We had a month-long stay at the condo and chose it because of its location close to our son and his family. It was perfect for our needs and felt like home. Even though activities were limited due to COVID-19 we still had a very pleasant and memorable visit using Stacy's condo as a home base while we reconnected with and enjoyed some much-needed family time. The condo was clean, perfectly supplied, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed coffee on the back deck, hosted a couple of family meals, and the park across the street was an instant hit when our granddaughter visited, and there was a grill there to use if you wanted to picnic in the park. The use of the garage was a blessing because we brought our bikes with us for the trip. We hope to come back next year. There is no reason to look anywhere else. Thank You Stacy!

This place was amazing. The pictures were accurate. The host was helpful when questions were asked. The house was super clean and cozy. The neighbors are super nice and friendly too. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in Louisville.

It was a great place to stay! Felt very cozy. Easy to walk to restaurants and stores. The space heater came in handy for the living room. Would definitely stay again.

we've stayed at Ben's townhouses multiple times when in lexington and they have become a staple of our visit. walking distance to almost everything or a short drive away. off street parking adds an extra peace of mind and a nice quiet area so sit and relax out back is fantastic. clean and spacious, and if anything is needed ben is quick to take care of you. highly recommend his listing's and he will always be our first choice!

This place is seriously breathtaking!! It has a huge beautiful open floor plan that made it perfect for entertaining. The place was spotless from top to bottom. The beds were super comfy, everything was top notch. I loved the mood lighting through out the ceilings, seriously this place is a whole vibe. Our host, Kathryn was quick to respond to any questions before, and throughout our stay. She even set out the champagne glasses I asked about. Would 10/10 recommend!

The Troy House is in the lovely little city of Troy, OH. There are so many places to dine and things to do. There are trains that cut through the town but they were of no consequence to our stay and enjoyment of this pristine home plus Colista and Grant have provided you with earplugs, sound machines, etc, if needed. My family has stayed at many rentals in the past and this is the first time that it would be impossible to list all of the amenities that this home offers. The house itself has been lovingly renovated. Many of our previous rentals were, quite frankly, “furnished” with the bare essentials. The Troy House has carefully and meticulously taken into consideration anyone’s wishes. Literally, it offers guests everything they could possibly want &/or need. We have NEVER been in a rental that is spotless, The Troy House is immaculate. As hosts, Colista & Grant, were especially kind and accommodating. This Airbnb is not just a house, it is a home and we hated to have to leave.

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful house, comfy couch and beds and pillows. Smells amazing. Garage use was fantastic. It was really nice that they have things in cabinets and drawers that are useful and helpful. Felt like home. We would definitely stay here again. Super cute restaurants a walk across the street. Wish we found them sooner! 5 stars all around!!

The Daisy House is a clean and spacious home that is decorated so beautifully! It is in a great location downtown so we could walk to everything! Geri was very kind and responsive. Highly recommend!

Brandon and Tyler’s home was amazing! It was in a perfect location - close to downtown Indy but at a distance where it was peaceful. It was clean, spacious, and really felt like home with all the extra amenities. We are so glad we picked this home for our Indy stay and cannot wait to come back!

Quaint, great view of the city, especially at night, clean, modern, cozy. We weren’t able to sleep on the couch as an extra bed as it was too hard. Street parking away/further down from apartment so plan to uber/rideshare/bus. Stairs are very steep but so is Cincy. Overall, beautiful place to stay for 1 or 2 people!

Heather's place was perfect for our party of five adults. We hosted some additional family for a nice meal and evening, and everything was great. Good furniture, ample space, well-stocked kitchen, beautiful decor. We especially loved that the walking trails run right by the townhome. Would stay again.

We had a few last minute changes in our plans. Marcus was extremely responsive and accommodating. The place was clean, well kept, and very nice. Thank you for the stay!

Stayed there with my 3 boys. They had blast with the air hockey table, basketball hoop and the big Jenga set. Place was super clean, nice and quiet back yard. John was a great host

Such a great space! The house experienced some major plumbing issues while we were there and the hosts did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, and they moved us to another property that was equally as nice. The issues were nothing they could have prepared for and they handled it in the best way possible. We would happily stay in one of their properties again.

We loved staying at Nina’s Place! We were in town for a downtown wedding and the location of this place was perfectly situated and walkable for every wedding activity. Locations can’t be beat. Home was clean, spacious and great for our family of four. We loved having access to park in the garage. Three bathrooms made getting ready easy and the kitchen was helpful for refrigerated items and having kid meals/snacks throughout our stay. Would highly recommend!

Great place to stay-comfortable and close to all that Mt. Adams has to offer. Like a lot of historic townhomes in the area, it is very vertical, so those with mobility challenges should be aware. The only king bed is on the very top floor, and yet it was perfect for our family trip. We would happily stay again!

This is an older but nicely remodeled townhouse in a safe downtown location. The garage was an unusual bonus, small but much appreciated. We had Thanksgiving dinner on site and the kitchenware, while not as comprehensive as in some superhost units, was adequate. Appliances were great. We were surprised not to find the usual shower gel/shampoo dispensers in the showers. Sounds from the nearby Interstate traffic were negligible. All in all, a decent place for six of us. The downtown location would be especially advantageous in warmer weather. Quick help available from hosts.
