This was a great rental! The location is amazing--not only because of the proximity to town, but even within the complex--the deck overlooks trees and a little pond. It was quiet and peaceful. The mountain themed decor is perfect and the unit is open and spacious. The rental had all the necessary amenities and Maria is a great host! She responded super fast to questions and made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you Maria!

Host was super helpful in dealing with a weather issue that left a tree across the road accessing the property. He made sure everything was up and running and we had all the necessary info. Great location near Sunday River and Bethel's restaurant scene.

Super clean place and everything we needed for our weekend stay. Allison promptly answered any questions we had. The place is in a very peaceful setting in a wooded neighborhood. Thumbs up!

very nice stay. price was a bit high... fir some reason it went up 2 days before the check in date although there was plenty of vacancy. Lyn was very responsive and helpful. the house is so well equipped... including all kitchenware and even toys and games.

This was a wonderful place to stay! The space is huge - it was so nice that with our group of 7 we could all have our own bed. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals with everything we could need. We also appreciated the soap, shampoo & conditioner in the showers and that there were more than enough towels for all of us. The cabin felt pretty private and it was lovely being surrounded by so many trees. We unfortunately weren’t able to use the community center amenities because we ran out of time but it was nice that they were available. Thank you for a great weekend!

This home on Peak’s Island is absolutely stunning! The views are breathtaking. My wife and I took our teenage daughters and my elderly mother and everyone had a wonderful time. We visited during October so only a handful of places were open, but it was enough and the fall meant the island was much quieter. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with modern appliances, so it is easy to cook a few meals. We highly recommend walking around to the other side of the island for a different view (you can also drive and pull to side of the road). The walk is 3 miles or so and was incredibly pleasant. Unruly girls cafe has a great breakfast. We would recommend this rental to any and all

We had a wonderful stay at this charming lake house! The place was clean and comfortable and it truly felt like a home away from home. Our host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making the check-in process seamless. The bunk beds were a huge hit with the kids – they absolutely loved having their own little space! We had so much fun kayaking on the lake and even managed to do a bit of fishing. The peaceful surroundings made our stay special. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet spot!

Kellee and Hermann were the best hosts I’ve ever had. Couldn’t recommend this place more. We visited the area for a ski trip to Loon Mtn. It was only about 5-10 minute drive away which was nice. Very easy check in/out. Great communication! They also gave some phenomenal restaurant recommendations in the area. We can’t wait to come back for black mountain burger co. and La vista. Would definitely come back!

Nice place, we would stay there again. Close to downtown Boothbay Harbor, but not too close. Clean, updated, modern. Two thumbs up!

Very homey stay. Functional and wide open. Great for kids to run around and adults to play games. Beautiful and cozy place. The baskets of tea, chapstick and honey that you couldn’t find at a store was a home run. Highly recommend this place if you want to get away and enough the lakeside view.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The space had gorgeous decor- reminiscent of the movie Casino, which added to the overall charm and gave it a nostalgic feel. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach, and the host was extremely responsive and accommodating, ensuring everything went smoothly.

It was an adorable place. We enjoyed our stay. Ryan was very responsive and gave great information of the surroundings. We had enough room for everyone and it was nice and clean. We differently will return and stay again. Thank you for not making us do a ton of cleaning and tearing down beds before we left. This property is beautiful with an amazing vibe. The furnishings and appointment were exactly what we were seeking for a relaxing and special weekend. The outdoor setting and large windows were especially inviting as we experienced large falling snowflakes and bright, warm afternoon sun. The home is like a big hug with cozy beds, high-end linens and comfy seating in the open great room. The location is a very easy drive to Sunday River for the skiers and very close to Bethel's historic village. Finally, the host, Courtney, is extremely responsive and strives to meet all of her guests' needs. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. The hosts were very responsive and I can't thank them enough for accommodating a late check out on our last day. Everything was truly perfect.

Perfect spot to launch from for skiing, great yard for dogs and comfy house for everyone to enjoy a winter storm. We had a blast of unexpected rain and ice, our host was super easy to get a hold of he got a sander out right away for the driveway. We definitely appreciated the responsiveness! Lake looks amazing, must be fabulous in the summer too!
