Need to check this place out, great location, no parking issue, restaurants with in skipping distance, 3 or 4 really nice parks close, in walking. biking distance, only issue where the steps leading up to door are a little step, and smallish hallway, and please Dr. Christopher place needs a more comfortable futon, but don't let this take away you will be to busy to watch TV., 👍🏻bed, kitchen, bathroom, host was great. looking forward to getting back to Columbus Indiana,

we stayed overnight and the location could not have been any more perfect for the event I was attending. The instructions were clear and they were proactive about making sure you understood them. Unit was clean and as pictured. There are numerous walkable sites nearby. I would definitely consider staying again.

This our second time staying at April’s. The place was very clean and April is very responsive. The weather was beautiful for our stay. We enjoyed a great hike in the John Bryan state park. The restaurants are very good and walkable from Aprils place. She has a great place and is an exceptional host.

Exactly likes photos. Beds were very comfortable. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

The house was beautiful and exactly what was described. We messed up and locked ourselves out and they took care of that very quickly for us. Very nice area in downtown. When we go back again we will see if it is available and book there again. Thank you!

Scott was an excellent host. Responding quickly to emails and worked with us to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The home is welcoming and very comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed while preparing meals. We will definitely stay here again!!

The location, price and amenities were perfect for our needs. Everything was as described and the host was very responsive. One previous reviewer commented on noise but we experienced none of that. Most of us grew up near river and canal shipping in Chicago and are mesmerized by the river and occasional barge. We truly had a great visit. No review would be complete without at least one helpful comment and ours would be if you like Keurig coffee you’ll be fine. If not, bring your own pot like we did.

This was our second stay at this place. The house was clean and is located in a quiet neighborhood. it was perfect for our long weekend in Louisville.

All we can say is "Wow!" Super clean space with comfy couches, tvs in the bedrooms, well written instructions on whiteboards, well filled cupboards and a bathtub...which feels good after hours on the road! The house is quaintly old fashioned and has requirements like my parents' house had...no grease down the sink and no foreign items in the toilet. Ciara provided an old fashioned grease jar and lots of garbage cans. ( My Mom kept her jar in the fridge and actually reused the cooking grease.) The house was easy to find in a safe neighborhood. Great place to walk our dog. There is a hole in the backyard fence so be careful if your dog is tiny like ours. Ciara left recommended places to eat (and to visit) which made it easy to grab dinner when we were exhausted. We had a bit of trouble with the thermostat which Ciara fixed remotely and right away. She has done everything to make traveller's feel at ease and welcome. Thank you.

We stayed here for the night and went to an IU basketball game. It’s a great quiet location that’s a perfect uber ride to downtown. The space was perfectly furnished with all the necessities and it felt cozy and comfortable from the first step in the door. Free of clutter and VERY clean. It was perfect for a quick trip but could also see it being great spot for a long stay too! Thanks for offering a wonderful place to stay!

Was the perfect Airbnb for a quick getaway. James was super communicative and the place felt just like home. Parking was super easy, plenty of food, and walkable. Will be staying here again next time we’re in the Indy area

Chet responded to my messages in 5 to 10 minutes every time, he was very helpful. He even allowed me to call him and ask him questions about something other than the Airbnb, I really appreciated his local knowledge. His place is centrally located within easy walking or driving distance to just about everything in the area . Parking was never an issue Highly recommend his place. Dayton has a nice small town feel to it. People are very friendly.

Great location Comfortable beds and pillows

We only stayed for one night while passing through but it was such a great place I wish we could have stayed longer! Daniel was very responsive and helpful. I accidentally left my wedding ring inside and had to come back and the lock had reset. With one quick phone call the lock was opened and I was able to grab the ring with no issues. The place was spacious and clean. The beds were also extremely comfy which is such a plus!

What a beautiful place! You won't be disappointed. Everything exactly as described & pictured. Prime location, easy access to the free street car for access of entire city. Right in the heart of Findlay Market, which was so neat! Parking is a little tricky, but Christy had great tips to make it as smooth as possible. The apartment was perfect for my family of 4. She even had games there which was great with the kiddos! We felt right at home & really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend.

This place was the perfect cozy spot with a great view overlooking downtown Cincinnati and the river! Very close to everything you’d need, clean, and well organized. Perfect place to get away and enjoy downtown Cincinnati!
