Nice, clean new home with a great fenced in backyard for our dog. They really do this right, clear instructions and even some snacks provided abd after a long day of travel. That was a welcome sight!

Perfect place for a family to stay. Enjoyed Thanksgiving weekend in this lovely home and it was perfect for our whole family including the little ones. Close to downtown Pinehurst yet set in a quiet neighborhood that allowed for true relaxation. We loved it and would highly recommend to anyone. Everything was comfortable and we felt right at home.

Lovely place to stay. The neighborhood was very quiet. Lilia gave me some recommendations to check out and responded to all my questions. Very clean and comfortable house.

We had the most wonderful stay. Carol is a great host! Her place is beautiful and quiet…and right next to downtown Pinehurst and Pinehurst golf. We hope to be back next Summer!

The house was clean and had many pots and utensils we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. The game room in the garage was a fun place to hang out and play the games inside. The rear deck/patio was very relaxing and a chill place to hang out. The host was very responsive, welcomed us at check in, and even checked on us during our stay.

We had all of the grown children and grandchildren gather here for Thanksgiving. This type of home is really hard to find, so we were thrilled to have 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The beds and bedding were also lovely. Again, it's hard to find a king and 4 queens as well as air mattresses available for guests to use. We rented both units (the whole house), but I didn't think the listing made it clear that the downstairs unit is not accessible from the inside of the house. It worked out just fine, but it's good to know up front. Having 2 full kitchens and refrigerators was very helpful for us since we brought all of our holiday food. The upstairs unit has a spacious living room and the kitchen/dining area worked well for a big group. It was also so helpful to have our dogs welcomed. The neighborhood is very quiet and enjoyable - with walking trails nearby. Overall we had a great time and felt there were many little extras provided that made our stay pleasant.

Great location! Walkable to downtown area & the Weymouth Arts Center where our daughter’s wedding took place. Highly recommend! Shannon & Jared were very accommodating.

Great place, tons of room to spread out. Lots of memories made in the game rooms. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, with everything you need. Complimentary bottle of wine and snack tray was a nice surprise.

Adorable little house! I stayed for 3 weeks while on assignment with my job. Super close to my work location, clean. Awesome pool!! If you forced me, I would have to say that the wifi could be faster (2gb). Otherwise, I loved it and would be happy to return! Thanks Allen!

The home is exactly as described. Really enjoyed the hot tub with view while 3 deer were in the yard.

I stayed here with a friend for a relaxing 4 day girls getaway, and it was perfect. We each had a king bedroom with a beautiful en suite, so it was easy to have our own space and there were still two extra unused bedrooms. The house is gorgeous; in a quiet neighborhood just off a main road. The pool was immaculate, and the house kept us entertained with all of the helpful little notes and hilariously labeled artwork. We would definitely stay here again, and it would be a great place to bring kids.

Our stay was perfect. The property is better than the photos, and the checkout process is a breeze. Beata is very responsive and does her best to accommodate. I’ll definitely stay here again.

What an amazing place to stay. With 6 grown adults staying there on a work trip, it was the perfect place for us to stay, conduct business, build team chemistry, and enjoy the surroundings. If the opportunity presents itself again, I'd jump at the chance to stay there!

There was plenty of space inside and out for spending time with our family.

We had a great stay for my husband’s birthday. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and the farm is lovely. I also can’t speak highly enough about the breakfast option. You’ll love it!

I would like to say thank you for the wonderful home service we enjoyed it so much and i understand we didn’t check out at the given time and had a miscommunication i apologize for that but in the end we loved it

Sheila clearly has an eye for finding decor that is inviting, homely, and timeless. When you walk into the home, you immediately feel at rest. The adorable spiral staircase leading upstairs places you down a hallway to two bedrooms, each having their own unique vibe. The bathroom upstairs is one to swoon over, and my son most definitely loved his bath time in it! The bedroom downstairs are equally easy to grow accustomed to. The back deck is inviting to lounge on, and the neighborhood cat loves to greet you in the mornings. Overall, I would love to stay at this Airbnb over any others in town. It is maintained so well, extremely clean, and very easy to relax in. I can’t wait to have friends and family stay at Sheila‘s place very soon!

We stayed here on a mini getaway to visit the Pinehurst Resort Spa. We wanted to stay closer to Southern Pines, and be able to park/forget about our car and be walkable to restaurants and shops while in town. This place fit the bill perfectly. We were able to walk a couple of blocks to downtown Southern Pines for dining and browsing shops. The space itself felt quiet, private, and peaceful. The suite and bathroom were both clean with a lot of thought put into guests needs (bath bombs, mini toiletries, coffee, bottled water, some snacks). These were nice touches. The large tub was amazing, with battery powered candles and nice fluffy towels. Tim was a great host and we’d highly recommend his place to anyone looking for a cute, cozy spot in the Southern Pines/Pinehurst area!

Drove in from out of town for some golf with some friends and this spot was the perfect place for the trip. Located within minutes of all the best courses to play at and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. House was very clean and felt welcoming from the time you walk through the door. Definitely a must stay!

We booked this at the last minute after our reservation was cancelled by VRBO with no notice, so this was a blessing from the get-go. We had a couple problems while we were there (nothing that was the hosts fault) and I can't say enough good things about the host and their response. No hesitation, they made it right immediately. The best hosts ever by far. The house is lovely and kinda vintage. Great location. Safe neighborhood. Restaurants within walking distance. Two porches to sit outside. The yard is fully fenced and has a dog door which we loved. All kinds of snacks provided. Very clean. If you stay here, you will not be sorry.
