"Nice place to stay! The host is very polite and friendly, always ready to help. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. The photos fully match reality, which was a pleasant surprise. It's only a 5-minute ride on a scooter to the center and the beach — the location is excellent. The only small downside is the lack of a full kitchen, as there’s just a stove and a sink on the balcony, but it's enough for simple breakfasts and dinners. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place!"

Beautiful property with a big pool and a great bar area. The comfy bedrooms made for a wonderful night's sleep. Dilan and his family were incredibly kind and hospitable, always ensuring we were comfortable. He provided great recommendations for restaurants and things to do and see in the area. We only stayed one night and wished we had stayed longer. Highly recommend! We will definitely return.

Had a great stay at Dor’s place. The house was clean, cosy, close to the beach and restaurants, exactly as described. A few things to be aware of: - well documented but there is a drop from kitchen to living room which isn’t child friendly (we had a two year old with us and had to keep an eye on her but was fine) - the side street that that property is up doesn’t have the best drive way and was challenging with a travel pram (yoyo2). From the main road the walk is fine Neither of the above are major issues and none came as a surprise just things to be aware of.

Beautiful house in a calm space just outside of the busy Hiriketiya streets. The staff were so helpful and easy to communicate with. Some music kept us awake on Monday from a nearby bar, but finished relatively early and it only seems to be a weekly occurrence. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a fantastic stay at the Blue Beach House! The accommodation is so beautiful, well-maintained, and surrounded by a lovely outdoor space. The accomodation is located just two walking-minutes away from the Blue Beach, a stunning and peaceful spot to relax. And its also within walking distance to the vibrant and picturesque Hiriketiya. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by our host, who gave us a great tour of the property and explained everything we needed to know. The house is fully equipped with air conditioning, a spacious kitchen with a fridge, a washing machine, and two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own lovely bathroom. The charming garden offers a perfect place to unwind, whether on the sun loungers or in the hammocks, and the outdoor shower provides a refreshing cool-down. Chatura was a great host in that he went out of his way to educate us on pending power cuts, offering us the opportunity of early check in and late check out. He was an amazingly considerate host and offered a comfortable house including a well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the private pool so much. There was one safety concern especially for groups travelling with kids however, which is the lack of a pool screen and a sloping pool edge which was slippery.

We had wonderful 11 nights at this place. We wanted to feel like at our home, feel how locals live and that"s the what we've got. There is no AC (as advertised in the ad), but it was not a problem. The fan above the bed does it's work perfectly. The open kitchen is amazing and you can make what ever you want. There is everything, including the blender (which is significant, considering the abundance of fresh tropical fruits everywhere). There was almost no mosqitoes in beautiful garden. Also, lot of local animals and a pretty friendly monkey. There were some shortages of water, but it was not a serious problem. Raju was a great host and we will surely come again.

Valentine was the best host! He knows the area and has lots of great tips and insights. He always responded very quick to messages and helped me organize a scooter. The location was great - lots of nice restaurants in the area and very close to the beach. Everything was clean. Would recommend and will probably come again!

Vila din Galle, Sri Lanka, a fost o adevărată bijuterie! Punctul forte al acestui loc este, fără îndoială, curtea uimitoare, un spațiu plin de viață unde am avut șansa să întâlnesc diverse animale, precum maimuțe curioase care au adus un farmec aparte șederii mele. Camera a fost confortabilă, curată și bine întreținută, oferindu-mi tot ce aveam nevoie pentru a mă relaxa după o zi de explorare. Personalul a fost excepțional – mereu amabil, atent și gata să ajute cu orice cerință sau întrebare. Combinația dintre ospitalitate, curtea spectaculoasă și confortul oferit face ca această vilă să fie o alegere perfectă pentru oricine vizitează Galle. Recomand cu entuziasm!

We really loved our stay in the apartment. It's very nicely designed and has everything that's needed. Also, we really enjoyed cooking in the outside kitchen. The place has a nice working area if you ever need to be productive. Eva was a great host. She was there for us all the time and helped us a lot with everything. The beach is very close and several shops aren't far away.

Our stay at Pramod's place with my family was fantastic! He is truly an incredible host, always attentive to our needs and ready to help with anything we required. His kindness and generosity exceeded all expectations, from assisting with our late check-in due to a delayed flight to helping us organize various trips around the area. The apartment is fantastic, always clean and located in a convenient area for any interest. I highly recommend staying with him so an unique experience !

Superb place for basing yourself whilst visiting Unawatuna, situated in a great location just on the outskirts of Unawatuna. I found Lotus Bloom excellent for facilities which are required for a short stay or long stay. The neighbourhood is situated in a peaceful residential superb. I found all communications with Numan first class and was always very quick to respond to any queries. I would also like to mention Shalika the caretaker who was always very responsive to my needs in a positive manner. I would defiently recommend Lotus Bloom if your thinking of visiting Unawatuna you will not be disappointed.

Thank you for having us! We loved the apartment and felt right at home. Super easy to find and in walkable distance from the beach, shops, train station and bus stops. It rained during our visit and it was so nice to have so much space and a covered balcony where we could sit and relax. Lovely family! So welcoming. Would love to stay again x

Great little oasis in Weligama, Ananda and his wife Malika were very hospitable. The unit was spacious and had all the amenities one could need, including washing machine, bicycle, cooking utensils, and even hot water in the shower. They also have a small convenience store attached to their home so anything you need is easily available. And especially enjoyed the breakfasts they kindly made for me during my short stay. Would have loved to stay longer if I had more time, hope to be back soon!

I stayed in the guest cottage on a lovely private (gated) property full of jungly trees, birds, and monkeys! Eva has built a paradise. It was wonderful to walk down to yoga a few times. Overall it's exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet (except for all the bird chatter, but that was lovely). Also the staff are so lovely and helpful and smiling. Just a reminder that there's no AC, and you are in the jungle so be obsessively clean in the kitchen (hello ants) and don't let the little lizards scare you. I named one Fred. :). If the wifi doesn't work, just find the wifi repeater and ensure it's plugged in, and ta da, the signal perks right up. Highly recommend.

Don è un host eccezionale, reattivo e disponibile in qualsiasi momento, la casa è un gioiello, grossa, pulita e attrezzata, patio privato con mini piscina molto gradita nelle ore più calde, posizione tranquillissima fuori dal caos ma a 5 10 minuti a piedi dalle due spiagge vicine (le meno affollate della zona, inclusi i surf spot di jungle beach). Con uno scooter (che consiglio molto) si arriva in pochi minuti a tutti gli spot di midigama e ahanghama e in 10 minuti si arriva a weligama. L'altra piscina è condivisa con altri BnB e devi passare dal giardino privato della casa a fianco, ma è un ottimo posto dove rilassarsi e le poche volte che ne abbiamo usufruito non c'era nessuno. Assolutamente consigliato

We had a wonderful stay at Sahan’s place - the location was perfect being a few minutes walk from Blue Beach on one side and Hiriketiya on the other with amazing restaurant/ seafood choices. Avisa was always on hand with great suggestions of what to do and he booked us lots of TukTuks and taxis, he was very helpful. He also served a great breakfast in the garden every morning. The only downside is that the living room part of the apartment became very hot, but the views to the sea from there were great.

восхитительные апартаменты! очень чисто, светло и уютно. Есть вся посуда на кухне, кофеварка, хороший холодильник, тостер и микроволновая печь, есть кулер, питьевую воду можно купить в большом бутыле на первом этаже Идеально чистые комнаты, все поверхности без пыли. Еженедельная уборка заслуживает отдельного описания- настолько тщательная и точная. Хозяин апартаментов дает очень подробные четкие инструкции по заселению и всегда на связи, идет на встречу по всем вопросам. В составе комплекса есть бассейн(110 см глубина) и хорошая базовая тренажерка. Мы остановились тут на 1 неделю и в итоге продлили проживание на месяц.
