonderful hostess... thoughtful, super helpful with recommendations, quick to respond and answer all my questions. The place far exceeded my expectations! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was the perfect place for us to stay when visiting family nearby. Although we were connected to the host's residence, we felt like we had complete privacy. There was plenty of space, comfy beds and futons to sleep on, all kinds of extra blankets and bedding, shampoo and body wash in the shower, and a small kitchen area with microwave and mini fridge. Dont come here looking to prepare big meals, but otherwise its perfection! Betty was very accomodating, helped us in many ways. Shes also a darned good human, so caring about animals. We liked meeting her elderly beagle as well.

This place is beautiful inside and out. We were visiting our son who attends IU and this place is very close to campus yet far enough away to get a very reasonable price. All places in Bloomington proper are way overpriced due to it being a college town. This rental is part of a larger rental which wasn’t clear in the listing. I wasn’t sure if it was a personal home going into the stay or if it was a rental. Nobody occupied the above rental while we were there so it was very quiet. I would consider renting this entire place for graduation to have the whole family together.

We loved the place and Emily and Derek were both very friendly and welcoming. Everything was perfect for our stay and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Could not have asked for a better experience! Making travel decisions are difficult, especially trying to strategically plan your sleep accommodations to the rest of your itinerary! This location is close and convenient to downtown Louisville, without the downtown price! Dawn was such an excellent host!! I will always choose this Air B&B for my Louisville trips!

Our stay was brief, but this home was perfect for what we needed. It was in a good location and was very clean. We appreciated being able to park in the driveway.

During my recent stay at an Airbnb in Kentucky, I was enveloped in a sense of comfort and charm. The highlight of my experience was undoubtedly the porch, where my friends and I spent serene evenings basking under the glow of the full moon, creating memories that I will cherish forever. However, I did encounter a slight hiccup—the bathroom could benefit from some minor repairs and a more thorough cleaning. While this was a noticeable issue, it didn’t overshadow the warmth and inviting nature of the place. The overall ambiance was cozy and perfect for anyone in search of a peaceful getaway. I am eager to recommend this gem to my friends as they plan their trips to Kentucky.

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at this Airbnb. It never disappoints! Always clean, great location- especially if you want to attend a basketball or football game. You can walk to the stadiums and not deal with parking. But for me, I love that it’s very quiet and very peaceful. I’m a IU alum and a musician, and was at IU for my son’s recital- who is also a musician. Each time I’ve stayed with Alissa I have been able to practice and rehearse with my son, with no worries about bothering anybody. For me this is a huge plus. And Alissa is so great. If you need her she’s there. I use Airbnb a lot, and this is my all time favorite spot.

Fun little place in an interesting neighborhood

Visiting my UK student who couldn’t come home for spring break. Great experience! Place looks brand new. Little touches like snacks and local coupons. Super clean and comfortable. Backyard is beautiful-we could’ve stayed in all weekend. Close to distilleries and downtown nightlife. We will be back!

The accommodations were outstanding! Very comfortable with many added niceties! Hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. This will be my go to stay when I am in Indianapolis.

Super little place for me and my dog! We were in town for a dog show at the expo center and it was just 7 or 8 minutes away and so easy to get back and forth. The house was just as described, had everything we needed and was very clean. Really cute, too, inside and out!
